Právní aspekty nových náboženských hnutí v České republice / Legal aspects of New Religious Movements in the Czech Republic

Kadlecová, Marcela January 2021 (has links)
1 Název diplomové práce v anglickém jazyce, abstrakt v anglickém jazyce a tři klíčová slova v anglickém jazyce Legal aspects of New Religious Movements in the Czech Republic Abstract The main purpose of this master's thesis is a critical analysis of Czech legislation of New Religious Movements. This thesis should describe a legal relationship between New Religious Movements and Czech legal order. This thesis focuses on the topic while studying public and private law's aspects. It also focuses on sociological considerations. New Religious Movements are a necessary part of a religious development of every society. There is a lot of different religious movements. Therefore, it is especially challenging to make legislation related to them. The legislator should consider religion a private part of everyone's life. Act No. 3/2002 Coll., which is the most important piece of legislation for New Religious Movements, does not distinguish terminologically between New Religious Movements and the traditional churches. A long tradition in the Czech Republic and a lot of members have for example Seventh-day Adventist Church, Jehovah's Witnesses and The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Being a member of a New Religious Movement can particularly affect man's life. Conflicts between New Religious Movements and...

Numerické metody zpracování obrazů z kosmické sondy NASA SDO / Numerical methods of image processing from NASA's SDO space probe

Meduňa, Tomáš January 2020 (has links)

Registrace autofluorescenčních obrazů sítnice / Registration of the autofluorescence images

Říha, František January 2008 (has links)
The autofluorescence images of the retina, which are obtained by laser scanning confocal ophthalmoscope Heidelberg Retina Angiograph (HRA), are used for early glaucoma diagnosis. Glaucoma is caused by gradual damage of the optic nerves, which leads to the failing of eyesight and can even cause its complete loss. HRA system is used to obtain a set of retinal images, where every image represents certain segment of retina. This thesis describes image registration methods for retinal image mosaicing. The tested registration methods are based on the global function of similarity or the landmarks detection. As landmarks, the blood vessel bifurcations are considered.

Registrace obrazu pomocí metody Optical Flow / Image registration using Optical Flow method

Bistrý, Jan January 2011 (has links)
Registration of medical images is technique, which is developing with new hybrid diagnostic imaging systems. Nowadays is a trend in image registration focused on monomodality and multimodality images registration. The first part of this master’s thesis is intent on present basic information about image registration. Concretely is intending on image transformation, interpolation, criteria function and at optimalization. Further part present realized Optical Flow technique and used “Demon” algorithm for image registration. The next part is focused on presentation of program solution and GUI. In the last section of this master’s thesis is verifying of created program on usual images and real CT images.

Detekce bifurkací cévního řečiště na sítnici / Detection of blood-vessel bifurcations in retina

Baše, Michal January 2011 (has links)
This master thesis deals with detection of blood-vessel bifurcations in retinal images and its properties. There are explained procedure of taking photographs of retina by fundus camera, optical coherence tomography (OCT) and scanning laser opthalmoscope (SLO) and properties of fundus images are described. In this thesis are mentioned some effective thresholding methods and there are explained the most important morphological operations with binary images, as well as with grayscale images. Detected bifurcations are used for image registration with second-order polynomial transformation using corresponding bifurcations.

Metody pro zpracování termovizních snímků s detekcí stanovené oblasti obličeje / Methods for infrared thermography with detection of specific facial areas

Kolářová, Dana January 2014 (has links)
This paper deals with non-contact measurement of temperature in human faces. Principle of measurement of infrared radiation and construction of the thermal imager is described in a literature search. The main part of the paper is design of an algorithm for automatic processing and the detection of regions of interest in thermal images. The theoretical description of used methods is also included in this paper. The aim is to design and implement a program for automatic evaluation of temperature changes in a human face in a sequence of thermal images that were taken with short time delay. As a part of thesis is description of implementation of designed algorithm in programming enviroment MATLAB and the description of the user interface. The program was tested on the experimental data samples. Obtained results and possible limitations are also discused in this paper.

Automatický výběr reprezentativních fotografií / Automatic Selection of Representative Pictures

Bartoš, Peter January 2011 (has links)
There are billions of photos on the internet and as the size of these digital repositories grows, finding target picture becomes more and more difficult. To increase the informational quality of photo albums we propose a new method that selects representative pictures from a group of photographs using computer vision algorithms. The aim of this study is to analyze the issues about image features, image similarity, object clustering and examine the specific characteristics of photographs. Tests show that there is no universal image descriptor that can easily simulate the process of clustering performed by human vision. The thesis proposes a hybrid algorithm that combines the advantages of selected features together using a specialized multiple-step clustering algorithm. The key idea of the process is that the frequently photographed objects are more likely to be representative. Thus, with a random selection from the largest photo clusters certain representative photos are obtained. This selection is further enhanced on the basis of optimization, where photos with better photographic properties are being preferred.

Zavedení sociální služby v nestátní neziskové organizaci. / The introduction of social service in Non-Governmental Organization.

Nedobitá, Lucie January 2019 (has links)
This Master's thesis deals with the description of an introduction of social service in Non- Governmental Organization, which has decided to become a registrated provider of social services. The aim of the thesis is to describe how to manage selected phase of such a change, while introducing it to the field of social service by a Non-Governmental Organization. This is related to chosen Non-Governmental Organization Azara sociální, z.s. and specifically it's project of the introduction of field social service - Personal Assistance. The selected phase of implementation is the registration of this service and the individual steps, from the decision to introduce the change, through the elaboration of the individual plans and submission of required documents, which are necessary for the registration application to the competent regional authority. Strategic analyzes are carried out for the analysis of the external environment of the selected organization and the analysis of the internal environment. The qualitative research method focus group has been used to receive suggestions and concrete steps from selected representatives of the organization's management, based on the Implementation Plan and the Risk Plan. The evaluation of the progress, of the phases of the introduced changes is carried out...
