Sledování objektů v panoramatickém videu / Object Tracking in Panoramic Video

Ambrož, Vít January 2021 (has links)
The master thesis maps the state of the art of visual object tracking in panoramic 360° video. The thesis aims to reveal the main problems related to visual object tracking and moreover focuses on their solution in panoramic videos. In the study of the existing approaches was found that very few solutions of visual object tracking in equirectangular projection of panoramic video have been implemented so far. This thesis therefore presents two improvements of object tracking methods that are based on the adaptation of equirectangular frames. In addition, this thesis brings the manually created dataset of panoramic videos with more than 9900 annotations. Finally the detailed evaluation of 12 well known and state of the art trackers has been performed for this new dataset.

Automatizace procesu projektování a programování stroje / Automation the process of designing and programming of machine

Boček, Jaromír January 2017 (has links)
This diploma thesis deals with the issue of information transfer between the Department of Electrical Equipment Design and the Software Development Department of the control system of this machine. The diploma thesis focuses mainly on the elimination of the influence of the human factor while increasing the efficiency of this information transfer. System analysis examines the issues and investigates the reliability of information transfer. On the basis of the requirements resulting from the analysis, preventive measures and modifications of procedures in both departments have been proposed. Simultaneously, its own software applications have been developed to considerably simplify and accelerate the process, while meeting the requirements to eliminate problematic phenomena caused particularly by human factors. The resulting solution is verified according to the designated verification process and reassessed by own "SampleVUT" test project. Validation evaluates the effectiveness of the proposed solution.

Globální trendy ve vývoji úmrtnosti na HIV/AIDS / Global trends in HIV/AIDS mortality

Aubrecht, Vratislav January 2016 (has links)
This thesis is focused on the development of HIV/AIDS mortality in the world starting from the year 1990 and the main goal is estimating the possible future development of the number of inhabitants of the world and defined regions and the influence of HIV/AIDS on the number of inhabitants up to the year 2065. The possible number of HIV/AIDS deaths and people, who were not born because of HIV and AIDS, is computed up to this year. In the theoretical part of the thesis, the most important institutions, which include fight against HIV and AIDS as a part of ther programme, are presented. Natural history of HIV infection and the successes in the research of HIV vaccine are described. In the analytical part, the demographic reproduction of the population of the world and selected regions between years 1950 and 2010 is described, followed by population projection of the world and regions up to year 2065 using the cohort component method. The projection is created in four variants. The first one eliminates the HIV/AIDS mortality. The second one is the constant variant, which conserve the level of HIV/AIDS mortality from the year 2010 up to the year 2065. Last two variants, higher and lower, consider changing levels of HIV/AIDS mortality at time. According to the results of this population projection,...

Využití klasifikací atmosférické cirkulace v interpretaci výstupů z klimatických modelů / The application of atmospheric circulation classifications in the interpretation of climate model outputs

Stryhal, Jan January 2018 (has links)
The application of atmospheric circulation classifications in the interpretation of climate model outputs Mgr. Jan Stryhal Automated (computer-assisted) classifications of atmospheric circulation patterns (circulation classifications, for short) constitute a tool widely used in synoptic and dynamic climatology to study atmospheric circulation and its link to various atmospheric, environmental, and societal phenomena. The application of circulation classifications to output of dynamical models of the atmosphere has developed considerably since the pioneering studies about three decades ago, reflecting rapid development in statistics, computing technology, and-naturally-climatological research, increasingly more and more dependent on simulations of the atmosphere, facing the paradigm of anthropogenic climate change. An uncoordinated use of various statistical approaches to analyzing output of global climate models (GCM) or their various ensembles, and an arbitrary selection of circulation variables, spatial and temporal domains, and reference datasets, have contributed to a need for a comparative study, which would shed some light on the sensitivity of studies dealing with an intercomparison of circulation classifications in two datasets to subjective choices. The present thesis responds to this need...

Negativní aspekty nasazování ICT / Negative aspects of deploying of ICT

Weinsteinová, Adéla January 2013 (has links)
This diploma thesis exmines the negative aspects of using information and communication technologies. The main attention is fosused on virtual reality, especially 3D projection in order to decide wheather the using of it has negative impact on phycal and psychological state of the user or not, which exactly are these impacts and what probably cause them. This first part is dedicated to expain concept and history of ICT, explonation of the multidimensional princip and content of each dimension. The following is determination of which ICT areas are currently struggling in their use with negative effects. Detected list of these areas is reduced to six specific technologies which common user has opportunities to experience. These particular technologies were examined as a form of questionnaire, which resulted in a determination of the most used one, ie virtual reality. Shortly afterwards was conducted an experiment imparting undesirable effects caused by using virtual reality. The other five selected technologies are discussed for the most important negatives with which has to face today. The main finding of this study is the identification the side effects of virtual reality based on different types of technologies which are anaglyf 3D projection, passive 3D projection, active 3D projection and comparing if adverse effects depends on the type. It also includes determining the rate of uptake in virtual reality.

Prognóza vývoje velikosti a struktury vězeňské populace v ČR / Forecast of the size and structure of the prison population in the CR

Koňařík, Martin January 2013 (has links)
Forecast of the size and structure of the prison population in the CR Abstract: Forecasting of prison population in the Czech Republic is almost an unexplored topic. To the whole prison system as a topic is also devoted little space in the literature. The most advanced methods of forecasting of prison populations cannot be used to the Czech data, which are used in countries with a long tradition of it. The data are not connected between Ministry of Justice and the Ministry of Interior, and also differ in their definitions. It is therefore necessary to use a simplified method, which correspond to the data sources. The process is also interfered with unexpected external factors such as the amnesty of the President of the Republic on the 1 January 2013. Models for convicted expected forecast decline in their number by the end of 2013 to 12 to 19 thousands. Models further assume that a decline in 2013 would take place, even if there were no amnesty. Models for the accused assume their fluctuation around the same values. Follow-up calculations show that the state would save significantly by the projection models variants and also the burden on prison officers in correctional facilities would be reduced to 2.1 to 3.2 prisoners per guard from the current 3.5 prisoners per guard. Keywords: prison projection,...
