Compensation for damages caused by vaccination during pandemic This thesis aims to provide a comprehensive description of the legal regulation of compensation for damages caused by vaccination, both compulsory and voluntary. Emphasis is placed on the development of the legal regulation over time, where the subject of the thesis is not only the current regulation but also the regulation contained in Act No. 40/1964 Coll. Given the different legal frameworks set out in the old and the new Civil Code, the thesis compares the different periods, including their evaluation. This comparison and assessment conclude that, although the legislation regulated the issue of compensation for damage caused by vaccination completely differently, both regulations were significantly deficient and thus less than ideal. The second half of the thesis focuses on current aspects of the field, in particular two lex specialis enacted in 2020 relating to vaccine damage compensation. The core of this part of the thesis is a comprehensive interpretation of the act on compensation for injury caused by compulsory vaccination, including the most recent case law on the issue. This diploma thesis is focused on the implementation of a specific measure within the educational policy in the Czech Republic. The aim of the work is to describe the introduction of regulation in the form of compulsory pre-school education in terms of setting the agenda and its subsequent enforcement. Furthermore, the aim of the work is to explain the introduction of regulation with respect to the arguments of individual actors. There is a wide range of actors who comment on the issue, these actors form a coalition that shares their beliefs. It is important to mention that the topic of integrating socially disadvantaged children into society is a much- discussed and sensitive topic also at the international level. Another goal of the work is to capture and describe the discussions concerning the functioning of regulation after its introduction, in connection with stakeholders or published research. This description will also include an analysis of public opinion towards the main idea of regulation (public attitude to the policy pursued). The objective of this thesis is to identify changes in the area of food banks in the Czech Republic which were made after the amendment to the Act on Food and Tobacco Products had entered into effect.The practical part includes a survey performed at the level of 14 food banks which are members of the Czech Federation of Food Banks. In the next section of the practical part, changes effected in the Food Bank of the South Bohemian Region after the amendment entered into effect were identified. Main changes and measures which had to be adopted are explained for the food redistribu-tion process.

Přístup pedagogů mateřských škol k dětem s odkladem školní docházky / The approach of kindergarten pedagogues to children with school postponement

In the diploma thesis I concentrated on an approach of preschool teachers to children whose school attendance was postponed. Thesis is divided in two parts. In theoretical part I deal with a definition of school maturity and readiness, which are the basics to find child's troubles with postponement of school attendance. Then I delineate present situation in the Czech Republic - I define contemporary concept of preschools, I deal with compulsory school education and possibility of postponement of school attendance. In the last chapter of the theoretical part I concentrate on the approach of teachers and in sub-chapters I define activities and impact which they have. In empirical part I used a snowball sampling to approach some preschool teachers. Eleven teachers from Prague and Plzeň region have participated the research. After filling in questionnaires focused on individual children whose school attendance will be postponed, questions were adapted to the main research method - interview. Using thematical analysis I discovered various approaches of teachers to organizing forms of work, cooperation with parents, cooperation with specialists, documents in preschools, contemporary perspective of postponement of school attendance in the Czech Republic.

The topic "Pupils with posponement of the first year of elementary school" is very topical and the whole diploma thesis is devoted to this issue. In the theoretical part, the basic concepts and terms describing school maturity and preparedness, postponement of school attendance, obligatory pre-school attendance in kindergartens and preparátory classes of elementary schools, teacher's work with pupils in the preparátory year and the last obligatory pre-school year of kindergarten are discussed. The practical part is devoted to comparing and analyzing the quality of preparation of pupils of kindergartens and preparatory classes for the first year. In this part methods of work in individual educational activities are observed. To obtain the neceséry informatik the work with professional literature, the observation, the interview, the analysis of results of work and practice in kindergarten and in preparátory year are used. The aim is to find out and analyze preparadness of pupils for the first year, managing the first in the elementary school. The work analyses the problems with the mobilization system of the Czech armed forces as one of the main elements in the rescue system of the Czech Republic. It is taken as a collective part of the rescue system of the European nation. Author presents hypothesis that somehow the rescue system still has not over come the division of the past when the world was divided geopolitically and the war danger was immediate. On the other side there may be some kind of inability to find the suitable way how to effectively use the professional forces committed to action out of the state. On the base of the historical point of view this work analyses the meaning of the rescue and mobilization system in the optional war conflict. Also it contemplates the changes in the geopolitics system after the year 1989. The diploma thesis deals with the adaptation 1st class primary school pupils, to the school environment in social area. It is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part is focused on the process of adaptation pupil to the school environment, it explains the concept of socialization, analyzing school maturity, the readiness and the terms of school education. The practical part is based on a combination of quantitative and qualitative research. The method of questionnaire, interview and observation provides the identified data to deal with the issue of adaptation pupil at the 1st class primary school in the social field and analyzes the attitude of parents and first class teachers to the adaptation pupils to the school environment in the social sphere. Přechod z preprimárního do primárního vzdělávání u dětí s nízkou návštěvností mateřské školy / Transition from pre-primary to primary education of children with low attendance in kindergarten

The dissertation focuses on the parental attitudes about education of their children during transition from pre-primary to primary education. The study focused on families without identified socio-economic disadvantage whose children were not enrolled in kindergarten. The research design was a longitudinal multiple case study of seven families located in the Liberec region. Data was gathered at multiple points during the children's transition from the kindergarten to primary school. The study focused on the reasons that led parents gave for deciding that their children would either participate in non-regular pre-primary education within nursery schools or not attend the pre-primary classes at all. The study inquired about: parents' general attitudes about pre-primary education; their views on the right educational path for their children; and their self-reported approach to their children's overall development. The study also examined the parents' feelings about the introduction of an obligatory pre-school year and their process of making the enrollment decisions. The results showed that although these families did have some common characteristics, the reasons given for opting not let their children attend preschool, were diverse.
