El objetivo de la Tesis, se centra en la elaboración y justificación de un conjunto de criterios, que se aplicarían a un ulterior diseño de un sistema de presentación de la información meteoro-oceanográfica, integrada con la de la navegación bien sea de un puente de gobierno en su fase conceptual, o bien un puente en su fase de producto terminado.El desarrollo de este objetivo se materializa a partir de las siguientes partes:- Analizar y procesar la información existente sobre adquisición, procesamiento y presentación de datos meteorológicos y oceanográficos.- Realizar un estudio e investigación sobre los sistemas de recepción y envío de información meteorológico-oceanográfica en un buque.- Sentar criterios que faciliten la implementación de un sistema integrado de presentación de las variables meteorológicas a bordo.- Preparar y trazar una derrota segura entre dos puntos, realizando el seguimiento en la estación de trabajo propuesta, donde se utilizará la lógica de presentación de los datos precisados.Las dos primeras partes descritas, van a proporcionar un estado actual y previsiblemente futuro de la realidad legal, tecnológica y comercial, que permitirán establecer un conjunto de criterios de tipo legislativo que considero eliminatorios, otro segundo grupo de criterios técnicos que serán limitativos por las posibilidades actuales, un tercer grupo de criterios operacionales que dependerán del tipo de buque y del tráfico al que se dediquen y finalmente un grupo de criterios ergonómicos que permitirán la mejor sintonía entre la estación de trabajo y su usuario.El planteamiento de los criterios desemboca en una propuesta de estación para la planificación de la derrota que culmina en el análisis del trazado de una particular. La derrota se calcula entre dos puertos, es seguida y posteriormente modificada de acuerdo a la información meteorológica recibida. / The Thesis objective, is focused on a criteria set elaboration and justification, that are going to be applied to a further design of a meteorological and oceanographic information system, integrated with the navigation data not only in the conceptual stage of conning bridge but in its final product stage.This objective development is translated to the next parts:- Analysing and processing the existing information on the meteorological and oceanographic data acquisition, treatment and presentation.- Carrying out an study and research on the meteorological and oceanographic, reception and transmission system on board a ship.- Settling the criteria for the facilitation of the proper implementation of an integrated meteorological data presentation system.- Preparing and drawing a safe track between two points, carrying out the ship's monitoring on the proposed work station, where is going to use the needed data presentation logic.Part one and two, are going to provide an state of the art and a near future situation of the legal, technological and commercial reality, that will afford the establishment of a criteria package of a legislative nature considered eliminatory, other second group dealing with technical criteria considered as limitative ones because the nowadays possibilities, a third operational group that are going to depend on the ship's type and the traffic in which she is involved and finally an ergonomic criteria set that are going to afford the best harmony between the user and the working station.That criteria articulation is going to finalise in a working station proposal for the track planning that is ended on a specific track drawing. The track is calculated between two ports, followed and further modified according the meteorological information received on board.
