Uplatnění ekologických a fytocenologických analýz travních porostů při harmonizaci jejich produkčních a mimoprodukčních funkcí / Application of ecological and phytocenological analyses of grasslands in harmonisation their production and non-production functions

TURKOVÁ, Jitka January 2007 (has links)
In the years 2005 - 2006 it was practised typological maping of selected meadow and pasture areas in Kardašova Řečice (439 m n.m.). The selected areas of permanent grasslands were separated into parts by growth types, where it was observed: projective dominance and frequency of individual species, the amount of primary production of biomass, the underground water level.

Struktura a vývoj autochtonních bukových porostů v CHKO Broumovsko. / Structure and development of autochthonous beech forests in the protected landscape area Broumovsko.

Gysin, Romana January 2016 (has links)
The thesis describes the horizontal and vertical structure of two permanent research plots with the developmental stages of the tree layer of native beech stands in NPR Broumov in the area CHKO Broumov nature reserve in the Sudetenland. The horizontal structure of the tree layer is random and in the developmental stages of natural regeneration. The average number of individuals natural recovery is around 15 100 individuals per hectare.

Analýza hustoty lesních porostů s využitím texturálních příznaků snímků vysokého prostorového rozlišení a dat leteckého laserového skenování / Analysis of forest canopy density based on textural features of hight resolution imagery and airborne laser scanning data

Bromová, Petra January 2012 (has links)
Analysis of forest canopy density based on textural features of high resolution imagery and airborne laser scanning data Abstract The objective of this thesis is to assess the forest canopy density in the Šumava Mountains, Czech Republic. The spruce forests in this area have been suffering from the bark beetle outbreak for almost 20 years resulting in a mixture of dead and young trees, mature forest stands and peat bogs. The canopy density was evaluated using a very high spatial resolution panchromatic imagery and low point density LiDAR, combined with an object oriented approach. The classification based on three GLCM texture measures (contrast, entropy and correlation), which were derived from the image objects, resulted in a kappa index of accuracy of 0.45. Adding the information from the LiDAR data, the accuracy of the classification improved up to 0.95.

Přehled a vyhodnocení dostupných databází při oceňování trvalých porostů / Review and Evaluation of Available Databases at the Appraisal of Permanent Stands

Pavlák, Jakub January 2010 (has links)
The subject of this master´s thesis is evaluation availability databases sources used in forensic engineering of forest management. Theoretical part describes basic terms about forests, forest management and available databases sources. Practical part deals with describing of this databases and make methods, how can we get useful information.

Genetická diverzita a struktura populací Campanula glomerata na regionální škále v Bílých Karpatech / Genetic diversity and structure of populations of Campanula glomerata on regional scale in White Carpathians

Černá, Mariana January 2020 (has links)
Habitat fragmentation can adversely affect species populations due to reduced genetic diversity and increased population differentiation due to habitat isolation, reduced population size, and disruption of gene flow. Many species suffer from habitat fragmentation and isolation, and Campanula glomerata is a good example of a species that is noticeably declining in many places due to changes in landscape management. The question is how the model species responds to these changes and whether is the change are reflected in genetic diversity and population structure. The aim of this work is to determine the degree of genetic diversity and to reveal the genetic structure of populations of the model species C. glomerata on a small regional scale in the White Carpathians. This system will allow us to compare populations from two different regions that have been affected to varying degrees by agricultural intensification and fragmentation in the last century. It is a southwestern and northeastern part of the region, which differs from each other in the history of management in the landscape, but also in the continuity of meadows, species composition and environmental conditions. For this purpose, I developed and optimized a total of 16 usable microsatellite markers, 4 of which come from related species of...

Standardizace využití dálkového průzkumu Země pro potřeby Forenzní ekotechniky: les a dřeviny / Standardization of Remote Sensing Usage for Forensic Ecotechnique: forest and trees

Introvičová, Sabina January 2016 (has links)
The thesis presents the main points of standardization of remote sensing (RS) usage for Forensic Ecotechnique: forest and trees (FEft). Based on the study FEft expertise database, the types of expertise, which remote sensing data have already been used and the types where the use of remote sensing increases the exactness of solutions were analyzed. RS data are essential in a problematic situation when an examined object does not exist or has been changed at the time of the assignment. This situation may be solved by obtaining information about the investigated object via retrospective image data, as described in the model example. There are chosen categories of image data relevant to the needs of experts in this thesis. These categories of RS data and their products are described with an indication of their possible use in the expertise processing, including freely available or paid resources and archives of image data.

Vliv kontinuity a managementu stanoviště na druhové složení a diverzitu / The effect of habitat continuity and management on species composition and diversity

Hubáčková, Barbora January 2021 (has links)
Semi-natural grasslands of the eastern Moravia have big potential to host species-rich plant communities. However, changes in land-use during the second half of the last century were rapid and vast and many grasslands had been ploughed over. In the early 80s some arable lands were sown with low diversity clover-grass mixture and transferred back to grassland. Restoration of grasslands on former arable fields is a major challenge. Their colonisation by grassland species may be complicated by initial seeding productive low diversity seed mixtures. The aim of this study was to estimate differences in species composition and species diversity between ex-arable artificially seeded grasslands and fragments of grasslands with continuity over 70 years in the north part of White Carpathian Mts., SE Czech Republic and identify species traits limiting species ability to colonize the ex-arable grasslands. Target plant species (total of 137) were surveyed on 66 grasslands. Surveyed grasslands were according to continuity and type of management. Coordinates of centroids from each polygon (i. e. surveyed grassland) were used to treat the spatial correlation of the surveyed grasslands. The effect of continuity on species composition and diversity was tested after accounting for differences in the management and...
