Přiřazování pracovníků na směnu:aplikace vybraných metod operačního výzkumu / Employee scheduling: application of selected methods of Operations Research

Picková, Veronika January 2014 (has links)
The aim of this Master's Thesis is to create an employee shift work schedule by using selected methods of operations research. The first part is theoretical and deals with the introduction into operational research, specifically in the field of mathematical programming and simulation models, including the possibility of computer processing. This first part highlights important subjects that will be used in the second part, which is practical and is solving a specific problem. Firstly, Cinema City Flora, which provided data for the analysis, is presented. Then there is a solution of the problem in the add-in Solver in MS Excel, and then in the program LINGO. After, a discrete simulation is created in the program SIMUL8. In conclusion, there is a summarization of the main findings and recommendations, comparison of selected methods and their applicability in practice and possibilities of further research.

Optimalizace rozvrhu směnného provozu: aplikace v řetězcích rychlého občerstvení / Crew Scheduling Problem: Application in Fast Food Chains

Havlová, Irena January 2011 (has links)
Crew scheduling is very important, especially in continuous operating environments running 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, more so if the demand for staff is varying over each hour of the day. This thesis focuses on staff optimization in a fast food chain where special conditions for scheduling like flexible starting-times and shift lengths or heterogeneous crew are present. Two new models based on a mixed integer programming approach were designed, dealing with data from a particular restaurant with the aim of improving schedules and saving time spent on the creation of those schedules. At the end of the thesis the empiric schedules and results obtained are compared and the computational efficiency of both models is discussed.

Modifikované úlohy čínského listonoše - experimenty / Modified Chinese Postman Problems - Experiments

Jelínek, Tomáš January 2010 (has links)
This master's thesis describes modified Chinese Postman Problems. These Problems are solved by (mixed) integer linear programming. The modified problems and also used approach (integer programming) belong at least to the NP complexity class. The thesis analyzes, compares and estimates computational complexity of each model. Based on this analysis, usability of described models for solving real-life problems is deduced. The models are focused on problems in urban environment. Therefore, it is possible to apply these models on problems like optimization of a waste collection or road maintenance. Graph and problem generator is programmed for purposes of this thesis.

Reálné využití metod operačního výzkumu ve spojení s logistickými technologiemi / The real use of operations research methods in conjunction with logistics technologies

Fesenko, Anastasiya January 2011 (has links)
This diploma focuses on the real use of operations research methods in conjunction with logistics technologies. The aim is to show the way of optimization and simulation methods application and to evaluate if these methods are suitable tools for logistics technology application. Following logistic technologies were analysed: Just in Time, Kanban, Cross-Docking and Hub and Spoke. Used mathematical tools include: mixed linear programming models, distribution models, methods of multi-criteria evaluation and simulation models. On the basis of mathematical models 4 examples of new technologies introduction or analysis of already functioning systems have been solved.

Analyzujte možnosti vývoja viacvláknových aplikácií na platforme Java / Analyse multithreaded applications development possibilities on the Java platform

Chamila, Sergius January 2013 (has links)
This thesis is an analysis of frameworks which support multithreading application devel-opment on platform Java. In particular this thesis analyses the overview of libraries which supports multithreading development in this language. Provided features are shown and described by the code examples. The thesis describes the principles of concurrent pro-gramming. Although multithreaded applications undoubtedly have many advantages, one of the goals of the thesis is to highlight the possible risks associated with their use. By the analysis of Java platform, I used method of description, analysis, synthesis and comparison. This thesis is composed of theoretical part, which defines the basic concepts and principles of concurrent applications. Theoretical parts also contain recherché of works, which deal with the topic of concurrent programming. In the analytical part are described and evaluated changes at various versions of Java language. Benefit of this work is clear documentation and evaluation of Java language concurrent utilities, from the oldest version of Java 1 to latest Java 8. So this work can help those, who need to learn how to develop concurrent applications in Java.

Obrábění součástí v malosériové výrobě s aplikací CNC strojů / Machining of parts in low series production with CNC machine application

Vaverka, Jiří January 2017 (has links)
The topic of this thesis is the choice of optimal production technology for the chosen representative. The aim of this work is to compare production on conventional machine and on NC and CNC machines. Both variants are evaluated in terms of efficiency, speed and economy of production. Outputs are based on recommended production procedures based on the number of pieces produced in the order.

Překladač jazyka Prolog pro .NET / Prolog Compiler for .NET Platform

Haljuk, Petr January 2017 (has links)
This Master's deals with the implementation of the interpreter of logic programming language "Prolog". It summarises the different approaches to evaluation of programs in thislanguage with focus on description of The Warren Abstract Machine. A new way of integratingProlog into The Microsoft .NET platform has been designed as well as its connectionwith object-oriented languages. Subsequently, an interpreter and a compiler based on TheWarren Abstract Machine have been designed and implemented including the connectionto The Microsoft.NET platform.

Optimalizace návrhu čerpací stanice / Pump station design optimization

Kunovský, Lukáš January 2018 (has links)
This diploma thesis summarizes the necessary knowledge for the design of the pump station. It focuses on the choice of suitable pumps and control valves. It also provides information on mathematical optimization methods. By combining these two disciplines a program was created that selects the most suitable combination of pumps and valves for the assigned requirements. These can vary over time. The goal of optimization is to minimize initial and operating costs. The phenomena considered are: time-varying flow and head height, serial and parallel co-operation of pumps, throttling control, a change of characteristics for variable speed and temperature, suction height control, maximum motor output, loss in connection piping.
