This thesis addresses the design documentation for recreation and relaxation center in Brno Bohunice district. The master thesis deals with structural design of new building for retirement people in Veselí nad Moravou. The building has three floors and basement. The subject of this thesis is a new building primary school. The elementary school is designed for 390 children aged from six to fifteen years. The object is put in the flat terrain of the selected ground in the city called Moravany u Brna. It consists of six interconnected and functionally divided parts. This thesis resolves two selected parts of the elementary school complex. It is a part of physical education and background of upper elementary school. The building has two floors and the main entrances are oriented to the north and east. The building is designed from the system KM BETA. Ceiling structure is made of reinforced concrete.

The diploma thesis deals with a project documentation of the building kindergartens in Brno, on the estate Lesná. The design and architectural design of the building is based on a combination of mutually intersecting blocks, while in the spatial division of the building is put great emphasis on simple rectangular shapes. Building facade is completed unusual modifications that are in perfect harmony, and also contrast with the overall shape design construction. Business can complete single-storey building comprising two independent departments divided into four functional zones: preschool education, social, administrative and economic. Specializations in appropriate field are a part of the project.

Four-storey, basementless apartment house with single skin flat roof. Permanent shuttering system VELOX is used for vertical and horizontal bearing constructions. The apartment house contains twelve apartments.

An elaborated project documentation for a construction realisation of a sports centre in Jemnice is the core of this diploma thesis. During the elaboration of this proposal a special attention was given to meeting of all active norms and regulations, and also meeting of all requirements of an investor. The main requirement was a multifunctionality of the whole building which consists of a restaurant, bigger and smaller gyms, a fitness room and utility space for a fluent working of all the building. The proposed sport centre is a two-storey building where the main part, sports hall, measures 24 x 50 meters. It is suggested to use a skeletal system from prefabricated concrete elements together with a roof from wooden trusses for this building.
