Principles, structure and problems of project financing today. Evaluation of real estate development projects. Analysis of risk factors of the projects with emphasis on their influence over quality, time heftiness and project expenses. Application of the knowledge on specific case study of a real estate development project and comparison of the actual project course with the theoretical course according to Risk Management.

This work deals with the design and implementation of application to support project management that is integrated into SAP NetWeaver Portal. It describes the entire development cycle of the application from the target concept, analysis of solutions to a practical description of the application development and testing phases. It judges basic principles of teamwork and technological aspects of interconnection technology Adobe Flex (user interface), Java technology (application server, in a certified solution from SAP) and Oracle database (data storage). At the same time the reader's attention is drawn to key issues that were found during implementation.

The theme of the thesis is an analysis of processes 3 different projects that are implemented under the Cohesion Policy. Attention will be paid to the issue of project preparation, analysis of processes, which are essential components for the preparation of project applications, showing the most important methods and tools used in managing the process of design. The content of this thesis is the identification of possible critical moments, which can be an important factor influencing the success of the selection and implementation of individual projects. All the above components of the processes should be used to create applications for financial support from EU structural funds. A consistent process of preparing a project application is an condition for planned project to have a real chance to be selected from a number of other projects that are submitted within the announced calls. After a successful project assessment selected project receives financial support from European funds for its implementation.

The aim of the thesis is to map the progress of work required to implement an enterprise content management system with a focus on design and legal aspects. The work will also be focusing on possible legal scenarios of the IS implementation including project management aspects of IS implementation. The outcome of the thesis is a summary of the most common problems related to implementation of the Enterprise Content Management System implementation and recommendations for its successful implementation.

In the first part there is a research of literature sources concerning the issue project education. The Following part is a suggestion of educational project Saccharides, its product are lessons about the topic saccharides, which are designed, prepared and taught by the students. The suggestion of the project contains a timetable of the project, instructions and methodology for individual parts of the project (motivation, preparation of lessons, laboratory works, presentation of lessons, final practice, test and reflection), methodological notes and documentation to the implementation of the project at Grammar school in Dvůr Králové nad Labem.

This diploma thesis deals with the theme of body and corporeality applied in art classes at primary school. In the theoretical part, mapping of the body and corporeality is done in the historical context of contemporary visual arts. It deals with the body and corporeality approaches from philosophical and anthropomorphic perspective followed by development of visual arts. Development of body decoration in ethnic cultures as well as in actual bodyart formations are captured here. The practical part focuses on the transfer of body and corporeality theme into the art classes. It brings in a detailed analysis of art series, which is logically arranged in methodical steps following the theoretic part.

This diploma thesis deals with project management and its objective is to evaluate the feasibility of the project to expand the accommodation capacity and building relaxation facilities in the pension Stanský mlýn. This objective will be met by drawing up a feasibility study that will be included in practical part. The practical part is based on the theoretical part, especially on the findings of the feasibility study. The theoretical part of this thesis also deal with basic terminology related to project management such as project, project life cycle, project triangle or supporting documents of project management.

Project management is justifiable where specific plan for each contract is required. The implementation of tailored-made information system to the customer also represents this kind of contract. The cooperation with system integrator company Benchcom, s.r.o. was established for the purpose of this thesis. The company operates in the Czech Republic for 14 years and although it offers high-quality products, often contends with difficulties and time shifts in their implementation. The first theoretical part of this thesis is devoted to project management in terms of its history, international standards and its using in general. In subsequent chapters are described all phases of the project, including very important topic of risk management in projects. The ERP are specified, categorized and the process of their implementation including their evaluation is described in these chapters. In the practical part of this thesis the system integrator and the customer who implemented the information system are characterized in detail. Important milestones in the project are: project approval and functional specification, implementation, interface settings, testing, staff training, pilot operation and the actual operation. In conclusion, the weaknesses in project management in Benchcom company are identified and described. Based on the evaluation of the project implementation the optimization of project guideline is designed.

This thesis focuses on project management. The introduction defines the basic concepts of project management and describes the most frequently used project management methodologies focusing on PRINCE2 methodology. The main body of the thesis focuses on processes in the chosen ICT company, more specifically on process reengineering and on the description of related documents. After a brief introduction of the company and its project history the thesis moves on to describe the current project management processes and related documentation in detail. Following this, the processes are re-designed according to the PRINCE2 methodology. Recommendation regarding the processes are given as well as recommendation regarding the appropriate documentation. Drafts of selected documents are made.
