Tato práce se zabývá multimodální registrací snímků sítnice z různých skenovacích zařízení. Multimodální registrace umožňuje zvýraznit prvky na snímcích sítnice, které jsou důležité pro detekci různých typů onemocnění oka (jako je glaukom, degradace nervových vláken, degradace cév, atd.). Teoretická část tvoří zhruba první půlku práce a je následována praktickou částí, která popisuje postupy při různých typech registrací snímků z fundus kamery, SLO a OCT. Registrace fundus a SLO snímků je provedena pomocí prostorové transformace. Tato práce popisuje tři různé metody registrace SLO snímků se snímky z fundus kamery. První a zároveň nejjednodušší je manuální registrace. Druhou je automatická registrace založená na metodě korelace. Výsledky, včetně porovnání obou metod, jsou uvedeny v závěru. Třetím typem je poloautomatická registrace, která využívá výhod obou předchozích metod a tím pádem je kompromisem mezi rychlostí a přesností registrace. Registrace fundus snímků a B-scanů z OCT je realizována dvěma různými metodami. První je opět založená na korelaci a druhá na prostorové transformaci. Všechny tyto registrační metody jsou realizovány také prakticky v programovém prostředí Matlab.

Image registration is widely used in clinical practice. However image registration and its~evaluation is still challenging especially with regards to new possibilities of various modalities. One of these areas is contrast-enhanced ultrasound imaging. The time-dependent image contrast, low signal-to-noise ratio and specific speckle pattern make preprocessing and image registration difficult. In this thesis a method for registration of images in ultrasound contrast-enhanced sequences is proposed. The method is based on automatic fragmentation into image subsequences in which the images with similar characteristics are registered. The new evaluation method based on comparison of perfusion model is proposed. Registration and evaluation method was tested on a flow phantom and real patient data and compared with a standard methods proposed i literature. The second part of this thesis contains examples of application of image registration in~ophthalmology and proposition for its improvement. In this area the image registration methods are widely used, especially landmark based image registration method. In this thesis methods for landmark detection and its correspondence estimation are proposed.

The right to vote is one of the fundamental rights of citizens in democratic countries. In the United States, however, this action is preceded by the obligation to register. Election registrations are still seen as a limiting element of electoral law. The aim of this work is to find out how the registration was influenced in the past and what influenced the number of registered citizens and voter participation in the presidential elections in 2016. The first part deals with federal electoral registration reforms and looks at the current situation. The second part consists of a research in which the relationship determination is utilized by the Pearson correlation coefficient. The work concludes that the ratio of registered age to eligible voters has not increased, although the demographic curve continues to rise. In the case of factors that may affect the number of registered, the direct relationship has not been established. On the contrary, a direct correlation has been shown in the case of the same factors with the turnout in the presidential election.

The services for handicapped people and their transformation after 2007 The present graduation thesis deals with screening the situation in the area of social services for persons with different handicap, especially regarding the transformation of social services after 2007. In the theoretical part, I am describing particularly the characteristics of the previous and the current systems of social services. When characterising the previous system of social services, I concentrate on the legislation, governing this system. Further I am presenting the characteristics and status of the consulting services, and socially activating service, as in the further chapters I am dealing with the latter when presenting the services of the KONÍČEK, o. s. association. When presenting the new system of social services, I am describing in particular the basic principles of this system, changes it brings to the users, legislation and quality standards of the social services. A big chapter is devoted to the Social Services Act. Further chapters describe the financing of social services, education of workers in social services, and work of volunteers in social services. The practical part presents my hypothesis and the aims of the present work. Further chapters present the target group and describe the data collection. Data was collected in the form a guided interview, the questions were answered by the representatives of the given non-profit organization. This chapter includes also a presentation of the activities of the KONÍČEK, o. s. association before 2007, when the services were not registered. Further I am presenting the activities of the association in 2008, when the association was already a registered provider of social services. I am presenting, in the Discussion chapter, the screening of the transformation of social services after 2007, the obtained data, and I am offering their comparison with the outputs found out in the KONÍČEK, o. s. association, or with literature data.

Zusammenfassung Die Diplomarbeit beschäftigt sich mit der Problematik der Nomination und Registration der Kandidaten für die tschechische Präsidentenwahl. Im Jahre 2012 genehmigte das Parlament eine Änderung der Verfassung, die die Wahl des tschechischen Präsidenten auf die direkte Wahl änderte. Im Zusammenhang damit kamen viele Fragen über die Nomination und Registration der Kandidaten für die Funktion des Präsidenten. Diese Fragen musste man nicht lösen, weil das Recht auf die Nomination des Kandidaten neu die Bürger bekamen, die eine Petition mit den Unterschriften mindestens 50.000 Bürger mit dem Wahlrecht vorlegen. Die Diplomarbeit bemüht sich diese Probleme zu analysieren und ihre Lösung vorzuschlagen. Nach dem Einführungsteil über die Geschichte der Anträge auf die direkte Wahl im tschechischen Verfassungssystem und nach der Rekapitulation der anderen Rechtsvorschriften, laut den man in einigen Fällen (Kandidatur der unabhängigen Kandidaten in den Komunal- oder Senatwahlen, bzw. Gründung einer neuen politischen Partei) eine Petition mit einer bestimmten Anzahl der Unterschriften vorlegen muss, folgt gerade dieser analytischer Anteil. The thesis is focused on methods of machine learning used for recognising the first stage of schizophrenia in images from nuclear-magnetic resonance. The introduction of this paper is focused primarily on physical principles. Further in this work, the attention is given to registration methods, reduction of data set and machine learning. In the classification part, simmilarity rates, support vectors´ method, K-nearest neighbour classification and K-means are described. The last stage of theoretical part is focused on evaluation of the clasification. In practical part the results of reduction data set by methods PCA, CRLS-PCA and subjects PCA are described. Furthermore, the practical part is focused on pattern recognition by methods K-NN, K-means and test K-NN method on real data. Abnormalities which are recognised by some classification methods can distinguish patients with schizophrenia from healthy controls.

Work deals with methods of calibration of multi-center study of magnetic resonance imaging. Magnetic resonance is the phenomenon of the substance in a magnetic field of induction B0 delivers energy in the form of RF pulse with the Larmor frequency and thus to excite particles to higher energy levels. Calibration can be performed using the distinctive and homogeneous RF phantoms. Furthermore, we can perform calibration using image registration. To calibrate the images by registering the work described in the classical linear (affine) and nonlinear. Listed below are the simulators, which are also useful for modeling various artifacts.

The work discusses about the PBX Yate, describes its configuration from the initial installation, through the basic setup and description of the way through the logs of user registration, the syntax for defining the calling plan, including examples, and additional services, including demonstration of practical verification of the functionality in the computer lab. Are also created two samples job for more familiar with the principles of operation and the Yate PBX settings.

The aim of the thesis is optimization for a medical images registration. The basis is to acquaint with the images registration and to peruse component global optimization methods, especially an optimization method TRUST. After theoretic knowledge it is possible to proceed to a suggestion of an optimization method based on the TRUST method and to realize in the program setting MATLAB. Created algorithms has been tested on test data and compared with other optimization methods as Simulated annealing.

This thesis deals with a nonrigid image registration for movement correction in thoracic dynamic contrast CT data. The deformation field is initialized by the analysis of disparities based on nonlinear matched filter, which defines local movement deformation. The values of control points are optimized by the Nelder-Mead method. The transformation model is based on a 4D (3D + time) free-form B-spline deformation for feature of movement distortion. The first part of the thesis briefly discusses the theory of image registration. Knowledge of this theory is necessary for understanding the remaining chapters, which describe the proposed method and its realization. The large part of this thesis is devoted to the geometrical image transformations, that is very important for the image registration. The thesis also describes a simplex method for function minimization. Three publicated methods of registration of medical 4D CT data are given. In the following chapter are individual parts of the purposed nonrigid registration including possible problems and their solution described.
