The dissertation focuses on the problems associated with determining the amount of wear (finding the remaining technical values) that are being addressed. It deals with an overview of the different methods used. The basic premise of the thesis is a comprehensive overview of the calculation procedure and the methods used. This area of wear does not except the price regulation precisely defined procedure, nor are they addressed the circumstances in which that would be the method to be used. Various possible methods or inaccuracies may result in questioning the expert opinions as at trial. In conclusion of this dissertation is shown how the calculation procedure should wear for what purpose should be used and it is also proposed several alternatives.

The first aim of this diploma thesis is to clarify problems with circuit elements described by the fractional-order dynamics, show their basic properties and possible applications in circuits with lumped parameters. The second topic is covering the synthesis of two-terminal devices which have different fractional-orders for requested phase shifts. For this kind of devices, the thesis also describes their optimization and approximation in the frequency domain and subsequent implementation in the form of passive ladder structures. The final part of diploma work will be focused on practical realization of universal fractional PID controller and the verification of proper function of this multi-port in various configurations to prove its correct function via real measurement of frequency and time responses.

Selected issues of inheritance proceedings This diploma thesis deals with selected issues of inheritance proceedings which play an important role in inheritance proceedings. These selected issues are the assets and liabilities of the estate, their detection, an importance of the common property of spouses and its settlement as a result of the death of one of the spouses and the role of the international element in the inheritance proceedings. Except for the introduction and conclusion, the thesis is composed of two main chapters which are further divided into individual subchapters. The first chapter deals with the assets and liabilities of the estate and it is divided into three large subchapters. The first subchapter deals in general with the assets and liabilities that create the estate, defines them and focuses on the means from which information is obtained about them and also contains legislation about estate without assets and estate with assets of no or insignificant value. The second subchapter focuses on the process of determining assets and liabilities the result of which is the creation of a list of assets and liabilities of the estate. The aim of this diploma thesis is to find a suitable adjustment of hydraulic conditions in the distribution object area of four settling tanks at the Brno-Modřice WWTP. Due to the WWTP capacity increase, there were changes in the hydraulic conditions at the distribution facility, which needed to be adjusted. To find a suitable hydraulic solution, a hydraulic physical model was created in the Laboratory of Water Management Research of the Institute of Hydraulic Engineering, Faculty of Civil Engineering, Brno University of Technology, where experimental tests were made.

Title: Using elements of art education in teaching German as a foreign language (with a focus on drama pedagogy and work with picture book "Queen of Colour" by Jutta Bauer) Summary: My thesis is focused on integration of aesthetic elements into a German language lesson. Such elements help to improve students' language resources and language skills and they also help to develop their personality. The subject of my work is relation between the language and art - particular art education, namely dramatic, musical, and literary - partly - art education and their application in a foreign language lesson. This thesis is based on the theory of drama pedagogy and on analysis of an authentic foreign language literary text, namely on the picture book genre. This master's thesis focuses on the issue of food in some selected works by Kawakami Hiromi (born 1958). At first, it attempts to express some characteristic features of modern Japanese cuisine in general, which are closely connected to the creation of the concept of national identity, and to give a summary of works of modern and contemporary Japanese literature in which the topic of food is present. Next, it describes the work of Kawakami Hiromi. After introducing the author's main masterpieces and its typical features, it comes to the interpretation of the selected texts which were published within 1998 and 2010. It interprets the works mainly from the thematic point of view and it attempts to determine connections in which the issue and motifs of food appear. It also studies what role is played by food, eating or cooking in Kawakami's work. In selected translated passages it makes an effort to give evidence of certain elements in her work such as: food as means of befriendment, motif of a skilled male cook, inability to cook, which leads to a conflict in a relationship etc. It compares works in which often appear lonely women protagonists longing for love and in which the real world meets the supernatural or the traditional elements meet the modern ones. This diploma thesis deals with the use of glass fiber geogrids and geocomposites in road construction. The reinforcement elements are inserted between the wearing and binder asphalt layer. This diploma thesis summarizes the knowledge connected with reinforcing of asphalt roads using glass fiber. It examines the effect of reinforcing fiberglass elements on the resistance of asphalt layers loaded with traffic. At the same time, it deals with the application of a various amount of tack coat and subsequent behavior of the asphalt layers. In this work, laboratory tests of bond strength between layers on cores and four-point bending were performed.

The thesis deals with urban study for the central part of the town of Náchod, located in the proximity of the town’s historic core. The relief of the landscape lends distinctiveness to the whole area. This fact was taken into consideration when elaborating the urban concept which orientates the design towards the centre and the castle. The design is formed by three pillars – functions: square – culture, park – relax and housing. As regards the territory in question, Náchod has a great potential. My attempt was to understand it and create an area in the town centre which would have significant unified city-forming character, and which would enhance the core – the centre of the town.

Disertační práce se zabývá syntézou a analýzou nových obvodových struktur neceločíselného (fraktálního) řádu s řiditelnými parametry. Hlavní cíl této práce je návrh nových řešení filtračních struktur fraktálního řádu v proudovém módu, emulátorů prvků fraktálního řádu a také oscilátorů. Práce obsahuje návrh tří emulátorů pasivního prvku fraktálního řádu, tři filtrační struktury a dva oscilátory navržené na základě využití pasivního prvku fraktálního řádu v jejich obvodové struktuře a dvě obecné koncepce filtrů fraktálního řádu založené na využití aproximace přenosové funkce fraktálního řádu. Na základě obecných koncepcí jsou v práci navrženy filtry fraktálního řádu typu dolní a horní propust. Díky aktivním prvkům s přeladitelnými parametry, které jsou užity v obvodových strukturách je zajištěna řiditelnost řádu filtru, jeho pólového kmitočtu a některých případech i činitele jakosti. Vlastnosti všech zapojení jsou ověřeny počítačovými simulacemi za pomoci behavioralních simulačních modelů aktivních prvků. Některé z uvedených obvodů byly realizovány na DPS a jejich vlastnosti ověřeny experimentálním měřením.
