The diploma thesis is focused on issues of employee benefits, which are components of rewarding empoloyees. These benefits are regulated in Act No. 586/1992 Coll., the law about income tax, which regulate primarily tax issue of benefits. Employees dont have labor claim of these benefits and whether or not they will be provided is to be decided by the employer. The theoretical part of this thesis defines basic knowledge of labour cost and labour accountancy. This part also defines basic types of benefits, their characteristics and other conditions of providing, as well as tax obligation. There are characteristics of a chosen organization and analysis of actual portfolio of employee benefits in the practical part of the thesis. Also, there has been realized a suggestion of a new portfolio of benefits, based on questionnaire results.

The diploma thesis is manager remuneration in non-profit organization which is called Technické služby Hradec Králové. The system of remuneration must be simple and fair. The theoretical part is focused on remuneration relating to government. The practical part is focused on mentioned non-profit organization and it suggests the systematical solution of manager remuneration of each center based on budget implementation. At the end of the diploma is evaluated a benefit for readers and author.

Foram coletadas amostras hidrológicas para determinações de: material particulado orgânico (MPO) e inorgânico (MPI), fósforo orgânico dissolvido (POD), fosfato (PID), fósforo total particulado (PTP), nitrogênio orgânico dissolvido (NOD) e inorgânico dissolvido (NID), nitrogênio total particulado (NTP), clorofila a (Clor a). Esses dados foram integrados aos valores obtidos a bordo de temperatura, salinidade, pH, transparência da água, oxigênio dissolvido (OD) e sua taxa de saturação. Os valores de mediana na camada eufótica foram mais elevados para a temperatura (28,08ºC), OD (5,10 ml.L-1) e sua taxa de saturação (112,03%). Na camada afótica, foram encontrados os maiores valores de mediana para nitrato (3,32 mM), nitrito (0,18 mM), PID (0,30 mM), MPI (26,60 mM) e MPO (46,80 mM). A distribuição da salinidade demonstrou a presença de águas fluviais (mínimo de 0,00) e marinhas (mediana na camada eufótica de 36,01 e na afótica de 36,18). O valor da mediana da Clor a foi de 1,67 mg.m-3, mostrando uma área de alta fertilidade. A relação N:P nas camadas eufótica (13,09) e afótica (13,61) indicaram que o sistema não é limitado pelo PID. A análise de componentes principais com os dados abióticos dos períodos da diminuição e da máxima descarga permitiu observar uma separação entre eles e uma divisão mais nítida entre as camadas eufótica e afótica no período de descarga máxima, devido a maior influência das águas fluviais que abrangem toda a plataforma continental. Foram estudadas no período da diminuição as seguintes fases do fósforo: POD, PID e PTP. Os valores das medianas do POD nas camadas eufótica (0,07 mM) e afótica (0,09 mM) foram menores que os verificados para o PID (camada eufótica 0,20 mM, e camada afótica 0,31 mM). O POD representou uma pequena fração da forma total dissolvida e o PTP, uma fração importante, devido principalmente à liberação para a forma de PID. Na camada eufótica, a descarga fluvial proveniente do Amazonas favoreceu a distribuição do PID (40%), PTP (44%) e POD (16%). Na camada afótica, o percentual do PID (44%) aumentou, devido à liberação a partir do POD (19%) e do PTP (37%) e da ausência do processo fotossintético. Nesse período as seguintes fases do nitrogênio foram estudadas: NOD, NTP, amônia, nitrito, nitrato. O resultado percentual dos compostos nitrogenado nas camadas eufótica e afótica indicou como a maior fração o NOD (68,88%), seguido do NTP (28,75%) e NID (2,37%), este último tendo o nitrato (2,21%) como forma dominante. Com base nos dados de nitrato e amônia (valores de amônia na camada eufótica: mínimo de 0,02 mM e máximo de 0,29 mM, e na camada afótica: mínimo de 0,02 mM e máximo de 0,30 mM) a área pode ser considerada como não impactada por essas formas nitrogenadas. Na camada eufótica, a concentração de Clor a foi favorecida pela disponibilidade do nitrato, aumentando consequentemente o pH e OD. Na camada afótica, novamente a maior fração foi de NOD (64,78%), seguido do NTP (31,71%) e NID (3,51%). Para representar a distribuição superficial do PID e nitrato durante a descarga máxima e da diminuição, foi desenvolvido e aplicado o Modelo Analítico Bidimensional (2D) para análise de Águas Costeiras (MAAC-2D). Os resultados das simulações reproduziram as principais características da distribuição desses nutrientes conforme a sazonalidade da descarga do Amazonas. Diferenças mínimas foram observadas no período da diminuição e as mais acentuadas na descarga máxima. Não foi possível reproduzir as variações que ocorrem na Corrente Norte do Brasil, o que demonstra a complexidade da dinâmica dos processos oceanográficos na Plataforma Continental do Amazonas

As festas abriram ambientes e, no seio deles, convidaram os part?cipes ? atua??o. A no??o de close, em nossa disserta??o, busca apresentar a forma de rela??o entre corpos com os ambientes presentes na nossa cidade. Naquelas festas pudemos encontrar jovens vertendo seus desejos em seus pr?prios corpos, microfones, flyers anunciativos de eventos, chamadas para aprecia??o e participa??o de performances. Encontramos DJs e bandas que compuseram produ??es musicais e estenderam-nas as indument?rias, para atua??o nos palcos. No p?blico deparamo-nos com part?cipes atuando na cena atrav?s da cria??o de seus pr?prios closes. Problematizamos a cria??o de espa?os de atua??o onde s?o percebidas liberdades moment?neas, onde o corpo embriaga-se de m?sicas e se desloca das sobrecodifica??es cotidianas da vida na cidade. A cria??o de plat?s festivos comp?em efeitos micropol?ticos na cena da cidade, atrav?s da celebra??o da vida e da composi??o de musicalidades que se expressam em seus efeitos menores. Tra?amos ent?o uma cartografia do close, mostrando como a cria??o de espa?os e performances acontecem na cena natalense entre os flashs capturados nos eventos e como os closes s?o arrastados para outros ambientes da cidade. / Our research program runs through the musicality circuit in Galp?o29, which is located in the neighborhood of Ribeira, in Natal-RN. From this location we seek to draw a cartography of musicality spaces. In Natal?s night opened up spaces for action of collective organizers of parties, inviting young people to attend the events present at the festive agenda of Galp?o29. The festivities opened environments, and in their midst, invited the participants to the action. The notion of close, in our thesis, seeks to present the form of relationship between bodies with the environments present in our city. On those parties we could find young people pouring their desires in their own bodies, microphones, announced flyers of events, calls for consideration and participation of performances. We found DJs and bands who composed musical productions and spread it in the costumes, to act on stage. The public were faced with participants acting in the scene by creating their own closes. We questioned the creation of work spaces where momentary freedoms are realized, where the body drunk to music and moves of everyday overcodings of city?s life. The creation of festive plateaus make up micropolitical effects on the city?s scene, through the celebration of life and composition of musicality that are expressed in their minor effects. Then we draw a cartography of close, showing how the creation of spaces and performances take place in Natal?s scene between the flashes captured in the events and how the closes are dragged to other city environments.

The purpose of this thesis was to describe the issue of law treatment of labour remuneration, primarily remuneration by wage in private-law sphere and by salary in budgetary sphere. The main source, that explains the treatment of wage and salary is the law number 262/2006, legal code of labour and its further notifications and other implementing rules based on legal code of labour. These implementing rules are government regulations. Wage and salary, or rather the amount of wage or salary is an important factor, by which a potential employee chooses his employment. From the amount of salary unfolds employee's standard of living and his social position, his social status. In my thesis I was first dealing with wage, its characterization, function, the way, how it is determined and also its protection. For this purpose are for Czech Republic binding International Labour Organization (ILO) agreements, primarily ILO agreement number 95 about the protection of wage. The protection function mingles through the whole law of labour, when is necessary to protect an employee as a weaker side of labour-law relations. The subsequent chapters of my thesis I dedicated to salary, by which are remunerated employees in nonbusiness sphere, where the resources for salaries flow from public finance. La mise en forme spatiale de faisceau laser, en particulier l’obtention d’un profil d’intensité homogène intéresse aussi bien la recherche que l’industrie (recherche biomédicale, microscopie, découpe, gravure, marquage laser, Laser MegaJoule…). De par ses avantages intrinsèques, nous sommes désireux d’apporter une solution fibrée, monomode et à maintien de polarisation. Ces travaux s’articulent autour de 2 problématiques :L’obtention d’un mode plat polarisé linéairement.Différentes solutions ont été mises en place pour satisfaire cette contrainte (embouts, fibres air-silice et fibres toute solide incluant des barreaux de contraintes). Nous avons notamment réalisé une fibre microstructurée air-silice monomode délivrant un mode plat de diamètre 20µm à 1050nm de polarisation linéaire (taux d’extinction de 20dB, biréfringence ~0,6x10-4). Cette fibre a été intégrée avec succès dans une chaine amplificatrice délivrant un faisceau cohérent avec un profil d’intensité aplati polarisé linéairement dépassant 100µJ en régime nanoseconde. En parallèle le développement de codes numériques a permis de proposer des designs augmentant la biréfringence voire polarisants.L’augmentation de l’aire effective du mode.Nos études ont permis de mettre en évidence les compromis entre qualité modale et pertes par courbures y compris dans le cas de structure présentant des résonateurs pour « vider » les modes d’ordre supérieur. L’impact sur le contenu modal des indices de différents types de barreaux de contraintes et de la biréfringence induite a également été étudié. Enfin nous avons réalisé une fibre mode plat à 1050nm de diamètre 34µm (aire effective ~1200µm2) utilisable en tant qu’embout. / Spatial beam shaping, in particular an homogeneous intensity profile is very attractive to fundamental research and industry (biomedical, microscopy, laser cutting, engraving, marking, Laser MegaJoule…). Thanks to its intrinsic advantages we wish to offer a fibered, single-mode and polarization maintaining solution. This work addresses two difficulties:Producing singlemode fiber delivering a flat mode while preserving the light polarization.Several solutions were developed to achieve this objective: fiber end-cap, air-silica and all-solid microstructured fibers with Stress Applying Parts (SAP). We have obtained several fibers including an air-silica microstructured single-mode fiber which delivers a flat fundamental mode with a diameter of 20µm at 1050nm linearly polarized (polarization extinction ratio of 20dB and a birefringence of 0.6x10 4). This fiber was successfully integrated in an amplifier chain delivering a coherent output beam with a flat intensity profile linearly polarized with a power of more than 100µJ for 10 ns pulses. In the same time, we developed a numerical code enabling us to propose designs with enhanced birefringence and even a polarizing behavior.Increase of mode effective areaOur studies exhibit the compromises required between modal quality and bending losses even in the case of a fiber design with resonator to extract from the core its high order modes. The impact of indices of different kinds of SAP and the impact of the induced birefringence on the modal content are also studied. Finally we realized a fiber delivering a flat intensity with a mode diameter equals to 34µm (effective area ~1200µm²) at 1050nm which can be used like an end-cap.

A closed, orientable, splitting surface in an oriented 3-manifold is a topologically minimal surface of index n if its associated disk complex is (n-2)-connected but not (n-1)-connected. A critical surface is a topologically minimal surface of index 2. In this thesis, we use an equivalent combinatorial definition of critical surfaces to construct the first known critical bridge spheres for nontrivial links.

The thesis deals with the payroll system and the evaluation of the chosen company. The theoretical part is focused on the most important issues in the area of wages. A significant part in the problems of the literature review consists of labor - legal relations, which are important for the next part. The practical part is divided into two distinct sections. The first part deals with the characteristics of the production - economic conditions of the undertaking. The following is part of the analysis of wages and its comparison with personnel costs, with operating and total costs of the company. The work was shown in some cases that are used in the reporting enterprise. Finally, it is an assessment of the company in terms of wages and are designed to possible proposals and recommendations on the matter.

The aim of this thesis is to evaluate the employer-employee relationship and the consequent issues within this relationship specifically regarding the legal, accounting and tax perspectives.
