Mateřská škola Malšice / Nursery school, Malšice

Diploma thesis solves project of a nursery school. The nursery school is situated on a spacious plot, which is in the centre of Malšice in the southern Bohemia. The estate is flattened, and the ground plan of the house is suggested in rectangle. Project documentation solves a two-floor house with a basement with and a flat roof. The object is designed in the campus. The entrance to the building is situated on the west side. Entrance to the estate is from the adjoining local paved road. Vertical constructions are suggested from ceramic blocks Porotherm. The vertical constructions are suggested from lost formwork. The peripheral walls are provided with a contact thermal insulation system. Horizontal constructions are suggested as reinforced concrete ceiling boards. The staircase is suggested as a reinforced concrete. In the 1st floor is located nursery department and background for employees. In the 2nd floor are classrooms.

The subject of the diploma thesis is the design and process of the construction-technical part of the project documentation for realization of the new building of the mountain guest-house house in Karolina with an accommodation capacity of 36 people. The building is located on a slope, it is a basement, it has 2 underground floors and 3 aboveground floors. The building is roofed with a saddle roof with a concrete roofing. Vertical support structures are made from the Porotherm system. In addition to the project, an architectural study, a fire report and a thermal-technical assessment of the house are also included.

The building will serve as a holiday bording house and in the additional wine cellar is located mill with seating. Floor plan house has a rectangular shape, the main entrance is oriented from the east. Bording house has two floors . Ceiling structure is continuous reinforced concrete slab thickness 200 mm. The truss is made of wooden roof trusses. The guest house is constructed from a ceramic system from Wienerberger. The external walls are made of ceramic blocks Porotherm 30 P + D and 15 cm of thermal insulation. The internal load-bearing walls are made of bricks Porotherm 30 AKU P + D. The internal non-load bearing walls - plasterboard walls are Knafo type Diamant (between bytes) W 155, W 151, W 152, W153 . Extension to the existing floor plan from the cellar has a rectangular shape , the main entrance is oriented to the west. Extension to existing from the cellar is constructed from a ceramic system from Wienerberger. The external walls are made of ceramic blocks Porotherm 30 P + D and 10 cm of thermal insulation. The internal load-bearing walls are made of bricks Porotherm 30 AKU P + D. The internal non-load bearing walls - plasterboard walls are Knafo type Diamant W 151, W 152. Floor plan of the summer has a rectangular shape, the inputs are oriented on the south side . Summer part is constructed from a ceramic system from Wienerberger. The external walls are made of ceramic blocks Porotherm 24 P + D. The internal load-bearing walls are made of bricks Porotherm 24 P + D. Interior non-bearing walls are made of bricks Porotherm 11.5 P + D. The construction will be included in family houses and wine cellars as an isolated object. The objects leads paving of sidewalks and driveway with parking.

The subject of my thesis is a project documentation of kindergarten in the land of the municipality Litovel. It is a two - storey detached house which disposal solution meets the conditions of operation of the building – the education of children aged from three to six years. There are classes for children aged three to four years and technical support for the school in the first floor. In the second floor there are two classes, one class for children aged four to five and second class for pre - school children and children with deferred schooling. Each department has a separate entrance, which is located on the north side. The constructive design of the system is designed from the POROTHERM system. The vertical rim of the structure of the first and second floor are bricked up wiith POROTHERM 44 T Profi dimension of 248 x 440 x 249 mm. Inside walls with POROTHERM 30 Profi, a wall between the rooms, and the food servery is of POROTHERM 30 Aku Profi dimension of 247 x 300 x 249 mm and internal masonry POROTHERM 11, 5 Profi dimension 497 x 115 x 249 mm. In the object there are used SDK pre-walls and ceilings Rigips 150 mm thickness. The ceiling is ceramo-concrete POROTHERM system (carrier beams Pot and cartridge Miako) 290 mm thickness. The vertical structure are obtained from internal and external parties plaster. The roof is designed as a green roof. The windows and the front door are designed in plastic with mahogany colour. Floor coverings are designed with regard to the use or operating rooms - the ceramic floor tiles or vinyl flooring. The operation of the school on the 1 st and 2. floor is linked with monolithic staircase. The outer surface layers are equipped with mineral coloured paint. This thesis solves the construction area of High school building in Ustí nad Orlicí deals with the main building of the complex. The High school will be located in the district town of Ustí nad Orlicí, in the district on Štěpnice, this is a developing area on the outskirts of town. The building will serve as a high school facilities, with a capacity of 360 students and 20 teachers and 10 other staff. The main building of High school is designed as a three-storey building, its shape resembles the letter T with a smaller spur of handstand. The building is roofed single-roof with vegetative planting. The building is built of structural system POROTHERM masonry blocks with precise thin cleft. Ceiling design floors form the hollow prestressed ceiling panels Spiroll from Goldbeck over the main entrance consists of reinforced concrete ceiling construction cross reinforcement plate, then the ceiling structure made of suspended ceiling drywall. Dominating the lecture hall buildings form a stepped podium staircase and from outside the auditorium finish of brick strips Klinker, located above the main entrance to the building. The building is adapted for wheelchair use. Work includes documentation and drawing part, that is handled as a detailed documentation.

The aim of the diploma thesis submitted is preparation of project documentation for construction of new municipal authority building. The building will be situated in the center of municipality Dlha nad Kysucou. The building is divided into the municipality office and hall for social occasions. The building is detached, with partial basement and two floors. Small and large halls are situated on the ground floor. Municipality offices can be found on the first floor. Foundations of the building are formed by foundation strips of regular concrete. Wall construction system, Porotherm blocks are used for vertical structures of the building. Horizontal structures were built using celling panels Spiroll, made out of ferroconcrete. Flat single ply roof has standard order of layers.

The subject of my diploma thesis is a new-build quest pension in Čeladná. The building has two above-ground floors in the first part and one floor is in the second part. The pension is partially with a cellar and i tis located in the periphery of tve village on nearly flat terrain. The second floor is only for pension quests. On the first floor, there i salso a restaurant with a covered terrace. The perimeter load-bearing walls of above-ground floors are mad of Porotherm brick blocks, underground walls are made of BUILD IN concrete blocks. The ceiling structure consists of a folded ceiling of prestressed spiral ceiling panels spiroll. The roof above the second floor is formed as a double-skin flat roof. A vegetation single-skin flat roof is designed above the first floor. The parking for visitors is located on the east side, also the parking for the epmloye is designed on the south side.

The aim of my diploma thesis was a project of a new mixed-use building in the land register of Brno. The object is a 5 storey building that is with basement. In the basement is garage for 13 cars. The first floor will be located several shops. Between the second and the fourth floor will be dwelling units. It is covered by flat roof with Attica. I designed the project with emphasis on disposal orientation according to the cardinal points and constructed arrangements of the building. During the process I tried to use modern methods, common material and I tried to separate space for living and space for public.

The aim of my thesis is to design and elaborate the project documentation for construction of the nursery school in the cadastral area Prague-Černý most. It is a two-storey partially basement building, witch with its layout corresponds to the conditons of the building operation. Nusery school is designed for 4 departments after 24 kids. The construction system of the object is designed as Porotherm system. External load-bearing structures are designed as ventilated facade with thermal insulation of 180 mm thickness. Vertical load-bearing structures of 1st and 2nd floor will be lined with brick blocks Porotherm 38 profi and 1.S bricks from the Best 30 permanent formwork. The inner bearing walls are designed with Porotherm 24 profi and Porotherm 11,5 Profi is used for non-load-bearing masonry. The exterior facade cladding is designed from HPL compact laminate boards. The internal staircase is half-turn stairs, reinforced concrete, monolithic. Horizontal supporting structures consist of Porotherm ceramic concrete system (POT beams and miako insert) with a thickness of 250 mm. The roof is designed as a vegetation, some of witch is supplemented with a gutter. The windows and doors are plastic-aluminium. Floor coverings are designed taking into the use of individual rooms such as floor screed, ceramic tiles and cork floors. The main aim of my work was to solve the disposition for the given purpose, to design a suitable construction system and to draw up the drawing documentation including the text part.
