This thesis is focused on the integration of pupils with special educational needs into alternative schools, points out the pros and cons for their education. In the theoretical part are explained in more detail the concepts related to specific learning disorder ADHD and mental retardation. There is characterized by the integration and inclusion of children with this disability and their cooperation with educational assistant. In the end of the given principles of the Waldorf, here is a comprehensive overview of the philosophy, education of pupils at the Waldorf schools. The practical part focuses on the specifics of the educational process at the Waldorf School and the inclusion of children with special educational needs into teaching. In qualitative research, the case study of integrated children and analyzed their professional documentation. Interested observing and working with them is documented their previous education and assessed the appropriateness of including these children to alternative schools.

The aim of this thesis is to describe the stress factors and burnout, particularly in ambulance firefighters. In the theoretical section provides basic information on the Fire Rescue Service of the Czech Republic, the specifics of their work and are also given information regarding stress, posttraumatic stress disorder , burnout and psychological services to the Fire and Rescue Service of the Czech Republic. This is complemented by the findings of other states. The practical part is focused on the processing and evaluation of a questionnaire survey to map the most important factors of stress and burnout among staff of the Fire Rescue Corps of the Karlovy Vary Region and the Central Region.

The aim of my dissertation is to map parents´ life who have children with the ADHD syndrome. This presented dissertation consists of the theoretical and practical part. In the theoretical part I am dealing with ADHD syndrome, his definition, characteristics, causes of origin, diagnostics, then I mention difficulties which are connected to ADHD syndrome and his presence in population. Then in chapter Child with ADHD I focus on particularities of its evolution, then I describe the sense and role of the child´s family. The important part is the upbringing ADHD children and, also suitable attitudes for them. I am also dealing with parents who have ADHD child and their potential difficulties, which they can be faced. The last chapter is ADHD Child in the school, where I describe the sense of the teacher for ADHD child and how relations the family and the school have, possibilities how to help, support for parents and their ADHD children. The qualitative method which means interview was chosen for this research. The content of the practical part is to analyse and make dialogues with the parents of ADHD children with the aim to answer on given research questions and to fulfil the aim of my dissertation. Interviews was realised with four respondents. With one of them there was also respondent´s husband. The respondents´ children´s age was from 6 to 12 years, 3 boys and 1 girl. Interviews were rewritten word to word by direct transcription towards written form and subsequently were elaborated by open coding with the subsequent setting cards. Respondents described similar characteristics their children with ADHD as hyperactivity, inattentiveness, impulsiveness and madness. Also they agreed that child´s ADHD negatively influenced the relationship with their partners.

Žaneta Jakubová, Specialist in laboratory methods Signs of epilepsy spectrum disorder in persons with psychostimulants addiction Diploma thesis Charles University in Prague, Faculty of Pharmacy in Hradec Králové Department of Biological and Medical Sciences, Background: The aim of this diploma thesis is to study the occurrence of symptoms of epileptic spectrum disorder in psychostimulant subjects and to demonstrate the effect of psychostimulants on the occurrence of this disorder. Methods: For questionnaire survey was used to collect the data, in which probands submitted a total of 3 questionnaires. Input anamnestic questionnaire to obtain general information, the remaining two are focused on symptoms of epileptic spectrum disorder - Complex Partial Seizure-like Symptoms Inventory (CPSI) and Limbic System Checklist-33 (LSCL-33). Statistical methods of percentage comparison, chi-square test and unpaired t-test were used for evaluation. Results: Unusual scores and scores for epileptic spectrum disorder reached a total of 60 % of respondents in the CPSI. In the LSCL-33 questionnaire, a suspect and abnormal score reached 100 % of respondents. The diploma thesis is focused on the partial, lively, personal, unique and subjective experience of the clients in the Institutional Treatment Institut, aiming to understand their lives within contextual connections and to reflect their future life perspectives. The thesis has a theoretical-application character. The attention of the theoretical part is paid to problems of behavioral and emotional disorders, their classifications, causes and other contexts, as well as the topic of prevention and therapy of behavioral and emotional disorders, with the greatest attention being paid to institutional education. In the theoretical part, the diploma thesis summarizes the findings of developmental dyspraxia or rather developmental coordination disorder and deals with the issue of physical activities in this disorder. One section of the theoretical part are the characteristics of the activities, that probands from the practical part of this thesis regularly do, and their possible use in intervention. The practical part deals with an evaluation of motor skills in young cross-country skiers and in children from movement versatility section of Sokol union. We used the Movement Assessment Battery for Children 2 for evaluation. The next aim is to determine whether the level of motor skills correlates with the level of attention, that we tested using Test od attention d2. The last aim is to determine whether the level of motor skills is different for boys and girls engaged in the same sport. No difference in level of motor skills between cross-country skiers and children from Sokol union was found. However, statistically significant difference between performance in the single components of the test MABC-2 was revealed, this difference was found in the component of balance. The diploma thesis surveys the school age children's personality with attention deficit disorder, yoga and its exercise, relaxation techniques and its positive affect on them. The work shows yoga postures' detailed description, sun salutation and the whole lecture. The aim was to bring in yoga exercise to reduce ADHD symptoms and to find out how can regular yoga exercise affect school behavior and self-perceived stress level. By this experiment was used data analysis and presence observing as the survey methods. The current study found that regular yoga exercise at school has slight change in the participants' ADHD symptoms and school behavior. The current study found no change in the participants' self-perceived stress level. Participants viewed yoga as both physical activity and relaxation.

Abstract The diploma thesis on the theme ?Factors influencing adolescents´ opinion on issues of the domestic violence? deals in the theoretical part with all important aspects of the domestic violence and stalking. The research part has been focused on adolescents aged 17 to 19 years living in Vysočina region, the research sample has consisted of 858 respondents. The aim of the thesis was to find out, by statistical methods on a statistically significant sample of adolescents, key factors influencing the adolescents´ opinion on the issue of the domestic violence. In relation to the aim of the thesis there were determined following hypotheses, which were tested on 5% significance level with six survey questions. Hypothesis 1: ?Statistically significant factor for the domestic violence among adolescents is their personal experience? was confirmed in four areas. Respondents having the personal experience with the domestic violence differ from the respondents without such experience in the following: they are more aware of a possibility of a partner´s violence at their age, they more refuse to tolerate the domestic violence, they better recognize a definition of the domestic violence and they are often aware of a possibility of a trans-generation transmission of the violence. In connection with this hypothesis it is important the finding, that 57 respondents (7%) have their personal experience with the domestic violence; 49 girls and 8 boys. Hypothesis 2: ?Statistically significant factor for the domestic violence among adolescents is the education? was not confirmed due to a low variability of responses and insufficient data to evaluate the hypothesis. Hypothesis 3: ?Statistically significant factor for the domestic violence among adolescents is the gender (women)? was confirmed in two areas. Girls differ from boys in the following: they are more aware of a possibility of the partner´s violence at their age and they more refuse to tolerate the domestic violence. The diploma thesis can serve as a source of current information related to the issue of the domestic violence, it provides an up-to-date data on the prevalence of the domestic violence in the adolescence and it presents information and opinions of adolescents on the domestic violence or partner relationship. The thesis can be used by professionals as well as lay public interested in the domestic violence and it can be a basis or a comparison for other studies and researches.

People communicate to understand one another and share information. Speaking is crucial in the course of everyone's entire life. In this thesis, we have focused on the issues related to communication with seniors with a hearing disorder. It is necessary to properly diagnose the hearing disorder using suitable methods of examination, and subsequently propose possible means of therapy and train the patient on use of the hearing aid if necessary. Two objectives were set out, both of which were achieved. Objective 1: Map the effective skills used by nurses when communicating with seniors with a hearing disorder. Objective 2: Determine how unsuitable communication by nurses affects seniors with a hearing disorder. A quantitative and qualitative examination was performed. Within the quantitative examination, 200 questionnaires were handed out, of which 178 properly completed were returned for processing. The qualitative examination consisted of a semi-structured interview of ten seniors with a hearing disorder with the help of technology. We defined three hypotheses. Hypothesis 1: The type of education affects nurses' communication skills with seniors with a hearing disorder. Hypothesis 2: Nurses adhere to the principles of communication with seniors with a hearing disorder. Both hypotheses were confirmed. Hypothesis 3: Nurses consider care for seniors with a hearing disorder to be a burden. The last hypothesis was not confirmed. Three research questions were also defined. Research question 1: How does the current manner of communication by nurses affect seniors with a hearing disorder? Answer 1: The current manner of communication of nurses with seniors with a hearing disorder has a positive effect. Research question 2: How do seniors with a hearing disorder perceive non-verbal communication by nurses? Answer 2: Seniors with a hearing disorder consider the non-verbal communication of nurses to be adequate. Research question 3: What problems do seniors with a hearing disorder encounter when communicating with nurses? Answer 3: The most common problem mentioned by seniors with a hearing disorder was lack of eye contact.

The third chapter deals with self image of pupils with learning difficulties. The practical part concentrates on a research. It finds out how pupils of upper primary schools understand their difficulties in learning. It finds out how much they reflect them, if the difficulties affect their self confidence, their integration into the group. The core of the theses is the work with the individual interviews, their analyses, interpretation.
