Algoritmy monitorování a diagnostiky pohonů se synchronními motory / Monitoring and Diagnosis Algorithms for Synchronous Motor DrivesOtava, Lukáš January 2021 (has links)
Permanent magnet synchronous machine drives are used more often. Although, synchronous machines drive also suffer from possible faults. This thesis is focused on the detection of the three-phase synchronous motor winding faults and the detection of the drive control loop sensors' faults. Firstly, a model of the faulty winding of the motor is presented. Effects of the inter-turn short fault were analyzed. The model was experimentally verified by fault emulation on the test bench with an industrial synchronous motor. Inter-turn short fault detection algorithms are summarized. Three existing conventional winding fault methods based on signal processing of the stator voltage and stator current residuals were verified. Three new winding fault detection methods were developed by the author. These methods use a modified motor model and the extended Kalman filter state estimator. Practical implementation of the algorithms on a microcontroller is described and experimental results show the performance of the presented algorithms in different scenarios on test bench measurements. Highly related motor control loop sensors fault detection algorithms are also described. These algorithms are complementary to winding fault algorithms. The decision mechanism integrates outputs of sensor and winding fault detection algorithms and provides an overall drive fault diagnosis concept.

Posturální funkce a motorické dovednosti dětí s vadným držením těla / Postural fuction and motor control in children with poor posturePelánková, Zuzana January 2015 (has links)
This diploma thesis focuses on two conditions that typically occure in childhood - poor posture and developmental coordination disorder. The theoretical part summarizes recent information on these diseases focusing on their etiology, prevalence, prognosis, methods of assessment, diagnosis and treatment. The main aim of the practical part was to evaluate the motor control of treated children with poor posture in comparison with children from the general population. The research group (13 children, mean age 9.85 years) and control group (16 children, mean age 9.94 years) were assessed using Movement Assessment Battery for Children 2. We found no significant difference between motor skills of treated children with poor posture and motor skills of children representing the general population. We also analysed whether treated children with poor posture reported less physical activity compared with the general population. By gathering data from questionnaires (completed by parents of tested children), no statistically significant difference was found. The difference was neither detected in test of posture and postural functions, where we investigated how poor posture of treated children can influence the results of the test. Vliv perinatální hypoxie na motorický vývoj laboratorního potkana a možnosti ovlivnění / The influence of perinatal hypoxia on motoric development on laboratory rat and means of therapyVachovcová, Sylva January 2014 (has links)
Severe perinatal hypoxia represents a substantial brain injury in human newborns. This Diploma thesis is focused on long-term motor outcome of laboratory rat after moderate perinatal hypoxia. We described some behavioral test for detection motor development and presented the influence of perinatal hypoxia on central nervous system. We also discussed an effect of agonists and antagonists of adenosine A1 receptor in brain. The aim of an experimental part was an evaluation of long-term motor behavior in rats affected by perinatal hypoxia. To cause perinatal hypoxia we put pregnant female rats to a hypoxic (10% O2) normobaric room in 11th day of their gestation. The pregnant female rats stayed in hypoxic room until they gave a birth and 6 more days after birth with their litters. For classification of motor development we used battery of tests of motor coordination. These tests correspond to the level of development of the rat. Then a group of rats with perinatal hypoxia was treated by a single administration of an agonist of adenosine A1 receptor 2-chloro-N(6)- cyclopentyladenosin (CCPA) in postnatal day 14. The animals affected by perinatal hypoxia show motor deficits in 3 from 4 selected behavioral tests. Otherwise, this motor behavior was no longer detected in young adults. The rats affected by...

Využití hiporehabilitace u dětí s poruchami chování a ADHD / Use of Equine Assisted Therapy with children suffering from behavioral disorders and ADHDLukáš, Martin January 2014 (has links)
Therapeutic horseback riding is one of the most popular and the most used form of animal based therapy. The term "therapeutic horseback riding" itself is very broad and it consists of four basic branches. The most used, yet least described, is the branch that has been called "pedagogical-psychological horseback riding therapy" since 2011. This branch is further divided into two sub-branches, Equine assisted psychotherapy and Horse-based activities. These two sub-branches overlap each other and are usually conducted together. With school-age children they are mostly used in cases of behavioral disorders and ADHD. The goal of the thesis is to evaluate the effectiveness of the methods with children diagnosed as such. The research was realized in "Stredisko hyporehabilitace Pirueta" which operates within the Mental Hospital in Havlickuv Brod. The method of the research was observation of five subjects within the one complete therapy unit. At the beginning and at the end of the unit the tutors of the subjects were given observational scale, which served as supplementary technique for diagnostics. Data obtained from own observation and the data gained from observational scaled matched each other approximately in 90%. During the therapy unit all the subjects improved in areas of self-confidence, self-...

Analýza současných názorů na mutismus v odborné české i cizojazyčné literatuře / Analysis of current views of mutism in specialized Czech and foreign literaturePáleníková, Petra January 2015 (has links)
This diploma thesis deals with mutism from the perspective of specialized czech and foreign literature. The character of the thesis is theoretical and the thesis is divided into three parts. In the first chapter, there is mutism described based on the study of czech specialized literature as well as etiology, symptoms, diagnostics and treatment. The second chapter describes the same categories but based on the study of foreign literature. The last part is dedicated to the analysis and comparison of acquired knowledge in particular areas. The most signifiant differences can be found in the area of diagnostics and therapy of mutisms, which are more elaborated in foreign literature than in Czech literature. Some differences appear in all other areas of mutism. The learning theory is the characteristic feature of foreign literature in the field of etiology of mutism, also the social enxiety is the characteric feature in the area of symptoms and treatment; overall we can see a dominant influence of the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders. The Czech literature provides a number of different views not only on the definition of mutism, but also on the etiology and symptomatology. The diagnostics and the therapy of mutism is not further elaborated in the Czech literature.

Pohybová skladba pro děti s poruchou autistického spektra / Motion Composition for children with Autistic Spectrum DisorderMenšíková, Marcela January 2014 (has links)
Topic: Motion Composition for children with Autistic Spectrum Disorder Objectives: The aim of this thesis has been to find out the degree of mastery for individual performance of Motion Composition performed by children with Autistic Spectrum Disorder. Methods: Observation method was supplemented with video-recording that was conducted monthly. This was used to determine the degree of self-reliance. Also, feedback from other individuals has been used. Results: Outcomes of this survey indicate that children with Autistic Spectrum Disorder (ASD) are able to individually perform Motion Composition. Some children need more time to perform perfectly, but they are able to memorize components of Motion Composition, arrange them in the correct order and after some rehearsal they are able to perform Motion Composition correctly. The level of performance for individual components is raised proportionally when children can see visual execution of each element and also hear its description. Evaluated results of a second scientific question, which was related to the level of performance difficulty of individual components of Motion Composition for children with ASD, have brought unanticipated results. We anticipated that isometric exercises would be the most difficult components of Motion Composition. According...

Pedagogický přístup k dítěti s ADHD - reflexe vlastní zkušenosti / Pedagogical approach to ADHD children - reflection of personal experienceDAŇKOVÁ, Martina January 2018 (has links)
In this Master Thesis, I inquire into pedagogical approach towards a child with ADHD syndrome. I focus on one specific child that I previously worked with. I consider this personal experience as valuable and uncommon. That is reason I would like to express the gravity of pedagogical approach towards an ADHD child. The research problem originates from my own practice and a direct confrontation with the child. In the theoretical part, I deal with the problematics of ADHD syndrome. I focus on the causes of development and effects of the syndrome on the life of the child. I also focus on establishing a diagnosis of ADHD, and on its treatment. I dedicate one chapter on rearing and methods of rearing according to Zdenek Matejcka, a child psychologist. I describe inclusive education in relation to ADHD pupils, based on the current state of Czech school system. The practical part is dedicated to the research of my work. I specify my research design and method. I apply methods of observation, interviews, and describe their results. Moreover, I deal with the results of interviews with pedagogical assistants and with pedagogues that worked or still work with the ADHD pupil. Results of the observations and other methods of data collection that I name in the methodology part form a basis of the research problem of this work.
