This thesis deals with the issue of remuneration from the theoretical point of view and analysis of the remuneration system in the selected business entity. The theoretical part is focused on the study of literature and the importance of remuneration as defined by relevant laws. Further work is focused on the definition of terms such as salary and wages and the difference between them, defining the different types of rewards that employees can use. It was also defined the link between financial and nonfinancial form of remuneration. In the practical part of the work they are used the theoretical part. On their bases was analysed and evaluated the current remuneration system in the selected business entity. On the basis of a survey by questionnaire was checked employee satisfaction and was identified the problem areas. The outputs of the investigation it should serve as a basis for proposing modifications of the existing remuneration system.

The Diploma thesis Labour costs and remunerations in the company talks about salaries at the specific company in the Czech Republic. The theoretical part defines basic terms - labor relations, employment, labor agreements held outside of employment contract, contractual conditions, forms of remuneration, work compensation , payroll taxes, social security and health insurance. It describes how to post it in accounting system and also describes the calculation of net wages. The main part of Diploma thesis describes the history of selected company, the economic situation, organizational structure, basic characteristics of the company's employees, the current state of compensation, including benefits. I conducted a random survey in which they are selected employees answering questions on the current benefits in company. In conclusion, I proposed changes in benefits, with regard to the economic situation, and taking into account the tax burden.

The main topic of this thesis is a summary of legal issues relating to employees remuneration system in the Czech Republic. The thesis is based on data collecting and gathering information from specialized publications, internet sources and legal regulations concerned with this topic. In the theoretical part special terms related to labor law are characterized, relation between an employer and an employee from the commencement into employment, employment contract, progress, motivation, employee evaluation, such as paying a wage or a salary. All this information is arranged in order to provide the most complete and comprehensible overview. In the practical part of the thesis direct observation is used, an analysis of internal documents and a semi structured interview with managers and ordinary employees. The output of the thesis is a conclusion and a recommendation how to improve the current state in a company. These suggestions may be used for the reward system modification in the given company, which would lead to greater satisfaction.

The dissertation Labour costs and perks in an organization occupies with analysis of wages and labour costs, which nowadays forms an inseparable part of policy in each organization.The dissertation is divided into 2 main parts.The theoretical part is focused mainly on the theory of wages and labour costs. Then it defines employee benefits, their kinds , classification (or structure) and trends, the large part is devoted to the sytem of providing constituent employee benefits and follow up tax-deductibility of interest on the side of employees and employers. The practical part is concerned with analysis of the present-day system of remuneration and providing benefits in a selected company. The great attention was paid to height of costs, which a selected company must spend on the provided benefits. The overall level of satisfaction/unsatisfaction with provided benefits was investigated by means of questionnaire survey among employees in a selected company. The structure of up to now provided benefits was evaluated on the basis of information collected during the survey and created a dissertation conclusion. At the same time there was a proposal for integration of new kinds of benefits into the overall remuneration system.

This thesis aims to explore the degree of motivation and stimulation in the selected company. Through appropriate methodology analyzes whether the employee incentive program is perceived, how they operate and whether there are any gaps. For this is the conclusion of this work suggested several options for how the situation could be improved in the company.

Two of them move in the world of appearances or opinion, and the others into the world of being or intelligibility: eikasia and pistis, and dianoia and noesis. The difficulty is the following: if there are four levels of reality each with their respective objects that are apprehended according to a type of knowledge involved, is there an interpretation of the justice according to each level? Accordingly, our intention, after presenting the types of knowledge in the allegory of the divided line, is to demonstrate how the justice is comprehended at each level of reality. We understand that Plato uses the characters to represent levels involving different types of knowledge. The characters are Cephalus, Polemarchus, Thrasymachus, Glaucon, Adimantus and Socrates, and the comprehension about what is the justice at each level follows what these characters understand justice to be / A alegoria da linha dividida apresenta uma estrutura que se divide em quatro n?veis de realidade. We believe to find evidence to support this claim both in the cultural background of the dialogue and in its text. As background evidence, we point to the fact that Rhetoric had become the major disciplined studied in Athens in Plato's time, largely because democratic instituitions favored its practice. As text evidence, we point out that the story of the Phaedrus can be read as the story of how Socrates leads Phaedrus's soul toward philosophy. Therefore, we believe that Plato's main goal with this dialogue is to discuss Rhetoric and present the philosophical perspective on the possibility of an art of speechmaking. In order to achieve this, Plato presents an analyses of current Rhetoric, explains his conception of dialectic, and debate the relation between extemporaneous and written speech. We believe that all those elements serve the larger purpose of providing the background to discuss the cultural education of the Athenians / Essa disserta??o descreve um estudo realizado sobre o di?logo Fedro de Plat?o, com o objetivo de apresentar uma interpreta??o do mesmo a partir da hip?tese de que esse di?logo pode ser lido como uma reflex?o sobre a quest?o da paid?ia. Encontramos ind?cios para justificar essa leitura tanto no contexto cultural da ?poca do di?logo como na pr?pria narrativa do texto. Em rela??o ao contexto cultural, observamos que a ret?rica se tornara a principal disciplina na forma??o dos atenienses, em grande parte por causa das institui??es democr?ticas que favoreciam esse tipo de pr?tica. Em rela??o ? narrativa, observamos que essa ?, em larga medida, a hist?ria de como S?crates guia a alma deFedro para a filosofia. Em particular, consideramos que um dos objetivos de plat?o ao escrever o Fedro ? retirar a discuss?o do l?gos do contexto especializado da ret?rica e inser?-lo em uma discuss?o mais ampla a partir de uma discuss?o ontol?gica. Nesse sentido, consideramos que Plat?o est? simultaneamente dialogando com a obra de dois oradores importantes: G?rgias e Is?crates. Plat?o segue o primeiro em estabelecer uma rela??o entre l?gos e ?ros,mas o abandona ao mostrar que er?s, enquanto uma dynamis capaz de mover a alma humana, n?o serve necessariamente para provocar o engano,mas pode levar ? alma em dire??o ao seu melhor. Em seguida, argumentos que essa dire??o desej?vel para alma seria justamente a no??o de no?s enquanto ato de percep??o do intelig?vel. Dito isso, passamos a discutir os princ?pios ontol?gicos expostos no di?logo, mostrando que o segundo dicurso de S?crates mostra haver uma rela??o de semelhan?a entre o sens?nvel e o intelig?vel.Essa rela??o leva plat?o a apresentar uma nova interpreta??o de eik?s, compreendido agora como uma ponte entre a d?xa e a aleth?ia,o que consideramos ser um ataque direto ? doutrina de Is?crates de que a d?xa seria suficiente para a persuas?. Nesse sentido, Plat?o abrevia o abismo entre d?xa e aleth?ia, mas mant?m a prioridade ontol?gica do no?s, afirmando que ? por meio da epist?me que podemos conhecer o que ? semelhante a verdade. Desse modo, defende-se que Tras?maco n?o est? inteiramente errado quanto ao seu conceito de Justi?a. Tamb?m se considera a no??o de que a Justi?a, ao longo d?A Rep?blica, seja a harmonia entre os elementos da alma e da Cidade-Estado. / This thesis intends to ponder the concepts of Justice found in The Republic?s book 1, mostly on those between excerpts 336c and 354c. It also considers the possibility that Thrasymachus? concept of Justice ? the convenience of the stronger ? is a pre-Platonic view of Justice that is appropriated by Plato, who makes it valid when considering the stronger to be virtuous and oriented to the Good: such condition of the stronger can only be found on Plato?s Republic. Therefore, this thesis states that Thrasymachus may not be entirely wrong on his concept of Justice. Moreover, this thesis also considers the possibility that Justice, throughout The Republic, is harmony among the soul?s elements and the city?s.
