The goal of this master thesis is to suggest a methodology for a visualization history of changes in cadastral maps. The suggested methodology takes into account a selection of original historical and contemporary data, processing workflow and follow-up visualization using existing open source web technologies. The greatest contribution of this thesis is in the design of the spatio-temporal database, because currently there does not exist workable editor similar to it, which could be used for creating such data. The suggested procedure is based on database updating method of ISKN database utilizing amendment records. However this method is significantly simplified with the use of PostgreSQL/PostGIS geospatial functions. The available literature and other informational sources to the topic are overviewed in the first part of the master thesis. The term "spatio-temporal data" is thoroughly defined and also the ways of integrating temporal features into spatial data, methods of visualization of spatio-temporal data and recent state of their implementations into desktop platforms and web applications are noted. In the doctoral thesis deals with a problem situation, which is based on the lack of a clarified methodology for determining the rents from land in agricultural grounds. Criteria are proposed that could affect the amount of land rents in agricultural grounds. One is the type of water source. The created database consists of a variety of data that are subsequently evaluated. The data for the selected locations was statistically evaluated. Furthermore, the percentage of rentals was determined as against the usual (market) price of the leased land. The proposed coefficients were quantified and verified at the same time in practical cases. The output of the thesis is a methodology developed to determine the usual rental rates from land in agricultural grounds.

Currently there is no suitable and commonly used device for volumetric quantification of snowmelt erosion in the Czech Republic (CR). The determination of erosion rate in the catchment is a essential prerequisite for the correct design of conservation measures. The thesis tries to offer the possible ways of monitoring the snowmelt erosion, compares individual methods and defines their optimal use. In the first year of the research, a runoff plot was developed to capture sheet erosion. The thesis compares also the methods using mobile devices - erosion bridge method and UAV photogrammetry - as effective instrument for snowmelt erosion monitoring. So far, no attention has been paid to snowmelt erosion in CR. Therefore, the thesis focuses mainly on the analysis of causal factors specific to this type of erosion - the erosion potential of snow cover and the possible soil erodibility changes due to freeze-thaw cycles. The thesis assesses the rate of snowmelt erosion risk in selected climatically different catchments and its changes in recent years. shows the timeliness of the problem. In the end, the thesis presents possibilities for solving the problem. The thesis claims the problem of snowmelt erosion actual and offers its possible solution.

Apartments are placed on three floors above the ground level, in underground floor is situated a garage. Vertical load-bearing structures in lower floors are made of monolithic reinforced concrete, upper floors are made of ceramic blocks HELUZ. Whole building is insulated with external thermal insulation composite system. Horizontal structures are made of monolithic reinforced concrete. Roof is partly mono-pitched, partly double-pitched truss roof.

For valuation has been selected 10 houses from the Ústecký kraj of 3 districts (Chomutov, Louny and Most).
