The main objective of this diploma thesis is the analysis of the products of motor insurance offered on the insurance market in the Czech Republic. The first part focuses on character and meaning of this products and clarification of some concepts. The next part describes current situation and development in the insurance market followed by the very topical stiff competition. The last part is devoted to the analysis of supply in the market of car insurance itself and its evaluation from the point of view of various parameters and criteria.

The work is focused on the analysis of the insurance market in the Czech Republic. On the grounds of the results of the analysis, there were chosen three largest insurances on the Czech market. Consequently it was described their development over the past five years. The main aim is to compare the selected products of the non-life insurance with those insurers. It was compared offers of lability insurance and accident insurance. On the grounds of results there is no reason to change the existing lability from the insurer Kooperativa. The best option of accident insurance was chosen the offer from the same insurer Kooperativa. In the market is currently no better option insurance premium for my car under my requirements. The best way to negotiate the insurance business as through meetings with insurance company representative.

Compulsory Contractual Insurance Abstract The subject of this diploma thesis is legal regulation of compulsory contractual insurance in the Czech legislation with a focus on its general regulation in civil law. The special regulation of compulsory liability insurance for lawyers, health service providers and the insurance of a guarantee in case of bankruptcy of the travel agency is also called for. The methods of description, analysis and, to a lesser extent, comparisons are used to fulfil the objectives of this work. The first chapter deals with the concept of compulsory contractual insurance. It includes a historical excursion. The largest part of the chapter describes the types of compulsory insurance and their distinction from voluntary and statutory insurance. The conclusion of this section is a preview of the legislation on compulsory contractual insurance in selected countries. The second chapter focuses on the description and analysis of the current legislation on compulsory insurance. This diploma thesis focuses on the support of reading preliteracy in preparatory classes. The theoretical part discusses literacy in general, reading literacy as its key domain and literacy as preparation for acquiring knowledge. The support role of family and preschool is defined. Further this thesis discusses preparatory classes, school maturity of pre-school children and postponement of compulsory school attendance as an indicator for admission to preparatory classes. The aim of this research was to find out how teachers support reading literacy in preparatory classes. Data was obtained through semi-structured interviews with teachers of preparatory classes for the school year 2017/2018. The research questions focused on the population of preparatory classes, methods and practices of teachers to support reading literacy, collaboration with other professionals and organizations supporting reading literacy and the tools used in teaching. The experiences of teachers of preparatory classes show that the respondents are interested in reading literacy and are knowledgeable in this issue. The purpose of my Diploma Thesis is to lay out the philosophy of the internet and searching in fulltext locators and apply it to analysed environment of the insurance which is presented on the internet. Search Engine Optimization is nowadays the one faced with the activities of online marketing. Many of the views, opinions and qualitative contrasts meet and reach still bigger or smaller achievements in relation to developing locators. Diploma Thesis suggests at the fact, that conditions according to the locator decides, are changing, but the philosophy is still left. In this case and reason, the work proves efficiency of the activities by various case studies, which follow the philosophy and do not look just at the technical side of SEO.

The focus of this diploma thesis is a development of a proposal for the modification of the reporting mandatory and voluntary occurrances on the national basis. In the first part of this thesis is describtion database system ECCAIRS and also describtion of the legislation which relates to the reporting of occurrances, specifically Regulation (EU) No 376/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council. Second part of this diploma thesis is about the description of the proposed solutions to improve reporting system of occurrances. Second part also includes creation of the form for reporting occurrances.

Táto diplomová práca sa zameriava zvyšovanie bezpečnosti v operačných systémoch založených na Red Hat Enterprise Linux, na základe analyzovaných zraniteľnosti za posledných 5 rokov. V teoretickej časti sú popísané slabiny a zraniteľnosti, základné bezpečnostné mechanizmy v Linuxe, so zameraním na technológiu SELinux. Technológia SELinux je súčasťou operačných systémov Red Hat Enterprise Linux, Fedora a CentOS. Na základe analyzovaných zraniteľností bola v praktickej časti navrhnutá konfigurácia technológie SELinux. V návrhu sú popísané prvky, ktoré sa budú konfigurovať a tými sú SELinuxové booleany, SELinuxové moduly a SELinuxoví užívatelia, so zameraním na ochranu pamäte, eskalovanie privilégií, spúšťaniu kódu, úniku dat a obmedzenie procesov a užívateľov. Na základe návrhov bola vytvorená konfigurácia v konfiguračnom nástroji Ansible, ktorej cieľom je umožniť užívateľovi jednoducho a rýchlo nakonfigurovať hosťa. Okrem nej boli vytvorene ďalšie dve konfigurácie, ktoré umožnia vrátiť systém do predchádzajúceho stavu alebo uzamknúť SELinuxovú konfiguráciu. Následne sa overoval dopad konfigurácií na použiteľnosť systému a nájdené chyby boli opravené alebo nahlásené. Posledná časť overuje funkčnosť konfigurácie pred zneužitím zraniteľností.

The diploma thesis concerns with the school readiness issue in region Cesky Brod. High number of children with compulsory school attendance postponement resists these days, which the government decided to solve with compulsory preprimary year implementation. When framework education programs came into force, schools drew up their own school education programs. The basis, with which they enter the school, diversified. The goal of the thesis is to determine the areas in which most children had problems during the first grade enrollments in Cesky Brod region. The readiness of children to enter school is studied also from the parents' and the teachers' point of view and their points of view are compared. The research combines three methods - observation, questionnaire and case history. For the research during the first grades enrollments the observation was chosen. On the basis of the theory the areas for observation were determined and assessed according to the chosen assessment criteria. The points of view of the parents and teachers were examined in the questionnaire. This work describes the development of legislative provisions relating to the issue of animal products as food, issued in the CR and the EU. This work also reports their implementation in food businesses, particularly in terms of data provided on product labels. During this work product labels were collected in selected chain stores, documented by photography and the obtained results were compared with the applicable requirements of the CR. The observed data of this study are also compared with the requirements of Act No. 110/1997 Coll. Food, and Decree No. 113/2005 Coll. Individual products of the investigated area (meat and dairy products) are also compared with each other (Point method and Simplified Point Method) and in terms of significance, consumer attention and other appurtenances associated with data on product labels were surveyed. The results revealed a strong dominance of Czech manufacturers on our market in categories of both milk and meat products. In terms of characteristics that producers are obliged to provide, no significant errors were found. If the products lacked any indication, it was usually an indication of dietary (nutritional) value for both meat and dairy products. Manufacturers of the products studied provided a large number of optional information (logos, etc.). We conclude they should rather focus on some of consumer-preferred emblems, for there is high number of them and they seem difficult to follow by the customers. Most consumers prefer the Klasa and the ?Český výrobek? (Czech product) logos.
