Rozhovor v dopravněpsychologickém vyšetření / Interview in driver assessment and diagnostics.

Master thesis is focused on one of the crutial and the most problematic tools at the same time of driver diagnostic which is the interwiev. In the theorethical part of the thesis we concern on the targets and basic starting points of the driver assesment, from which the explorative areas of the interwiev. We discuss the role of the interwiev in the systém of methods which can be used for driver behaviour prediction and its specific kontext or the social desirability influence. The interwiev is divided into four phases - introducion (contract), anmnestic data gathering, diagnostical part, and conclusion. The theory of planned behaviour, and Behavioral Event Interview are presented in the diagnosticlal as the two sources of the design of semi-standardized interview. Empirical part contains a specific interwiev design including the recommended question set for mapping of the ability to view and reflection, driving style and characteristics, attitudes to risk behavior a possibility of the driver change from the point of his behaviour.. Then, the qualitative assesment of the question sets using the contrast method, comparison and subsequent interpretation based on the content analysis of the driver statements in accompanying case reports. Annotation: The thesis deals with a problem of personality in the context of the top athletes' and top managers' activities. Comparison of the demands of these activities on the human and comparison of the personality profile results in a finding that there is a certain consensus in the personality profiles of top athletes and top managers and also to the conclusion that there is a noticeable difference between them in the emotional area. This thesis deals with the possibilities of the use of psychological assessment tools in selecting of employees. The theoretical part discusses the theoretical background of selection of employees, turnover and psychological assessment. Attention is paid to the efficient selection procedure with emphasis on the use of psychological assess-ment tools (questionnaires and tests) as a mean to reduce staff turnover, and thus to more effective management of human resources. The practical part deals with the analysis, examination and comparison of selected psychological instruments avail-able by company Motiv P s.r.o., cut-e czech s.r.o., Assessment Systems s.r.o. and TCC Online s.r.o., on the basis of pre-defined crucial criteria and characteristics for the implementation of these instruments in a particular company in the selection of call center operators. The result of this thesis is recommendation of specific psychological assessment instruments that according to aims, purpose and needs of particular company would help to reduce turnover of employees.

This thesis is focused on the psychomotor development of institutionalized children of the early age, with regard to children who were prenatally under mother's abuse of pervitin. The theoretical part summarizes firstly mothers with drug addiction, secondly describes institutionalized care and its effect to children's development. Further there is a contemporary outline of the infant's institutionalized care system in the Czech Republic as well as statistical data about those infants. Last theoretical chapter describes developmental diagnostics methods of the children of early age with its specifics. Two selected diagnostic methods, used in our country, are deeply described here. All mentioned topics are submitted here based on deeply study of Czech, as well as international relevant literature sources. The empirical part of the thesis describes study, which was realized on the ground of particular infant care center. The study measures psychomotor development of infants, who were prenatally under mother's abuse of pervitin. This is compared to psychomotor development of infants, who had no those experiences of any illegal drug substance. Title: Diagnosis of personality characteristics in head coaches of a selected sport Objectives: The aim of this work is to diagnosed and interpreted selected personal characteristics of head coaches (sport managers) of selected sports. The second aim is to identify significant testing differences between the head coaches of selected sports: sports managers and "other " managers Methods: To achieve the objectives, in the empirical part of master thesis was used quantitative research in the form of standardized tests to dynamics-aspiration- TDA and Eyseneck's personality questionnaire. In the dynamics of aspirations were evaluated and interpreted these personal dimensions: psychomotor pace aspirations and values of mental resilience. In Eyseneck's personality questionnaire two main dimensions of personality: neuroticism and extraversion were evaluated and interpreted.Furthermore, the value of the "lie score "was evaluated and the type of personality temperament was determined. The statistical method T-test was used to identify significant differences among the research groups. The results were interpreted by using graphs and verbally. Autism spectrum disorders has been a serious and widely discussed social topic in terms of severity and increasing frequency during the last few years. Psychodiagnostics process itself is often very demanding, and the measurement of the child's cognitive abilities is also a part of the comprehensive examination. Therefore, the results may make an enormous contribution to psychological diagnosis, clinical practice and education. The aim of the master thesis and the further research is to obtain information about the cognitive profile of children with autism spectrum disorder in comparison with neurotypical children, namely in the age range of six to twelve years. Firstly, the testing was carried out in the research group of 80 respondents, respectively with 40 respondents in the research group and 40 respondents in the control group. Secondly, each participant underwent testing using the Wechsler Intelligence Battery (WISC- III). Thirdly, the group of children with PAS underwent the neuropsychological battery, the A Developmental Neuropsychological Assessment (NEPSY-II) subtest. The first purpose of this study was to map the field of psychodiagnostic methods in the selection process for the position of Air traffic controller in selected countries in Central Europe. The second one was to see how differs the results of FEAST and psychological testing among different groups of candidates in relation to their success in training. This is a quantitative research. The method used in collecting data was the analysis of results of selected tests for individual candidates. The research was realized at 93 candidates who successfully completed the selection procedure for the position of the Air traffic controller at ŘLP Čr from 2005 - 2009. The data were analyzed using SPSS statistical program. In the vast majority of performance or personality tests did any statistically significant difference was not found between the group of successful and unsuccessful candidates in training. A statistically significant difference was detected in the scale "Noticed matches" in the FEAST test battery, where unsuccessful candidates scored above. Another one was discovered in the test CAQ in factor Q1: Radicalism, where successful candidates achieved lower scores than the unsuccessful. Thesis discusses the design of expression, especially the handwriting, and it is obvious by comparing the behavior of people during adolescence. The central part of the theoretical work has been devoted to the possible use of handwriting for diagnostic purposes, particularly to describe the behavior of writer, taking into account the specificities of adolescence. Practical work examines the extent to which it is possible to compare the written manifestation adolescent with his behavior and simultaneously testing the value of writing of juvenile personalities. To illustrate examples of work are part of the several handwritings.
