Diplomová práce se zabývá ESF jako nástrojem podpory zaměstnanosti a sociálního začleňování v EU. Popisuje OP RLZ, JPD 3, CIP EQUAL a prioritu a opatření SROP, která je financována z ESF. Zabývá se projekty, přínosy a riziky projektů a operačními programy v období 2007 - 2013.

Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou měření výsledků činnosti nevládních neziskových organizací. Výkonnost doporučuje zkoumat odděleně po kvalitativní a kvantitativní stránce. Popisuje nástroje hodnotového řízení nevládních neziskových organizací. Mapuje právní úpravu výkaznictví v právních prostředích České republiky, Evropské unie a Spojených států amerických. Popisuje, jak kvalitní informace jsou pro uživatele účetních výkazů k dispozici a potenciální možnosti zlepšení kvality informací pro podporu rozhodování dárců. Na základě studie Christophera Jonese ze Spojených států amerických dokazuje prosazující se úsilí ze strany managementu ovlivňovat finanční výkazy, a tím i chování dárců, prostřednictvím úprav alokace nákladů.

This diploma thesis deals with the topic of program management in global organizations. The main objective is to create a basic overview of information about the program management in global organizations. The work deals with introduction to the program management, specifics of global organizations, and critical areas of program management in the global organisations and describes particular case of program management in the concrete global organisation. The work provides general recommendations for program management in global organizations.

The present thesis entitled "Programme Diversity of Czech Nationwide Television Channels in the Years 1998 - 2006" focuses on the normative requirement of the society regarding the diversity of mass media, and the approach of mass media thereto: we distinguish between media diversity introduced in the market media model and the diversity presented as part of the public sphere media model. Furthermore, this thesis attempts to search for and determine the requirements regarding media diversity as laid down in the applicable legislation of the Czech Republic or the European Union. The research part of the thesis deals with one of the many levels of diversity in the mass media environment, particularly the diversity of television programme types, i.e. television genres accepted by the interest groups: academics, broadcasters or audiences etc. The present analysis includes nationwide TV stations providing analogue broadcasting via terrestrial transmitters in the years 1998 to 2006, focusing on majority audience - Czech TV1, Prima TV and TV Nova. By means of the Relative Entropy Index and the Deviation Index the diversity of the offered programme types is examined both on the vertical level (a single selected TV station) and on the horizontal level (across the monitored TV stations). Diplomová práce projednává systém implementace a čerpání prostředků ze strukturálních fondů EU se zaměřením na region hl. m. Praha. V teoretické části je uvedena charakteristika regionální politiky, principy fungování, její nástroje a cíle. Na základě analýzy případových studií projektů schválených v rámci Jednotného programovacího dokumentu pro Cíl 2 a 3 je poskytnut přehledný zdroj informací a doporučení pro potenciální žadatele. Nastíněny jsou i záměry projektů, které by měly být realizovány v programovacím období 2007 ? 2013.

This master's thesis describes the visualization of program flow of executable files on Microsoft Windows platform. In theoretical part it describes the PE EXE file format and instruction format. In following chapters there are described current methods of malware analysis, especially the analysis of program flow. Then there are introduced current malware visualization methods and tools for 3D data visualization. The main objective is design and implementation of 3D visualization of jumps in executable files. The result is the visualization tool, which helps to identify different samples of malware from the normal code.

English abstract: In this my master thesis I attempt to depicture comprehensively the life-work of Viktor Barvitius (1834 - 1902), one of the Czech Pioneers of Modern Realism. Tracing the fates and influences that had formed the oeuvre of this fancier of urban turmoil helps us to figure out his positron within the kontext of period art. Barvitiuses creation embraces all main domains of painting of the time: portrayals, historical painting, genre; it has reached its peak during his stay in France between 1865 and 1867. For his immediate reaction to the French Modern Realism and together with Karel Purkyně and Soběslav Pinkas, Barvitius represents one of the prophets of the Czech Programme Realism. In 1877, Barvitius got a commission as an inspector of the SVPU Art Gallery; Czech museum culture is a great deal due to his activity on the field. Barvitiuses whole life artistic work, both theoric and practical, make him an important figure of Czech cultural history. Hooked illustration and period and later reviews make an integral part of my thesis. It also includes the list of Barvitiuses art pieces owned by Czech museums and galleries, Czech National Gallery in Prague, the art pieces that were the subjects of auction-sale and the inventory of his art work.

This thesis is concerned with the appropriate design of manufacturing technology for plastic program disc including the design of plastic printing technology. At the beginning of this thesis was made an analysis of requirements for manufactured device including selection of the most appropriate technology for its manufacturing – plastic injection. In the theoretical part are described all skills needed for designing and construction of the injection mould. Partial theoretical parts are concerned with the issue of plastic materials, tools and engines for injection, and of plastic printing technology. Practical part is concerned with description of design of each single system inside the injection mould including calculation. On the basis of these calculations was selected the appropriate injection engine. The end of the practical part is concerned with the selection of the appropriate engine for printing on the plastic device which is manufactured by the technology of plastic injection. For construction of the injection mould were applied normalities of the Hasco Company and the 3D CAD system Solidworks. The conclusion of this thesis achieves the technical- economical evaluation for manufacturing of designed plastic device.
