A presente dissertação analisa as mudanças implementadas na agenda da segurança pública na pós-transição democrática e os motivos pelos quais o modelo de segurança pública no Brasil é tão resistente a reformas. O cenário democrático testemunhou a entrada de novos atores na comunidade da política, e, a partir de então, novas e velhas visões acerca do tema passaram a coexistir. Apesar da crise da segurança pública, explicitada nas décadas de 1980-1990, nenhuma das propostas de reforma estrutural do modelo da política obteve êxito até o momento, o que pode ser explicado pela ausência de uma ampla coalizão em torno de uma agenda mínima de reformas e pelo padrão de dependência da trajetória da política. As mudanças possíveis nesse contexto, embora sejam insuficientes para conformar um novo modelo de política, têm provocado deslocamentos em algumas das características históricas do sistema de segurança pública, promovendo pequenas alterações na sua dinâmica federativa. / This dissertation analyzes the changes to the agenda of public security in Brazil after its democratic transition. It also addresses the reasons why the Brazilian policy model of public security might be so resistant to reforms. The new democratic scenario witnessed new actors entering the policy community and brought together old and new views on the subject. In spite of the crisis in the public security, which was brought to light in the 1980´s and 1990´s, none of the proposals for structural reform of the policy model have hitherto been successful. Such a failure might be explained by the absence of a broad coalition around a minimum agenda of reforms and also by the path dependence of the public security policy. The possible changes in this context, despite being insufficient to forge a new policy model, have led to shifts in some of the historical features of the system of public security, promoting small changes in its federative dynamics.

Author deals with possibility of making communal family policy in Prague. Author shows the drafts, how such kind of policy can be developped. The first part of this study offers analysis of conteporary stage in the several levels - stakeholders analysis, where the key stakehlders, their attitudes, reciprocial relations and ways of communication are marked out. Another part of analysis is the comparison analysis - the specific characteristics of the city districts are analysed, as well as the characteristisc of the regions and the Capital of the Slovák Republic, Bratislava. The secondary data are ušed as well as the primary data derived from the author's research. The second part of the study deals with the designs of the communal family policy in Prague and the description of the policy tools, according to the findings another methods are ušed - e.g. construction of the problems and goals trees and the future scenarios. There are many supplements in the study, mainly the tabs, schemes and other materials in the appendix.

This dissertation is designed as a theoretical research study, whose aim is to explore the possibilities of mapping and development of the community aspect of schools. This field of study is still relatively unexplored. The goal of this dissertation is to outline theoretically the concept of a Community school, and to stress the change of paradigm of current education and focus on how the role of school changes in current society. The dissertation also focuses on theoretical aspects of school perception and current scientific knowledge in given area. The research focuses on the analysis and characteristics of the Community school model. Further goal of the empirical research was to determine whether there is a reliable instrument to help identify the type and quality of a given Community school, identify a basic typological distribution of Community schools in the Czech Republic, identify how individual concepts of Community schools differ in the content and delivery of their curricula, and how are principles of Community schools interconnected with the principles of inclusive education, and in particular with the provision of equal opportunities. Master thesis analyses current state of European Union's Regional policy. Part of research is represented by historic overview and characteristic of basic principles, instruments and defined objectives. For futher purpose of thesis, the attention is focused on czech business environment, national programme documents and Operational programme Enterprises and Inovations, which was chosen as the the most convenient. Practical part is represented by business plan San Gimignano, which could possibly apply for european resources. The output of this master thesis is analysis of potentional abovementioned gain and factors of possible success.

In my graduation theses I was trying to clear up the role of separate instruments of active employment rate politics in fights against unemployment and sum up, if the application of these instruments in use leads to reducing of unemployment. At first, I described particular instruments of active employment rate politics in general, including their legal regulations and in the second part I made an analysis of the instruments APZ in area of České Budějovice. There is several ways how to reduce unemployment. In my opinion the most important is targeted and consequential pursuance of active employment rate politics, whose part is consultancy, prevention and checking. Further, to make more attractive required study fields and creation special programmes for risk groups.
