The diploma thesis shows the current state and level of marriage preparation of the engaged couples within the Hradec Kralove diocese border region. The thesis examines and evaluates the status of the preparations in four vicariates in connection with the related church documents. The particular vicariates together with the qualified personnel are introduced and number of marriages for the past ten years is listed for a reference. The thesis characterises four different types of engaged couples and introduces several types of preparations. The current state of the preparations in the region is surveyed and findings are presented in the thesis. Among the preparations guided by a priest the thesis describes additional tools and techniques complementing the preparations. The final part of the thesis is dedicated to these complementary preparation tools and techniques which are presented, compared and evaluated here. The diploma thesis notices preparation of engaged couples with respect to the formation of the future family, which is encouraged by the thesis.

The work was reflecting the effect of basic swimming training and the water environment on the fine motor skills of the upper limbs in a group of pupils with specific learning disabilities. Part of the work is a comparison with a group of pupils of the same age with specific learning disabilities without said swimming training. The main goal of the work is to observe a group of pupils from a Prague based private elementary school with focus on education of children with specific learning disabilities and evaluation of potential changes in fine motor skills of the upper limbs. The selected group of pupils consisted of children diagnosed with one or more specific learning disability, such as developmental dysphasia, dyspraxia, dysgraphia, dyslexia, ADHD syndrome and Asperger's syndrome in ages 8 to 10. The training was a mandatory basic swimming training in third grade and happened during the school year 2018/2019 with total of 15 participants. Input testing for fine motor skills and test of level of swimming abilities were organised in the beginning of the training. Output testing was organised in February of 2019 after completion of 20 hours of swimming training. The thesis is focussed on social work with visually impaired clients. The theoretical part deals with eyesight, anatomy, physiology of the eye and various visual defects; further, on personality of handicapped individuals, quality of their lives, provided social assistance, methods of typhlo- rehabilitation and appropriate utensils. The application section searches by means of qualitative research, namely semi-structured interview and observation, complex functioning of an asylum for the handicapped - Home for Visually Impaired Clients PALATA, Prague. The dissertation presents, according to the findings, personalities of the interviewed, their subjective difficulties, the way they cope with the obstacles, their level of contentment, and considers bounds of assistance possibilities from the social background. The objective of the thesis is to describe options of social work with visually impaired clients. To present their personalities and difficulties they deal with due to their handicap. Title: The learning aids for educational therapy of dysortographia of primary school pupils pupils Thesis "The learning aids for educational therapy of dysortographia of primary school pupils" aims at assembling a list of method of reducing dysortographia - a specific grammar disability - and assessing their effectiveness for treating this disability. The theoretical part of the thesis covers terminology, symptoms and ethiology of specific learning disabilities. Next, the topic of specific learning disabilities is discussed in the context of primary school (ages 7 - 12). Diagnostics, methods of educational therapy and learning aids are described in relation to dysortographia. The reserch part of the thesis describes the methods used in special pedagogical intervention and, based on analysis of input and output diagnostics, assesses the effect of used methods on management of dysortographia in a chosen sample of pupils, compared to the control group which hasn't been treated with these methods. Its task is to introduce the basic rules and requirements of quality management, occupational safety, health and fire protection in construction industry. The second part of the thesis deals with quality management, occupational safety, health and fire protection in construction companies, which are presented and analyzed in detail. These findings are then applied to create methodology of implementing the occupational safety, health and fire protection management system for construction companies.

This diploma thesis "Education of Pupils at Jedlička Institute and Schools" contains information about physically disabled pupils. The aim of the diploma thesis was to discover the needs and methods of physically disabled pupils' education. The research was focused on what teaching methods, didactic tools, compensation aids and other means and access to pupils are used by teachers at primary school. The diploma thesis includes an analysis of an asset of Jedlička Institute and Schools. The research uses the following methods: structured interviews with teachers and participant observation at primary school. The theoretical part of the thesis comprises kinds of physical disability, combined disability, Jedlička Institute and Schools and information about education of physically disabled pupils and pupils with combined disability. The diploma thesis deals with teaching elementary reading in our territory. The theoretical part focuses on reading from the past till present. It analyzes methods, that were taught in our territory during the past, and shows their benefits for current methods of teaching elementary reading. It also presents current methods of teaching reading and their methodology. The research part is focused on comparing analytical-synthesis method and genetic method of reading from the viewpoint of reading comprehension, accuracy, fluency and reading speed.

This diploma thesis is focused on use of measuring interface myDAQ by National Instruments company in teaching of electrotechnical measurement at vocational school. The aim of this work is the design of set of suitable measuring tasks covering the curriculum in electrotechnical measurements for the 3rd and 4th class of study branch of 26 41 M/01 Electrotechnics. Description of the properties of the measuring interface myDAQ and the respective utility programme National Instruments Multisim is a part of this work. The practical part contains technological and photographic documentation of the various products that can be connected to the interface myDAQ. This thesis is built on the author's bachelor thesis.

Aim of this thesis is to plot employee care in organizations and companies, that have a seat in Pelhřimov district. The thesis deals with employee relationships and employee care, where participate working hours and work regime, work enviroment, personal development of employees, services provided to employees by employer, employee benefits, work safety and protection of their health and their motivation and stimulation as well. The first step during processing of this thesis was studying the special literature; making of questionaries was directly connected with it. The questionary was essintial for following survey and the survey took four months. Then, acquired information were processed and incuded into graphs and charts and annotated. The result of the thesis is an undestandable picture of employee care in Pelhřimov district and discovery of the greatest problems and the most problematic branches of the national economy.

The thesis is devoted to the specificity of playing the piano preschool children. It combines the knowledge of developmental psychology, psychology of music and piano methodology with their reflection in practical teaching piano. The work is divided into five chapters, which i s based on key publications and developmental psychology of music in the Czech republic, theoretical works of contemporary piano teachers, piano course books and a survey carried out in the framework of a diploma thesis. The first chapter deals with the level of psychological development of preschool age and its reflection in piano lessons. The second chapter discusses the level of musical abilities of the child at the same age. Chapter three outlines further specifics in teaching pre-school children, dedicated to personalities of pupil and teacher as the main creators of the educational process, it refers to the methods used in teaching and not least about the role of parents in the education of their child. The fourth chapter summarizes the methodology selected piano teaching materials suitable for teaching children of preschool age. Final Chapter complements the work of the views of piano teachers on teaching preschool children.
