Mechanicky kotvené povlakové hydroizolace / Systems of mechanically fastened flexible roof waterproofing membranes

The aim of this thesis is going to concentrate on the issues associated with the technology of mechanically anchored coating waterproofing of roofs. Today the mechanical anchoring belongs to the most widespread way of how to stabilize the layers of roofing material against the effects of wind uplift particularly in indoor buildings. However some malfunctions occur more and more frequently which cause leaking into the constructions or even the destruction of the whole roof in the worse cases. The practical part of this thesis is going to concentrate on the fasterners which belong to the most important elements of the mechanical anchored system. The aim of the experimental measurement is to draw a comparison of the quality of fasteners which are distributed on the Czech market. Thereafter the obtained figures are going to be compared with the theoretical calculating procedures according to the valid designed standards.

Diploma thesis deals with issue of another possible application of PUR foam in the building, especially during the construction of the masonry structures with the integrated thermal isolator in the low-energy and the passive buildings. The practical part shows the production of the test sample of selected PUR foams and the trials that were performed on the samples. The aim of the thesis was choosing of the PUR foam with the best attributes which would be suitable as an integrated thermal isolator into masonry structures. In the conclusion there was chosen the best foam from which the masonry fragments were made. The static tests were performed on these fragments.

Porovnání účinnosti dnových prvků na disipaci energie nadkritického proudu / efficiency of the bottom elements on the supercritical flow energy dissipation

The thesis is dealing with comparing dissipation of the kinetic energy water flow using various bottom elements based on model research. There is missing information about efficiency of different kinds of bottom elements. This absence does not allow to compare different modification of the bottom of stilling basins. Within experimental research were measured depths in different variants. Based on the results of model tests are evaluated and tabulated sorted variants of the combat efficiency of the kinetic energy water flow. The results will be used for the efficient and economic design of additional alterations of stilling basins.

Vývoj zdicího systému pro jednoduchou výstavbu vnitřních dělicích konstrukcí / Development of masonry systeme for simple construction of internal masonry structures

The diploma thesis deals with the development of a new masonry system, for the production of which recycled brick could be used as a secondary raw material. In the field of literary research, the work deals with the methods of construction of vertical structures, the possibilities of lightening concrete, the life cycle of building materials and the use of secondary raw materials in construction. In the practical part, a masonry system was designed based on market research in the field of internal non-load-bearing masonry structures and requirements for these structures. In order to achieve these properties, concrete was chosen as the material for its production, where recycled brick was used as an alternative aggregate. As it is supposed to be a system for precise masonry, the material was compacted by vibrocompression. At the beginning, recipes were designed to verify the basic properties of concrete: density of hardened concrete, compressive strength and tensile bending strength, then other properties such as thermal conductivity and sound absorption coefficient were tested on improved recipes. Lightening and dimensional modules have been modified to achieve optimal properties. This was followed by a proposal for the method of masonry and surface treatment of a wall. Finally, the economic and environmental aspects of the masonry system were evaluated.

For a case study, I chose reconstruction of the roof, and its load-bearing part, because the reconstruction of this long-lasting element can be found in most cases. A case study is solved in the form of valuation of house before and after reconstruction, and it is done by two methods: according to the decree,by the comparison method and market valuation and also comparative method.

The traffic optimization task is solved by the use of several artificial neural networks, which are described, compared to each other and then evaluated which of them is more suitable for this task. The result of this work is a model of network switch and a comparison of computational time complexity of solving the optimization problem using the artificial neural network. The thesis was developed in research project MSM 0021630529 Intelligent Systems in Automation.

Materiálově nelineární řešení konstrukcí z plastů / Material nonlinear solution of structures made of plastics

The presented thesis focuses on static analysis of plastic structures, taking into account nonlinear behaviour of the material depending on the stress. The static analysis is performed using the finite element method. The difference between material linear and material nonlinear approach is illustratively described in the introduction. A shell finite element, which is enhanced by the possibility of further delamination into layers and integration points along its thickness, is suitable to be used for a numerical analysis of a plastic structures. Separate chapters are devoted to the integration of the resulting values over the height of the cross-section. The integration of the material stiffness matrix correctly reflects the emergence of eccentricity. A part of the attention is devoted to the numerical quadrature rules. Next chapter is devoted to material nonlinear models. Two approaches are described: a simpler one, using the isotropic nonlinear elastic model, and more general one, using the orthotropic plastic model. The theoretical description is complemented by the graphic interpretation of the criteria according to the individual authors. A significant portion of this work is devoted to the algorithmization of calculation procedures described in the theoretical chapters. The algorithmization itself is implemented in Fortran language into a dynamic-link library which is part of the software program RFEM 5 which is widely used in engineering practice. A part of the work is a study comparing the performance of the different technologies applicable for the algorithmization of the described issues. The agreement of the theoretical analysis of the material models and subsequent implementation within the RFEM 5 is demonstrated on the example of the bent cantilever. Návrh analogových kmitočtových filtrů s využitím grafů signálových toků / Analog frequency filter design using signal flow graphs

In my graduation thesis I first of all shortly mentioned frequency–selection filters and their utilisations. However, the base point of this project was to acquaint with different types of signal flow diagrams with whom I should design and analyse frequency-selection filtres with conventional and also innovative active components. As the first I created signal flow diagrams for both voltage and current conveyors. These modern active components are well known today and enable the construction of circuits with better properties than circuits with traditional differentiating amplifiers with voltage feedback. Thereinafter I made signal flow diagrams for OTA component. Transconductancal amplifiers are well known active components used in various areas of analog signal processing. OTA amplifier is in fact the current source controlled by voltage difference, which is characterised by gm transconductance. Ulterior components were IOZ and IZN models of voltage amplifier with voltage gain A. The last component was COA amplifier. It is a current operational amplifier. COA model is fully dual component to VOA, which is classical voltage amplifier. In my project I used filters with two OTA components. This filter offers functions like low-pass filter, band-pass filter, high-pass filter, band-stop filter and two-phase network. Following this I used circuits with two GCC conveyors. These offer band-pass filter, low-pass filter, high-pass filter, band-stop filter and two-phase network. Ultimately I designed filters with COA components, which offer three transmission functions simultaneously (DP, PP and HP). Analysis of these filters was made with a help of PSpice computer programme.

The Share of the Civil Element in the Criminal Decision-Making Procedure Key words: civil element, Comission for Conditional Release (parole), Ministry of Justice, probation and mediation service, assessors, associate judges, criminal proceedings This paper examines the share of the civil element in the criminal decision-making procedure. The aim is to introduce and analyze the institute that has been introduced in the Czech judiciary in the mid-19th -century - the associate judge, as well as the new institute, under which civil representatives can assess applications for release on probation. It further focuses on the Ministry of Justice's intention to introduce the Parole Board, which could single handedly decide about probation in the future. The paper is divided into three chapters. The first chapter offers a historical exposé of the institute of the associate judge, devoting particular attention to the reasons which led the legislative authority to implement this civil element. The second chapter discusses the current status quo, the system, and the benefits of associate judges. Accent is placed on the legislative enactment of the share of the civil element in the criminal decision- making procedure and then on the merits and importance of their judicial participation in criminal matters.
