Návrh exteriérového kovového stínícího prvku

Havlásková, Zdeňka January 2015 (has links)
This Master thesis is aimed at the issue of sun shading structures used in gardens. The objec-tive of this thesis is the design of metal shading element. The thesis is divided into theoretical overview and description of creative process. The first part is based on literary sources. This part summarizes information that is essential for proper design. For example from the field of garden design, climatology, materials science, anthropometry and typology. It also includes product research. The second part of the thesis works with these findings in order to achieve good and feasible design. There is captured design process through verbal description, sketches, renders and models.

Design interiérového prvku pro popínavé rostliny

Huťková, Klára January 2017 (has links)
This dissertation deals with a design of an interior object for creeping plants which is going to be a dividing object of space. The theoretical part explains the problematics of growing plants in interiors, their demands and factors of growing, as well as trends and matters of interests. The thesis is focused on creeping plants, their characteristics, employment, and requirements of supporting constructions. In the thesis, there is also included the problematics of dividing elements from the point of view of creeping plants employment in interiors. The practical part of the thesis was written based on the facts in the theoretical part and on the research, it deals with the actual design of the object for creeping plants, its employment in a particular interior and a choice of a suitable plant and substrate. The thesis is completed by a manufacturing documentation of a prototype.

Role alejí v krajinné struktuře Uničovska

Janíková, Dobromila January 2015 (has links)
This diploma thesis evaluates the state of selected avenues in the area of Uničov and their role in the landscape structure. The relief of the landscape of this area has the character of a plane and consists predominantly of agriculturally used land. Its avenues represent a distinctive and almost only element of landscape greenery; their role in terms of aesthetics and ecology are therefore indispendable. The results of this work show that their general condition and safety are not optimal. To maintain and improve the function of the avenue, it is necessary to proceed to implement arboricultural measures and recovery in the form of new plantings. One of the few ways of restoration is elaborated in the proposed renewal of the selected avenue of Brníčko-- Haukovice. It is a revitalization in the form of the proposed arboricultural measures and complemental planting of new trees in the vacant lots of the current planting. In this way, a renewed canopy and full functionality of the avenue can be achieved within the next few years.

Divoká příroda jako inspirace zahradního architekta

Havranová, Hana January 2014 (has links)
This diploma thesis describes a development of a human access to the nature, a degree of an inspiration by the nature in the works of landscape architecture, but also a reasons why people were turning away from the nature or looked up to the nature in the certain periods. But the key chapters deal with the possibilities of an inspirations by a natural elements in the specific works of a garden art and also the ways of interpretation. A proposal of a model object reflects a theme of this thesis and is based on the acquired informations. The design solution connects the model object with a surrounding landscape by application of some selected approaches described in the theoretical part. The proposal is documented by a plan, perspectives and cross-sections.

Vliv zdroje selenu na antioxidační potenciál laboratorních potkanů

Buriánková, Markéta January 2016 (has links)
Buriánková M.: Influence of the selenium source on the antioxidant potential of laboratory rats. Diploma thesis, MENDELU, Brno, 90 p. The aim of this thesis was to experimentally determine influence of various forms (nanoselenium, nanoselenium modified by glucose) and levels of selenium (0 mg, 0,02 mg and 0,02 mg of selenium/organism/day + 0,1 mg of glucose/organism/day) on antioxidant potential of model animals - rats. It was used 18 laboratory rat males of outbreeding base Wistar albino, which were separated to three groups. In groups with application of nanoselenium itself the beneficial effect to the final concentration of selenium in plasma and intestines was confirmed (P < 0,05) in contrast to check (without supplementation). In groups treated by nanoselenium modified by glucose had significantly (P < 0,05) beneficial effect on blood with increase by 78,1 % and on liver by 111,3 % in comparison with check. Applied nanoselenium in both groups increased final concentration of selenium in tissues. The supplementation of nanoselenium in other groups of rats did not significantly influenced final concentration of selenium in tissues. Antioxidant activity of tissues significantly (P < 0,05) increased in plasma of group, where the nanoselenium modified by glucose were applied, namely by 83,6 % in comparison with check. It was evaluated by antioxidant methods FR (P < 0,05) and FRAP, where most of the results were without statistical significance (P > 0,05). Both forms of nanoselenium had influence on level of reduced (GSH) and oxidized (GSSG) glutathione. In blood the significant (P < 0,05) increase of GSH level has occurred. In erythrocytes were significantly (P < 0,05) higher both groups with nanoselenium, where higher effect on level of GSH had group with nanoselenium modified by glucose, thereby the oxidation stress of organism was reduced. In liver the significant (P < 0,05) decrease of GSH in group with nanoselenium itself has occurred and in both groups the values of GSSG have significantly (P < 0,05) decreased. The results clearly show that levels of nanoselenium and nanoselenium modified by glucose increased concentration of this element in tissues of animal organism, increased antioxidant activity in plasma and also increased level of GSH in blood and erythrocytes.
