Hyperaktivita / HyperactivityVELKOVÁ, Martina January 2010 (has links)
In my diploma thesis I deal with the issues of hyperactivity that has recently been a very current and discussed topic. In the theoretic part of my thesis, I specify the concept of hyperactivity and talk further about its symptoms and consequent effects. I, as well, pay close attention to the current possibilities of reeducation with a consequent focus on the programs supporting hyperactive children and their parents. The practical part of the diploma thesis consists of three parts: an interview with a pedagogue working with hyperactive children; a case report of a hyperactive child; questionnaire survey and its subsequent interpretation. The practical part of the diploma thesis focuses on the particular symptoms of hyperactivity at hyperactive children in the school environment and their consequent effects. It tries to find out the possibilities of the reeducation and remedy at the same time. In detail, it targets the help to hyperactive children and their parents offered by schools and consequently the ratio of utilization by the parents. At the very end of the practical part of the diploma thesis, I dedicate my work to an assessment of hypothesis defined by myself.

A proper methodological procedure in terms of making an appropriate technical inspection of crashed vehicles has been suggested, incl. verifying the supposed benefits of suggested proceedings through inspections and analyses that have been carried out. This work is also dealing with an influence of time on testimony value of damaged car parts. Various sorts of detected failure confirmation acceptable as a cause of the car accident are discussed in this work as well. The main emphasis is put on the need of securing the damaged car parts right after a car accident happened, top important is keeping these damaged car parts which can ensure their eventual inspection as a source for the correct analysis. There are practical examples of how not taking the damaged car parts can make correct analyses impossible and vice versa how an expection of a damaged car carried out as soon as possible after a car accident can lead the analysis in the right direction.

Total evaluation of the outcomes of this diploma work is alarming. The gained outcomes have showed an increase incidence of psychiatric pathology. Although nurses cannot substitute doctors in diagnostics, they need to be educated in etiology. Considering that nurses are in close contact with diseased, their greatest goal is to prevent the mood and behavioral defects. Out of searching for endangered and diseased, nurses must permanently function on the health education and to participate on psychiatric rehabilitation. Their goal is to motivate the diseased to treatment, explain the doctor{\crq}s recommendations and actively and initiatively gain the patients for exercitation of healthy life. Seniors need to hear affable words, they need understanding and help to solve their behavior and mood changes. Nurses can be a big help when solving these changes, because seniors trust nurses, open their hearts to nurses and tell them what bothers them and what they cannot handle anymore. Nurses must heal the body and the soul as well. I think that this way we can lower the risk of complications and conflicts and to make the life for the affected seniors better and easier. The gained results could be possibly used to increase the quality of service in other social sectors and healthcare associations.

Patients with tinnitus have significantly higher values of 11- dehydrotromboxane-B2. The average concentration in tinnitus patients was 2.02±1.81 ng/ml compared to 1.32±1.33 ng/ml in the control group. At the same time we evaluated other coagulation parameters. We checked...
