Recyklovaný nábytek z odpadových materiálů

Rozehnal, Josef January 2019 (has links)
The thesis deals with the problematics of waste and its possible usage in the the field of industrial design. It is based on the author’s own experience with the processing of the metal plate. It outlines the possibility of usage of wasted metal plates, namely the usage of blasts and cut-outs remaining from industry. The thesis is divided into two parts. The theoretical part briefly describes the integration of the art and design; upcycling and its environmental aspects. Furthermore, it deals with the material and constructional solution relating to the topic of the thesis. Moreover, it is concerned with the problematics of acoustics which is connected with the final design. The practical part consists of gradual steps of the design made from the recycled wasted materials. Research, elements of inspiration, design variants, design and material solutions and final visualization are also parts of the thesis.

Syntetické imitanční dvojpóly s proudovými aktivními prvky / Synthetic immittance dipoles using active current elements

Mráka, Michal January 2009 (has links)
This master thesis discusses the design of Synthetic immittance dipoles using active current elements. The introduction presents aktive current elemetns MO-CF and DACA as buildings blocks for analog filters that are able to process signals with frequencies up to ten megahertz. Methods of synthetic elements using active current elements design is described in this thesis. Is resulted from full addmitances net which contains one active current element Subsequently there are designed various types of frequency filters working in current mode. The functionality of designed filters was verified by computer simulation. Selected designed filter were practically verified with commercially available elelments and active element MO-CF. Measurements in the frequency domain were carried on. On all of types of filters are made sensitivity analysis.

Pracovněprávní vztahy s mezinárodním prvkem a jejich obsahové proměny v čase / Labour relations with international element and their content changes over time

Kratochvílová, Eva January 2019 (has links)
In her PhD thesis, the author deals with the legal regulation of the international element in labour relations which is supplemented by the dimension of the regulation of the social security and the protection of personal data in order to create a complex view of the examined issue. The international element within the respective legal branches is regulated at the EU level by a different methodology approach - harmonization (labour law), coordination (social security law) and unification (protection of personal data). The fundamental role in the regulation of the international element in labour relations is played by EU legislation, especially the Regulations Rome I, Rome II and Brussels I (bis), which is complemented by the legal regulation of the international element in labour law relations within the Czech law system. The international element in social security law is governed by Coordination Regulations Nos. 883/2004 and 957/2009, the Czech legislation does not contain, in this respect, its own legal regulation of an international element and refers to the EU regulation. In the area of personal data protection, the harmonization legislation of Directive No. 95/46/EC and Czech Act No. 101/2000 Coll., on Data Protection, will be replaced as of 25.05.2018 by the GDPR Regulation. The EU...

Uznání a výkon cizích rozhodčích nálezů / Recognition and execution of foreign arbitral awards

Kobzová, Andrea January 2019 (has links)
63 Recognition and execution of foreign arbitral awards Abstract This thesis deals with the issue of recognition and performance of foreign arbitral awards in the field of private international law. The aim of the thesis is to clarify the distinction between recognition and performance and to focus on the issue of enforceability in judicial and enforcement proceedings. The thesis is divided into four chapters describing individual elements of arbitration and recognition and enforcement of arbitral awards. In the first chapter I deal with the arbitration, which is a prerequisite for the arbitral award. The second chapter defines the arbitral award itself, its particulars, types, and the procedure for its abolition. In the third chapter I dealt with the most important sources in the field of foreign arbitral awards and the last chapter is the most comprehensive. It contains a process of recognition and execution, including denial under the New York Convention, the current issue of the decision-making practice of the Supreme court of the Czech Republic, as well as recognition and enforcement in the territory of Switzerland. At the end of the thesis the Swiss and Czech legal regulations of the arbitration proceedings are compared, the amendment of the rules of arbitration of the International Chamber of...

Matice s prvky -1, 1, 0 / Matrices with Entries -1, 1, 0

Píšová, Vendula January 2019 (has links)
In this thesis we introduce selected classes of matrices, whose entries are only numbers −1, 1, 0. We combine existing results from various fields of Mathematics and enrich them with specific examples and explanations, with the aim of making the understanding of the text easier. Thanks to that, the reader can comprehend the theory and look under the hood of non-trivial applications. We will start with introducing adjacency matrices and covering of complete graphs with complete bipartite graphs. Then we follow with Hadamard matrices and will show the conditions for their constructions. Incidence matrices of the set systems will help us solve the combinatorial problem of the Odd-town clubs. Finally, we will prove the Cayley formula about the spanning trees of the complete graph, using incidence matrices.

Kostková, Veronika January 2014 (has links)
The main task of the thesis is to design seating placed in outer space. The work is divided into two parts. The first, theoretical part deals with general seating and its history, public interiors and an overview of competing products. The practical part directly addresses the issue of the draft sciatic element suitable for the public interior serving as a multifunctional seating for humans and parking space for bicycle. At the beginning of processed current research trends in the field of multifunctional seating elements. Proposals are made in the initial phase in the form of sketches and further supplemented by appropriate visualization and variants. The main idea of the design consists of the creation account, which connects the seat of a bicycle parking space.

Nedomová, Martina January 2012 (has links)
The aim of this diploma thesis is to design a project of local territorial ecological stability system in the cadastral municipality Třebenice based on the framework of ecological stability. An important basis for the project development is my Bachelor thesis that deals with defining the framework of ecological stability. Part of the project is the draft measures for current elements of territorial system that are important to enhance their ecological stability. For the newly proposed compositional elements there are proposals of plantings elaborated as well as necessary after-care, estimated realization cost and the possibilities of obtaining state grant support. Implementation of this project would significantly increase representation of the green vegetation in the landscape of prevailing agrocenoses.

Mimosmluvní závazkové poměry s přeshraničním prvkem / Non-contractual obligations with cross-border elements

Holečková, Kateřina January 2021 (has links)
Non-contractual obligations with cross-border elements Non-contractual obligations form a specific part of the law of obligations. Non- contractual obligations are characterized by the fact that the respective parties enter them involuntarily and without a clear understanding of their legal regulation. In cases where the respective legal relationship contains a cross-border element, this lack of understanding is even deeper. The subject of this thesis are non-contractual obligations with a cross-border element and their regulation in private international law. The three fundamental questions of private international law are addressed: namely the issue of international jurisdiction, applicable law, and recognition and enforcement of foreign judgements. The current legal regulation of non-contractual obligations with a cross-border elements is contained in a number of legal resources - from international treaties and EU legislation to autonomous national law. The main objective of this thesis is to analyse these systems of legal regulation in order to determine whether they meet the requirement of legal certainty and foreseeability or whether its unification on international or at least a regional level would be beneficial in that regard. Apart from the introductory and conclusion parts, the thesis...
