In the last three decades recursive residuals and estimation have received extensive attention as important and powerful tools in providing a diagnostic test of the structural change and functional misspecification in regression models. Recursive residuals and their relationship with recursive estimation of regression parameters have been developed for fixed effect models. Such residuals and estimation have been used to test the constancy of regression models over time and their usage has been suggested for almost all areas of regression model validation. These recursive techniques have not been developed for some of the more recent generalisations of Linear Models such as Linear Mixed Models (LMM) and their important extension to Generalised Linear Mixed Models (GLMM) which provide a suitable framework to analyse a variety of special problems in an unified way. The aim of this thesis is to extend the idea of recursive residuals and estimation to Mixed Models particularly for LMM and GLMM. Baigiamojo darbo tikslas – gyvenamosios statybos pavyzdžiu matematiškai apibrėžti resursų poreikio piniginėmis lėšomis priklausomybę nuo statybos stadijos. Nagrinėjamas objektas – Vilniaus mieste pastatyti daugiabučiai namai nuo 2004 iki 2007 metų. Analizei yra paimta 16 daugiabučių namų finansinių grafikų duomenys. Resursų poreikio atskiriems statybos etapams analizė yra atliekama taikant regresinę analizę. Baigiamąjį darbą sudaro tokios dalys: lentelių sąrašas, paveikslų sąrašas, turinys, įvadas, resursų poreikio atskiriems statybos etapams atliktų tyrimų apžvalga, regresinė analizė, duomenys skaičiavimams, resursų poreikio atskiriems statybos etapams analizė, metodikos praktinio taikymo uždavinys, išvados, literatūros sąrašas, 9 priedai. Darbo apimtis – 65 psl., 26 paveikslai, 15 lentelių. / The objective of the final work is to identify resource needs in terms of money for separate building (private housing) stages. The object under the research is blocks of flats built in Vilnius during the period 2004 – 2007. Financial graphics data of 16 blocks of flats is analysed. Need of resources analysis for separate building stages is carried out by applying regressive analysis. The final work consists of list of tables, pictures, content, introduction, nedd of resources for separate building stages research review, regressive analysis, calculation for data, resource analysis, practical activities, conclusions, list of literature, 9 attachments. The amount of work is 65 pages, 26 pictures and 15 tables.

The diploma thesis deals with an assessment of the topical financial situation of BARVY A LAKY TELURIA, s. r. o. using the time series analysis. The theoretical part focuses on the description of the financial indicators, analysis of the time series, and subsequently the regressive and correlative analysis. In the practical part, selected financial indicators are statistically analyzed. The future two-year development of indicators is predicted on the basis of the selected models; subsequently dependencies among the particular indicators are determined. In the conclusion, proposals to ameliorate the current financial situation of the company are recommended, which was carried out on the basis of the identified shortcomings.

The diploma thesis deals with an assessing selected indicators of a KAVALE company s. r. o. using time series analysis. Issues of financial analysis, analysis of period lines, regressive analysis and correlative analysis are described in a theoretical part. Practical part is focused on statistic analysis of selected indicators of financial analysis. Its aim is to reveal dependance between indicators and prediction of their future development for the next two periods of time. Comparison of the analyzed company with an average sector and with two rival companies is also part of the practical section. On the basis of these analyzes I recommend proposals to improve the financial situation of the company.
