Asmenybės pokyčių analizė visada buvo svarbi klinikinės psichologijos sritis, kuri tampa ypač aktuali permainų laikotarpiu. Visuomeninių pokyčių sėkmė priklauso ne tik nuo susiklosčiusių sąlygų, bet ir nuo individo psichologinių ypatumų bei jo paties vidinių pokyčių. Habilitacijai pateiktuose darbuose yra analizuojami vidiniai ir išoriniai veiksniai, nulemiantys asmenybės pokyčius. Pirmųjų grupę sudaro patologiniai veiksniai , o taip pat vidiniai struktūriniai asmenybės dariniai, antrųjų –išorinių intervencijų (daugeliu atvejų psichoterapijos) poveikio analizė ypatingą dėmesį skiriant traumos padarinių išgijimo analizei. Psichoterapinis poveikis priklauso nuo terapinio santykio ypatumų. Publikacijose yra analizuojama terapinio santykio formavimosi sąlygos, struktūra ir mechanizmai, kurie yra būtini veiksmingai psichoterapijai. Habilitacijos procedūrai yra pateikti darbai, kuriuose nagrinėjami kai kurie metodologiniai tyrimų aspektai- atvejo analizės taikymas moksliniuose tyrimuose, kiekybinių ir kokybinių tyrimų derinimas klinikinėje psichologijoje – šie klausimai yra pakankamai nauji Lietuvoje, tad jų naudojimo galimybių aptarimas taip pat svarbus. Asmenybės pokyčių tyrimai yra perspektyvi sritis, kurios plėtotė galėtų apimti ir tolesnius psichoterapijos veiksmingumo tyrimus, ir daugialypę tapatumo dinamiškumo analizę. / Analysis of personality changes always was important field of clinical psychology. It has a special meaning in modern times, as global changes depend not only on circumstances, but on the changes of individual too. Inner factors such as pathological conditions and inner personality structures are analyzed in the perspective of personality transformation. Depth presumptions of personality changes, outer factors and psychotherapy process are important part of our research which is represented for the habilitation procedure. Special attention is paid for trauma experience and its healing process. Effective psychotherapy depend on successful therapeutic relationship. Conditions of formation, structure and processes of therapeutic relationship are one more subject of our research. We discuss some methodological questions in our publications (case analysis and scientific research, combination of quantitative and qualitative analysis)- those questions are new in Lithuanian clinical psychology. Personality changes and its research is interesting and perspective field – we suppose its development could include further research of effectiveness of psychotherapy and dynamic of personality identity.

TITLE: Aversive feelings of therapists to clients and ways of dealing with them AUTHOR: Bc. Simona Kozlová DEPARTMENT: Department of psychology SUPERVISOR: PhDr. David Heider, PhD. ABSTRACT: The aim of this thesis is to gain insight aversive feelings experienced by therapists to the clients. Determine the causal characteristics of aversive feeling and their processing. The task is to examine whether there are links between the detected phenomena. The method of data collection, are interviews with a group of psychotherapists. When analyzing the responses I used qualitative methodology, specifically the Strauss and Corbin's grounded theory. The work is divided into theoretical part and empirical part. The theoretical part describes aspects affecting the therapeutic process, as well as forms of aversive feelings and their possible consequences on the therapeutic relationship. In the empirical part are presented and interpreted data obtained from interviews, which are analyzed. The main results include: aversive feelings experienced by the therapists include helplessness, frustration, anger, and frustration, exhaustion, disgust, fear and threats, abuse and failure. Avsikten med studien är att ge en fördjupad förståelse av hur terapeuter upplever att relationen till patienten påverkas av att genomföra psykoterapeutisk behandling online. Designen var en kvalitativ studie med strategiskt urval genom semi-strukturerade intervjuer. I studien har 11 terapeuter med erfarenhet av individuell psykoterapeutisk videobehandling medverkat. Alla deltagare har arbetat med psykologi inom olika sjukvårdsregioner och innehar som minst grundläggande utbildning i psykoterapi. Analysmodellen som användes var tematisk textanalys Malterud (2014). Huvudteman som framkom var. 1. Teraputens inställning till mediet och dess förutsättningar kan påverka relationen, 2. Pt-online är inte som sedvanlig terapi- digitala förutsättningar påverkar mötet och 3. Relationellt samspel blir annorlunda (även om vissa aspekter kan vara lika). Resultaten visar deltagarnas olika upplevelser av hur det relationella samspelet förändras under psykoterapeutisk behandling online. Det kan vara värdefullt för terapeuter att veta vad de kan göra för att överbrygga och kompensera för bortfall av sinnesintryck under psykoterapeutiska videosamtal.

Master Thesis Eva Königsmarková Specific approach to the clients within psychotherapeutic relationship built by the body- oriented psychotherapists as one of the main aspect of their work Abstract For the time being, body-oriented psychotherapy is not commonlly used in the Czech Republic. Moreover, specialized literature provides mainly information about individual branches, where psychotherapy works with the body, but a complex picture is lacking. Therefore, the master thesis tries to address body-oriented psychotherapy comprehensively. Its theoretical part defines general aspects of and introduces practices used in this branch, presents its ethical principles and names several studies, which were carried out in this field. Individual therapeutical approaches are described in the conclusion. The empirical part is based on research, which maps the means of body-oriented psychotherapists. Through interviews with five psychotherapists and analysis of the interviews, where grounded theory is applied, we discover that the key aspect used in the work is a specific approach towards the clients, which is decisive for the existence of a psychotherapeutical relationship between them and the client.
