The referred work has as an objective to propose actions that aggregate value to small rural properties of the sector of milk in the region of Santa Rosa in the State of Rio Grande do Sul, for productivity and profitability increase of these properties. Thus, it searched to identify and analyze the present situation in what the small milk producers of the region are, regarding to management and production practices. It was done visits and interviews in coops, syndicates of rural producers, IBGE and other entities associated the sector, aiming to search information about milk activity. It was also interviewed the small producers of milk , where it could be verified that almost does not exist any practice of formal management developed by them, the way that, the management is totally informal based in the empirical knowledge passed through generation to generation. Based in this diagnostic it was developed a proposal for the criation of a management system, where in a decentralized and cooperative way several entities like city halls, coops, syndicates of rural producers, EMATER and niversities from the region should interact among themselves and with the producers aiming the formulation of policies of development and planning for the implementation of new technologies and management techniques for the production increase aiming the family sustentation and the development of the region. / O trabalho visa propor ações que agreguem valor às pequenas propriedades rurais do setor de leite da região do Grande Santa Rosa RS, para aumento da produtividade e rentabilidade dessas propriedades. Assim, buscou-se identificar e analisar a atual situação em que se encontram os pequenos produtores de leite da região, com relação às práticas de gestão e produção. Foram realizadas visitas, e entrevistas em cooperativas, sindicatos de produtores rurais, IBGE e outras entidades ligadas ao setor, visando buscar informações sobre a atividade de leite. Também foram entrevistados os pequenos produtores de leite, onde pode ser verificado que praticamente não existe nenhuma prática de gestão formal desenvolvida pelos mesmos, de forma que a gestão é totalmente informal baseada no conhecimento empírico passado de geração para geração. Com base nesse diagnóstico desenvolveu-se uma proposta para a criação de um sistema de gestão, onde de forma descentralizada e cooperativa as diversas entidades tais como prefeituras, cooperativas, sindicatos de produtores rurais, EMATER e universidades da região deverão interagir entre si e com os produtores visando à formulação de políticas de desenvolvimento e planejamento para a implantação de novas tecnologias e técnicas de gestão para o aumento da produção visando a sustentabilidade da família e o desenvolvimento da região.

The aim of final thesis is to describe raising a child after divorce and the role of men and women in children's life. The theoretical part defines terms - family, divorce and the education. The author is trying to find if there is still man as a main educator of children even after divorce. In empirical part the author analyses the interviews based on principles of grounded theory. The aim of empirical part is to clear up, how adults feel by taking care of their parents and if they miss the paternal and maternal role in their life. The practical part was described and based on interviews with people from 20 to 30 which parents got divorced in they 8 to 13 years of age. The author defines the cathegories and codes based on interviews and in general describes the model of raising children by mothers. The main issue is that the young people missed the maternal and paternal role in their lives and as a result of this is that the young people have problem in coping with authorities. The interviewee state that they have more critical view on their own relationships and that the communication is the basic stone of every relationship. This project proposes and uses co-creation design methods, a design approach based on allowing users to play a design role; by creating a project. The design process comprises design specialists and participants from various specialties and ages, then finding common ground and interests to develop a future work plan. Collective creation designers can provide tools and workshops to support and develop a fledgling community initiative that works within design and change. After the Syrians were exposed to a movement towards world countries, forming a diaspora condition within their families and host societies. This project was implemented in January 2021, with two collaborating students of the Bachelor of Design + Change at Linnaeus International University in Sweden, titled ‘’Syrians of The Diaspora’’. The project deals with collective creation in addressing issues to which immigrants are exposed, several issues that cause feelings of despair, and loss of creative value, influenced by their neglected skills and life experiences. To create a ‘’vocational cultural knowledgeable club’’ in the host country that employs their skills and presents them to the host community, facilitating integration plans.
