This thesis explains important concepts, procedures and forms of assessment in current school with a focus on new trends in this area. The thesis aim is to find out how is formative assessment and learning progress maps represented in the school assessment, whether created by SCIO or interviewed teachers. The theoretical part deals primarily with the formative school assessment, its functions and specifics. The second area on which the theoretical part focuses are innovations in the field of evaluation in connection with technology steeped era. Emperical part presents a report on whether and how is worked with progress maps on basic schools. Whether the teachers at these schools know this concept and optionally use learning progress maps in whatever form. Individualizace v předškolním a primárním vzdělávání / Individualization in pre-school and elementary education

The diploma thesis "Individualization in Preschool and Elementary Education" deals with an individualized education of preschoolers and children at the primary school stage. It is a case study with direct observation, interviews and studying the relevant documents qualitatively examines in detail the individualization in a particular educational institution in order to gain insight into its real individualized learning using representative sample to clarify its meaning. The thesis has both theoretical and practical forms and is aimed at studying the possibility of the individualized learning. It analyzes a specific way of teachers' pedagogical work with preschool children and school children in primary education. The first chapter of the theoretical part is based on knowledge drawn from several information sources about the individualization as an organizational form of education and also on synthesis of findings from several pedagogical and psychological disciplines influencing individualized learning; the second chapter describes the basic terms, principles, types, systems and special organizations of individualized educational work. Srovnání radikálně pravicových populistických stran v Norsku a ve Švédsku / The comparison of radical right-wing populist parties in Norway and in Sweden

The term 'populist radical right parties' often occurs in media, among experts or as a frequently discussed topic. The topic related to a rise of such of political parties in Europe is parallelly linked to the context of growing number of immigrants. The aim of this work is to clarify reasons of the origin and long-term success of two populist radical right parties. The work analyzes and consequently compares the existence of the Swedish Democrats and the Norwegian Progress Party. Even though Sweden and Norway share several historical and cultural features, situation around selected political parties is apparently different. Norway's Progress Party succeeded in an election of 1973 already. Nowadays it can be listed among Norwegian strongest political parties. On the other hand, the populist radical right party, Swedish Democrats, entered the political scene in 2002 only. The starting point of the time research frame for this thesis is defined as the breakthrough of the Progress Party in 1973 with Anders Lange in lead. The core of the thesis is based on the concept of supply and demand according to which independent variables are categorized. The main purpose of the work is to determine the key factor, which leads to the success of selected political parties and analyze their development.
