Diplomová práce se skládá z pěti částí; každá má opodstatněný důvod a stanovený cíl. V první části teoreticko-metodologické jsem vyzvedla nejdůležitější kapitoly projektového řízení, které se prolínají do praxe. Bez znalostí teorie by ani nešlo takový velký projekt řídit a dovést do úspěšného konce. Nejvíce se opírám o splnění podmínky trojimperativu, procesu řízení projektů, a především organizování projektového týmu.

Marketing authorisation in the Czech Republic The purpose of the thesis is to provide an overview of essential principles of a process of medicinal products' marketing authorisation in the Czech Republic. Every medicinal product produced on a large-scale must be registered by responsible authority before launching on the market, this process guarantees its effectiveness and safety. Even though the topic is a subject of quickly evolving legislation, in the Czech Republic has not been elaborated any coherent monograph on the issue yet. The diploma thesis is composed of seven chapters, starting with the overview of the historical legislation of medicinal products' marketing authorisation and ending with today's legislation affected by European Union legislation. The second chapter is dealing with the history of the marketing authorisation of medicinal products, which has its beginnings in 1920s, such dating argues that this is not a new field of a legislation. Following a brief outline of the history the third chapter of the diploma thesis explains today's legislation and gives an overview of European legislation and jurisdiction of Court of Justice of the European Union that have important impact on the Czech legislation. The digital photography is still trying to catch-up with its analogous counterpart and recording light direction is one of the most recent area of interest. The first and still the only one light-field camera for consumers, the Lytro camera, has reached market in 2011. This work introduces the light-field theory and recording with special emphasis on illustrating the principles in 2D, gives an overview of current hardware and ongoing research in the area and analyses the Lytro camera itself, describing the closed file formats and protocols it uses so that further research can be conducted. An important contribution of the work is a .NET portable library for developers, supplemented by a file editor as well as an application for wireless communication with the camera based on the library. Diplomová práce se v první části zabývá zahájením podnikání fyzické osoby. Věnuje se požadavkům kladeným na podnikatele při zahájení podnikatelské činnosti. Popisuje druhy živností, registrační povinnosti a daňové povinnosti. V druhé části popisuje vedení daňové evidence: evidenci příjmů a výdajů, evidenci pohledávek a závazků, evidenci majetku a zásob, mzdovou evidenci, evidenci rezerv a evidenci DPH. V další části je zpracován příklad na vyplnění daňového přiznání.

The aim of this Master thesis titled ''The role of Small and Medium Business Enterprises to the Socio-Economic Development of Ghana'' was to analyze the opportunities of Small and Medium Business Enterprises (SMEs) operating in the informal sector of Ghana and its contribution to the economic growth and development through registration and taxation. To tackle the topic, a quantitative approach was adopted. Questionnaires were circulated to SMEs in the Accra metropolis and based on the responses received; analysis of the data was done to know the various ways in which the informal sector can be induced to register and also taxed. Also the amount of revenue which can be generated from registering and taxing SMEs in the informal sector was calculated to know how much the government is losing as well as how it would contribute to socio-economic development of the region and the country at large. The study concludes with some recommendations on the development of the informal sector and as such effective ways to register and tax the informal sector for the socio-economic development.

The aim of my thesis was research of the ophthalmology images processing. These methods contains image filtration, detection of important points in the image and registration. Image adjustment and the follow up registration is very important to find some deseases (e.g. glaucoma, where is a change of nervous threads going from retina ). For the image changes and registrations was made computer programme (Matlab, Graphical User Interface), where the user can try the different methods decribed in teoretical part of thesis.

V první části se práce se zabývá rešerší metod a principů potřebných při registraci obrazu. Dále pak popisuje zobrazovací systémy očního pozadí jako jsou OCT, fundus kamera a SLO. Druhá část práce je zaměřena na praktickou realizaci programů pro registraci snímků z OCT, SLO a fundus kamery v programovém prostředí Matlab.

This document deals with the pre-processing and the segmentation of human vertebrae from computed tomography 3D image data. It describes image registration and segmentation methods concretely and commonly used in image data processing during the automated spine canal localization process and the localization of each vertebrae centroid. The 3D deformable model development is described in the work together with the introduction to the previous state of art and the progress of vertebrae segmentation using 3D deformable models registration. This work presents the evaluation of the accuracy and the reliability from the segmentation and localization results.
