This thesis compares two selected editions of a programme journal Czechoslovakian Television Weekly, specifically years 1989 and 1990. This journal had been issued between years 1965 and 1990 and used to be one of the main sources of a television programme of the Czechoslovakian Television, which was daily watched in many households. Except for the television programme, the journal also dealt with society-wide questions and this made it even more attractive to readers. As a result there was no shortage of readers, nor viewers of the television. Thanks to the vast popularity among readers as well as a close link to the Czechoslovakian Television, the journal was one of the tools to influence the public opinion. The objective of this thesis is to analyze the level of influence of changing political-economical- social situation in Czechoslovakia to journal editions of years 1989 and 1990. After the theoretical foundations that guide readers to understand examined documents and society-wide circumstances, the thesis identifies sections of the journal that are relevant for the analysis and subsequently in the practical part introduces the analysis of relevant sections of the journal. Certifikace projektových a programových manažerů jako záruka jejich kvality a schopnosti / Project and programme manager's certfication as a guarantee of quality and competence

This diploma thesis deals with project management certifications. It focuses on project and program managers and explores their relationship with the certifications and possible links to quality management. The main objective is to make a cross-section area of certificates in the Czech market, create a a summary of available certifications and perform research, which chats certifications of companies carving out on bussines within the Czech ICT market. The thesis is divided into several parts. The first part is based on the theoretical foundations and was set up as an introduction to project management. Futher are particularly detailed project management competencies like an object of knowledge and skills, that are required to perform manager's work. The second part contains a list of available certificates, including requirements for obtaining. Contribution of this part is just the list created, which concentrates all the important details about particular certificates, including assignment of certificates for the recommended work positions. The last section describes the research implementing, which focuses on finfing out the plans of project and program managery for obtaining new certificates. Research deals with the analysis and synthesis of responses received and creates new knowledge, that reveal possible future trends. Research is unique in dealing with the Czech ICT market, which has not been studied on this topic yet. Diploma thesis presents a comprehensive view at the certifications, but also focuses on a narrow area of the ICT market, where possibilities of certificate usage are observed and confrontation of different views is offered.

Možnosti systému Sinumerik při programování CNC obráběcích strojů / Sinumerik tools for programming of CNC machines

The master’s thesis incorporates the control system Sinumerik 840D to the most widely used control systems of CNC machine tools. In the first thesis part are analyzed the NC programming methodics, which are relative only to the control system Sinumerik 840D and an essentials necessary to understand the issue in the area of CNC machine tools. Next part of the thesis includes design of the technology and processing of the NC program for machined component (gearbox cover). The NC program is made by ShopMill that is focused on a workshop area. During the program creation is combined a ShopMill and parametric programming, with using of a conditional jump instructions and repetitions. The final part of the thesis includes verification of the selected component production process by simulation and technical-economic evaluation of the designed technology.

The degree thesis treats the problem of Global grant in nonprofit sector accorded within Single programming document for Objective 3 of the NUTS 2 Prague region. The Global grant is simplified grant scheme awarded to nonprofit organizations active in social sphere, which focus on persons endangered by social exclusion. The degree thesis defines the theoretical framework of all correlations necessary for valid insight into the problem. Among the concepts defined are nonprofit sector, nonprofit organizations, their financing, regional policy of European Union acting through the European Social Fund awarding funds precisely for Global grant. The nature of Global grant is further examined by looking into project approval procedure falling within the grant, handling of monitoring indicators and positron and impact of the Global grant on nonprofit organizations.
