This Research thesis is focused on the influence of body position on the function of pelvic floor muscles (PFM). Anatomical structures, kinesiology and neurophysiology of the PFM are described in the theoretical part of this thesis. It also discusses the methodology used for objective evaluation of the PFM. For the practical part of this thesis, 30 healthy subjects (aged 20 - 30 years, 15 male, 15 female) where chosen via a questionnaire. The subjects were examined via the method of anorectal manometry. The goal of the examination was to measure the distribution of a) resting pressure in the anal canal in selected positions, b) pressure during voluntary maximal contraction of PFM and sphincters in selected positions, c) pressure during 20 seconds of voluntary contraction. Selected positions are: lying on the back; lying on the back with legs elevated and held in "three flexion"; kneeling on all fours with palm support; kneeling on all fours with elbow support; squatting, and standing. Results: a) The resting pressure is influenced by the body position. Highest resting pressure was observed in squatting and standing positions, lowest resting pressure was measured on subjects while kneeling on all fours with elbow support. Práca sa zaoberá objavujúcim sa nekonvenčným využitím moderných teodolitov, tiež známych ako Robotické Totálne Stanice (RTS), ako sledovací a navádzací systém, určením presnej pozície dynamicky sa pohybujúceho objektu. To sa týka najmä situácií, kde nie je možné využiť konvenčné polohovacie systémy akým je napríklad GNSS. Kinematicky určená poloha objektu kontinuálne sledujúcou RTS môže byť následne v reálnom čase využitá pre autonómnu navigáciu malých bezpilotných leteckých prostriedkov (UAV) poskytnutím referenčného súradnicového systému a okamžitej polohy v ňom. Podstatná časť práce je venovaná návrhu a realizácii vhodných experimentov, ktoré overia spoľahlivosť určovania presnej polohy objektu v presnom časovom okamžiku. Boli preverené stanice série S7 a S9 od spoločnosti Trimble a stanica S9 HP, ktorá disponuje frekvenciou kontinuálneho merania až do 10 Hz bola napokon využitá pre experimenty. Lokálny čas ovládacieho panelu TSC7, ktorý zabezpečuje komunikáciu so stanicou bol pomocou protokolu PTP synchronizovaný s lokálnym časom mini-počítača Raspberry Pi, ktorý následne poskytoval referenčné meranie skutočnej polohy objektu v čase. V závere sú zhrnuté výsledky experimentov.

The first part describes angular displacement sensors. Especially it focuses on optoelectrical incremental encoders. It also includes market research of very high-accuracy encoders. The second part contains description of precision calibration techniques with uncertainty to the thousandth of an arc-sec level. In the last part, the development of a calibration stage is presented and consequently the error map of an encoder is obtained.

Master's thesis is devoted to the dialogue between image and word. Two different approaches are developed in the theoretical part. First, a word as part of a figurative expression, then an image assuming function that usually belongs to words. The second part is the main focus of the whole work, which is the diary as a medium dealing with both ways of expression. In the following chapters of the theoretical part, we are looking for the principles of diary in various examples of fine arts. Their definition opens up space for the author's - practical part. There are four different ways of the diary forms presented in practical part. The work experiments with expression between images and words to free diary from conventions and traditional ways. Similarly, the didactic part elaborates two innovative realized art projects. The first presents the concept of author identification with a fictitious character and its subsequent diary creation. In the second, the theme of the diary is demonstrated in form of a profile on the Facebook social network, which arises from the imaginary creation of an "updated artist". Another part is focused on the defects generated during welding of aluminum and its detection and iterpretation. The final part discusses the requirements for qualification of welders.
