The occurrence of the opium poppy pests was observed in the Bohemian-Moravian highland around the village Rozseč in the years 2012 on two study areas, in the year 2014 on four study areas. There was discovered occurrence of three pests. The occur-rence of poppy root weevil exceeded threshold on all study areas. In the year 2012 one plant had occurrence on an average of 4.32--5.82 larvae. 3.15--5.18 adults on meter of line were registered, maximal amount was nine adults in the year 2014. The infestation intensity of plants was 29--61 %. 1.3--2.56 larvae on one plant were discovered, maxi-mum seven larvae. The root weevil occurred evenly on all area of all study areas. Weevil poppy was discovered on study area with lowest height above sea level (604 m) with west inclination only in the year 2014. Adults were registered on five poppy head. The occurrence of weevil poppy obviously was not disintegrating on all area. The black bean aphid occurred in the middle intensity in the year 2012. 4--11% infestation of plants was discovered after leaving overflight from the winter hosts in the year 2014. 17--41% infestation of plants was discovered before blossom. The irregular dispersion of the black bean aphid on a few lands could have been caused by wind.

This diploma thesis deals with evaluation of heterogeneity and harmfulness of weed infestation in selected crops. Literary part is focused on classification, spreading, harmfulness, utility and also regulation of weeds. Second part focuses on direct evaluation of field test in year 2012 in winter wheat and in year 2014 in spring barley on land in Žabčice. By all found weed species, crop equivalents were determined for specifying of harmfulness and mapping of theirs occurence on the land. Options of effective regulation of this weeds were suggested based on acquired results.

In the last few years there has been a significant decrease in the of number of wild birds across the Europe. It is mostly concerns synantropic species and species related to agricultural landscapes. The main cause of this decrease could be the changes in agriculture and also changes in the character of village surroundings and therefore the connection to a decrease of livestock. In this thesis a comparison of the differences in the bird community in winter months has been made, focusing on a sparrow in the Czech-Polish borderlands. There have been found differences between the agriculture development and development of rural settlements in each of these countries especially in the second part of the 20th.century. At the end of my thesis there are the comparison results of my thesis and the research, that was carried out in the summer months of 2014. The main research was done between December 2015 and January 2016 along the CzechPolish border. 16 villages were chosen and in each village there were 2 research areas the the dimensions of 100 x 100 meters. The total study consists of 64 research areas in different types of environments. The data collection was done twice in each area. The results show that in the Czech republic there occurred more birds and also birds species. It has been demonstrated, that poultry farming has a major impact on sparrow numbers. Out of the six surveyed habitats the one with the most birds was found to be found in the middle of a village with a factory farm and the most bird species were found on the outskirts.

The aim of this study, named Assessment of the influence of selected agri-environment measures and landscape elements on avifauna, was a predetermined area to carry out the mapping of bird species in view of to farmland birds depending on their implemented or performed agri-environment measures and the creation of new landscape elements. For the determination of the impact of the measures on individual species has been used relative point method. By using this method was the mapping of the observed total of 453 an individuals in 37 species, among whichThe influence of these measures. Of the 14 species marked for the purposes of this work as farmland birds has been observed 10 kinds. Both types of measures showed effects on species composition and abundance of bird populations in the study area. Deduce the effect of these measures on bird populations agricultural landscape of long-term and global perspective, but not with regard to short-term data can be gathered. In that area it will be necessary to continue the ornithological surveys and evaluate the impact of individual measures in the longer term.

The aim of my work was to project a rural road with an inosculation to a bridge in cadastral plain Komařice. During projection I followed valid norms and laws. Two versions of the rural road had been created and after a consultation with the executive of this graduation theses, one of these have been chosen to be worked out into the stage building licence documentation. The designed rural road should improve accessability to the plots, perform a function of antierosive and scenery composition.
