The aim of the Diploma thesis is elaboration of design documentation for execution of an multifunkcional building.It is a building with four above ground floors and one partly under-ground floor. In the underground floor, individual garages are designed. The entrance is on the first floor, where there are also business premises. Office space is located on the second floor, and flats are placed on the third and fourth floors. The roof above the 4th floor is designed as flat roof. The underground part of the building and some other structures are designed from concrete. The other load-bearing masonry is made of ceramic blocks. The partitions are made of plasterboard or ceramic fittings. The shafts are also made of plasterboard. The ETICS system is used on the facade. The ceiling structures are monolithic reinforced concrete slabs. The roof is made as an extensive green roof.

New building pension with brewery is situadet in town Prostejov. Object has 3 overground floors and flat roof, it has no cellar. On ground floor is situated the brewery, medium large kitchen with storages, sanitary and the restaurant. Kitchen is designed for preparing 150 meals, capacity of restaurant on the ground floor is 81 place and on the galery is 70 . On this floor has been situated room for invalids also. On the further floors are rooms for guests and technical area for air design system.

New building of hotel with restaurant, divided into two objects, single-storey administrative part with restaurant and hotel hinterland and three-storey accommodation tract. Building is without basement and foundations are on reinforced concrete foundation strips. Bearing walls are made of Porotherm brickwork, horizontal structures are also made of Porotherm brickwork. Both objects has flat roof.

Free-standing multi-functional building with five floors, partial basement with monotube flat roof. The building is designed for use permanent housing, medical offices and office. The construction is solved as a system construction company Velox. Thermal insulation is part of Velox.

The master thesis deals with the making of new municipal building project documentation. The building has two elevated floors and one underground floor; it is made of concrete block formwork and ceramic bricks. The ceiling structures and stairs are of monolithic reinforced concrete. For the flat roof a single ply roofing system is used.

It is a new kindergarten in semi developed area. The building is located in Southern Bohemia in the village Strakonice. Kindergarten is divided to two buildings, the garden house and kindergarten. The building has only one floor and a without basement. In object kindergarten is the main building and two individual pavilions. In the main building is office for headmistress of the school, utility room, workshop, cloakroom for employees, store dirty laundry, food warehouses and food preparation and sanitary facilities. From the connecting corridors to get to the individual departments, where you can find children's cloakroom, toilet and washroom for children, isolation room, storage beds and bedding, office for teacher, WC for teacher, store toys and games room and place to relax for children. Pavilion A is the same as pavilion B, only mirrored. The building is based on the footings of plain concrete class C20/25. It is a brick structure of building system called LIVETHERM. Building has a flat roof and roof aisle also with slope 7 ° and 10 . Aisle roof is made of wooden glued trusses. Roofing is made up of modified bitumen belt. Built-up area is 947.6 square meters

it is a newly built sacral building. The object is projected for a protestant church. The object lies in a town Kutná Hora, on a slightly sloping ground. The object is designed as free-standing building. There is a main gathering space on the first floor and other rooms for the social church life. There are three small apartments and the pastors apartment on the second and third floor. The ground-plan is L-shaped. The object has three sections. The first section is the tower, the second sections contains the gathering space which is orientated to the east and the third section contains apartments and remaining spaces, the main dominant of this section is the indoor built-on gallery. The object is covered with a flat roof. The building is designed from the brick construction systém of BS Klatovy company (concrete fittings)

The project deals with a new building of a polyfunctional house in Hodonín. The object has four overground floors. Two law offices and three garages are designed on the ground floor. The other floors will house a total of 5 flats. The object is projected from the KM Beta system. The roof is flat.

The topic of the master`s thesis solves multifunctional building with the insurance company and apartments in Hranice. Part of the insurance is designed reinforced plate concrete skeleton. It is a five-storey building. 1.-4.NP used for insurance operations. 5.NP technical background. Not walkable flat roof. Terraced apartment building with four residential units are separated by an expansion joint. 1.NP designed as a reinforced concrete skeleton girder. Other floors (2nd-5th floor) designed from ceramic bricks POROTHERM. The ceilings are covered in concrete. Not walkable flat roof. The entire building is based on a reinforced concrete footings and no basement.

The aim of this thesis is to create a multifunctional four-storey building without an attic. This is a free vacant buildings in Brno. The house is designed for residential and Administration. On the ground floor are located shops and offices are located in the 2nd floor only offices and facilities for staff, top two floors are intended only for housing. Vertical support structure is brick Heluz system in combination with monolithic reinforced concrete. The horizontal structure is predominantly made up of reinforced concrete slabs Spiroll. The house is covered with a flat roof.
