This diploma work deals with the evaluation of road net within the complex of estate layout and focuses on cart tracks. In the first part there is an overview of literature, next it describes estate layout and finally it focuses on road net. The cadastral area Dlouhá Stropnice in Southbohemian region has been chosen for this work. The detailed description of this area has been elaborated. The main point was the analysis of road net.

The aim of this master thesis is evaluation of influence of nature unbreakable obstractles to land adjustment project. This work contains literature review that describes all type of landscaping and the different types of nature unbreakable obstacles. The attention is paid to the complex landscaping in Rataje u Bechyně cadastral area. In this area there is designed reconstruction of the existing field road network and a new building some of new field road network. The practical part focuses on description of interest location, the complex landscaping, the nature unbreakable obstacles and increase road network in this area.

The work deals with issues of road network in comprehensive landscaping, the literature review specifically categorization of field roads, road constructions, the forms of the elements, buildings, drainage, vegetation accompaniment, maintenance, repairs and reconstructions of field roads. Within the selected area of interest includes the history of road network, road network according to the proposal complex of land adjustment and evaluation of its realization.

The main aim of the work is to demonstrate that properly designed field paths within the comprehensive land adjustment may serve as an important anti-erosion element. The exploration area is the land area Plešovice in the district of Český Krumlov. The anti-erosion effect was studied at properly leaded roads. The road network was evaluated with respect to the condition before and after the comprehensive land adjustment. Firstly field paths that were indicated as anti-erosion ones in the joint facilities plan were located. Further 2 detailed field surveys were carried out in which information and photographs were collected. The partial aim is to determine the vulnerability of agricultural land by water erosion by means of the latest methodology called Protecting agricultural land from erosion, which was published in early 2012. The use of current value of rain erosion factor (R = 20), which today appears to be undervalued, is mainly reflected. At the end of the work technical parameters of field paths were determined so that they comply with the conditions of anti-erosion protection.

The aim of this study was investigate the development of behaviour of common vole in usually used personality test - Open Field test. This study also used a new behavioural approach ? behavioural reaction norms - to investigate the relationship among personality traits, behavioural plasticity and body weight and chosen social characteristic. There were found the effects of adult body weight and litter size on individual behavioural plasticity and also the negative correlation between personality traits and behavioural plasticity, signaling the different level of habituation dependent on personality traits.

This diploma thesis deals with historic development of field paths with the emphasis on South Bohemia region. The attention was put on development periods of land adjustment in connections with field paths. The main focus was put on the analysis of transformation of field paths during diverse historical periods. The changes in development of the field paths were appraised on particular areas of interest. Two locations of interest in South Bohemia region with diverse natural conditions were chosen for purpose of this thesis. Cadastral area Dynín in České Budějovice district and cadastral area Křenov near Kájov in Český Krumlov district. Individual historical periods with description of roads network were used to evaluate historical development. This network was subsequently compared and considered according to proposed criterions. A part of the thesis was evaluation and representation of changes in roads network in particular historical periods using historical maps by means of software program GIS.

The aim of this thesis was to empirically examine one of the theories regarding the laws of intraspecific variability in animal behavior, which assumes that differences in behavior are directly related to individual differences in the rate of growth. One of our most common rodents, common vole (Microtus arvalis) was chosen as a model species, mainly because lots of previous studies on this species have demonstrated, among other things, presence of consistent differences in behavior.

This paper on Project learning within the education of cultivation work at primary school assesses educational project works, its brief history and types, as well as different point views on the matter. Not only does it deal with the problematic terminology, but also its introduction into the practical education. The three projects discussed are as follows: 1. What can be found on fields in autumn? 2. What is never abundant? 3. Weaving plants All of them have been brought into the practical use and can serve the teachers for inspiration. Understandably, the projects have been elaborated to suit the Project-based Education, combining more subjects and unifying them.

The aim of my graduation theses is to project a rural road in two variations. The first variation was solved in an existing position. Rural roads are one of the most important parts of complex land consolidation. Road network create an organization of land resources. In other part they ensure an entrance to agricultural holdings. They can perform for example a function of soil protection from erosion and tourist function. Rural roads have to be harmoniously integrated into a landscape. The basis for my project is map with ratio scale 1:5 000. I projected a location of a rural road into a map at first. Then I created a general longitudinal profile for both variations. For the second variation was created also a detailed longitudinal profile. I projected a composition of a construction of a road, what is shown in a cross section. Rural roads have to be projected to minimalize earthmoving, because it causes high costs. Another aspect of projecting rural roads is, that they have to be integrated into a landscape.

This theses focuses on olfactory and visual components of mate choice in grey partridge. The aim is to evaluate the importance of melanin-based ornametnation and olfaction in mate choice and to explain the role of sexual selection in the evolution of secondary ornamentation in this socially monogamous galliform bird. To do that several experiments were conducted to (1) assess the ability of individuals to recognize conspecific odour and (2) to estimate the significance of melanin based feather ornamentation in male-male and male-female interactions. In some experiments I manipulated the expression (size) of feather maleanin- based ornamentation while in others I used birds forced to pair randomly to find out how the size of ornament and similarity in ornament expression between males and females (assortative pairing) affects reproductive success and investments (egg hatchability and number of eggs laid).
