This master’s thesis deals with the interpretation of the sčasování and spletna, two of the key musical theoretical concepts of Leoš Janáček (1854-1928). The first half of the text is trying to term of sčasování and many of related terms with him to approach from the standpoint of Janáček's theoretical texts and studies by leading Czech musicologists. Also here we highlight the elaboration of the concept in the form of a discipline called musical kinetics, and all formal knowledge of the sčasování here are in the form of dictionary watchword. The goal of the second half of the work is to map the content of the concept spletna and related concepts within terms pocit and pacit and point out that their development in Janáček's creative thinking. Also here is a theoretical work of Janacek's like the basic assumption for our interpretation on which the findings are based on our comments to the reflection spletna for a number of Czech and foreign authors. Even with terms of spletna, pocit and pacit, we evidence clarification of these terms, that will be in the form of the real and the imaginary tone, which characterized Karel Janeček. The main benefit of the work is to bring the music of Janáček's central theoretical expressions in the form of today's musical terminology and hold all-encompassing terms and their interference to modern theoretical research. Using the description of the concepts we examined we also had a chance to point out some interesting moments in the composer's theoretical thinking.

Presented paper is concerned with Paul Natorp's system of the synthetic function of the reason and its influence on the theory of number. I will try to show that present system of the number theory suffers from some significant drawbacks and Natorp's theory may be able to amend them. Natorp elaborates his theory on the basis of Kantian categorical system and Kant's transcendental philosophy. In my paper, I would like to achieve two goals. Firstly, I would like to support Natorp's statement that we need to be concerned with the logical system of our concept's originating. Secondly, I will try to defend Natorp's theory against accusations of psychologism.

Title: Notion of Consumer in European and Czech Law The main aim of the thesis is to analyze the notion of consumer, to describe its historical evolution and provide solutions de lege ferenda. The notion of consumer, which is crucial for the extent of consumer protection, results from the concept of weaker contracting party. Therefore this thesis firstly deals with its definition, main principles, general enactment in the Civil Code and particular examples of protection of weaker parties. The thesis mainly focuses on legal regulation of the notion of consumer in European law which is exclusively regulated by secondary legislation of the EU. The majority of private law directives is based on the principle of minimum harmonisation and, in accordance with the case law of the Court of Justice of the EU, it characterises the consumer as a natural person acting with the entrepreneur out of their professional activity. It is assumed that consumer protection might become more integrated within the internal market of the EU, as well as based on full harmonisation principle or adoption of a general "European Consumer Protection Act". This diploma thesis called 'Unemployment and its influence on health' consists of theoretical and empirical part. In the theoretical part, important terms that are connected to unemployment and labour market are summarized. The definition of the term 'health' is specified and the factors and determinants that influence it are stated as well. The term 'health disorder' and problematics of psychosomatics are discussed too. The practical part is concentrated on examination of the influence of unemployment on health. A quantitative research, method of questioning and questionnaire technique were applied here. The collection of data took place at a regional office of The Jobcentre in České Budějovice. Job seekers registered under this office formed the body of the research. This work has two aims. The first one be the influence of unemployment on health of the unemployed and the second be the finding about the influence of unemployment on development of mental and somatic disorders. The following hypotheses were set up regarding the aims of the work: H1: The unemployed state their health declines during the period of unemployment, H2: Unemployment has a negative effect on mental health of the unemployed, H3: Unemployment has a negative effect on somatic health of unemployed. The hypotheses were not verified during the course of statistical testing. Based on the results of the research, we can deduce that the duration of unemployment doesn't have an impact on the subjective evaluation of physical and mental health. While the duration of unemployment increases, we don't observe any physical or mental heath decline of the unemployed. The conclusions of this research may, however, not be generalized due to the number of respondents and region which was chosen for the research. Statistical testing, however, revealed some interesting facts. These are, for example, the connection between the duration of unemployment and the evaluation of the impact on individual's areas of life, the relation between the duration of unemployment and health state evaluation during the last employment. The research itself could possible serve as a source material or starting point for future studies in this field. The above mentioned findings could after wider research bring knowledge which would be applicable to further practical works with the unemployed.

The diploma thesis called ?Employment and Its Impact on the Health? consists of theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part is focused on definition of the basic terms which are related to work and its influence on the health. Then the thesis is engaged in working environment, in occupational load and optimization of conditions of employment. The thesis also deals with social work as a help profession, characterize occupation of social worker and define the terms ?health? and social determinant of health. The practical part includes the evaluation of gained figures and statistical result´s processing. Collecting of primery data was realized by quantitative way, it was chosen the method of questioning, specifically the method of questionnaire. Research agreggate is constituted by social workers from four regions in the Czech Republic (South Bohemian Region, Central Bohemian Region, Vysočina Region and Prague, the Capital City) regardless of age, type of the institution where they are employed and target group they work with. The questionnaires were distributed by electronic way through the Internet or personally by visiting the institution and then they were handed or sent on social workers. On the whole there were 184 questionnaires returned for research, but eight of them couldn´t be used due to incorrect or insufficient completing. Finally there were used 176 questionnaires for result processing. In the diploma thesis there were two targets set. Map the influence of work on the health condition of social workers and find out to which changes of health condition by physical or psychological point at social workers is being gone. Together with the targets there was set following hypothesis: H1: Social workers feel the health problems more by psychological then by physical point. This hypothesis wasn´t on the basis of statistical testing confirmed. From the gained results is possible to come to a conclusion that in spite of the significant psychological difficulty of this profession, the social workers don´t feel psychological problems more than physical problems. The conclusions of the research can´t be generalized because of non-representativeness of research agreggate and region. It is necessary to look at the results with this regard. Statistical testing brought a few interesting findings. For example the link between the target group of clients and evaluation of satisfaction with working conditions, team and general satisfaction with the social worker occupation. The diploma thesis can be used as a insight into issue of the work influence on individual health and then specifically of the influence on social worker occupation to their state of health. Obtained figures can be useful not only for social workers but also for the heads of institutions providing social services. The results of the thesis can create the base or inspiration for other researches which will occupy with this theme.

Abuse of a dominant position - the concept of abuse and modes of abusive conduct Abstract This thesis deals with an abuse of dominant position, specifically with concept of abuse as such and subsequently with individual abusing practices. Article 102 TFEU as well as § 11 ZOHS do not define concept of abuse, it is therefore necessary to analyze case law for their understanding. The same apply in case of individual abusing practices. This analysis is fitted into the wider framework which consists in exploring the object of Article 102 and the method of its application, particularly in regards to Commision's effort to modernization. The main aim of the thesis is critical reflection of case law in the context of searching of purpose of Article 102, not comprehensive and detailed review. The thesis is composed of three chapters. Chapter One characterizes basic objectives of Article 102 and method of its application. Due to brief text of Article 102, the objects of the Article are really crucial for its interpretation and application. The subject of this thesis is The Romance of Ferrara which includes the majority of prosaic work of Giorgio Bassani, one of the most outstanding Italian writers of 20th century. The introduction shows historical and social context of the period in which Bassani grew up and that gave rise to his life philosophy. Without this experience he would never have become a writer and his moral obligation to take down all the truth is based on this fact. The jewish origin of Bassani plays also an important role in his oeuvre; the judaism includes a sense of exceptionality and marginalisation at the same time. This ambivalent feeling is characteristic for majority of Bassani's heroes. The central part of the thesis outlines the thematic and stylistic site of The Romance of Ferrara. We will map even the relationship between the narrator and the author himself, between fiction and reality. The last two chapters concern Ferrara, symbology of the space (vertical and horizontal as well) and the location of characters on the stage of this microcosmos. We will follow characters on their way through Ferrara and will study which role different places are playing within the Bassani's work.

102 Summary Liability based on Fault and the Concept of Fault in Czech and German Law of Torts The aim of the thesis is an introduction and comparison of the Czech and German law of torts - a branch of law which determines liability for damage caused by breach of a duty imposed by law - in the area of liability based on fault and an introduction and comparison of the concept of fault as one of the conditions for the application of this liability. That the subject is tort law of these two particular countries is not an act of arbitrariness, but it relates to the fact that the new Civil Code of 2012 is significantly inspired by the German system of tort law in the field of liability based on fault. This thesis attempts to provide not only comparison of the Civil Code No. 40/1964 Sb. with the new Civil Code of 2012, but also comparison with the German Civil Code - BGB. The thesis consists of four parts - "The Concept of Law of Torts", "General Conditions of Liability in the basic tort Provisions", "The Concept of fault and its forms" and "Liability based on fault".
