Relationsmarknadsföring- Hur Allsvenska Fotbollsföreningar lockar supportrar till arenan / How Swedish soccer clubs attract spectators to the stadium via relationship marketing

En ständigt återkommande uppgift för fotbollsföreningar är hur de ska locka supportrartill arenan. I denna uppsats har vi undersökt fenomenet relationsmarknadsföring och ivilken utsträckning det används inom den svenska elitfotbollen. De föreningar somberörts i fallstudien är BK Häcken, IF Elfsborg och Gais. Vi har kommit fram till att allaföreningar försöker etablera relationer med sina supportrar och även om ingen föreninguttryckligen använder de metoder som ryms inom relationsmarknadsföringens ramverk,finns ambitionen att arbeta mer med relationsskapandet. Föreningarna har som mål attskapa relationer med sina supportrar även om personalbrist och ekonomiska resurseroftast är orsaken till varför det inte sker i någon större utsträckning. Huruvida supportrarväljer att besöka arenan eller inte är alltid starkt förenat med hur det sportsligt går förföreningen. En annan aspekt som har visat sig vara avgörande är det geografiska läget detvill säga vart föreningen ligger i landet. Detta i kombination med att människor generelltblir mer bekväma bidrar till att skapa konkurrensutsatta marknader. För att supportrar skabesöka arenan mer frekvent har de allsvenska föreningarna som mål att utvecklaprodukten fotboll och göra det till ett mer heltäckande evenemang. Målet medundersökningen är att bidra till forskningen samt skapa ett intresse hos allsvenskaelitfotbollsföreningar. / Program: Civilekonomprogrammet

Customer Relationship Management : Hur ser behovet av CRM ut för små och medelstora tillverkande företag i Sverige?

An increasingly globalized market is leading to hard competition among manufacturing companies, which means that they are forced to become more customer focused to survive in the market. A Customer Relationship Management system is a system that will be of assistance to help companies succeed in building long term relationships with their customers. Best of Breed and ERP-based are two types of CRM systems. The study has focused on analyzing and examine the need for CRM systems at manufacturing companies. Our question formulation has been: • What need do businesses want to satisfy with a Best of Breed-based and ERP-based CRM system?• Are there any differences in the use of Best of Breed-based and ERP-based CRM system? In this study, we have chosen to carry out interviews and quantitative surveys with manufacturing companies to get their view of CRM-systems. We also chose to conduct detailed interviews with system vendors in two different perspectives to see how they perceive the need for companies to use CRM systems. The study shows that over half of the interviewed companies use a CRM system today, and between them it is an almost even distribution between those who use an ERP-based and a Best of Breed CRM system. Companies that use an ERP-based CRM system believe that integration is the main criterion for the selection of CRM, while those with Best of Breed believe that the functionality and usability of the system is the most important. The main use for the system is management of contact information and sales support. According to the system vendors, it is important for their customers that the CRM system supports the sales, market and customer service process. It is also equally important that it provides good functionality and is user friendly. A company that have used both types of CRM systems mentioned that the advantage they see with an ERP-based CRM is primarily the degree of integration with the company's other systems, and that you only need to enter information into a system at one time.Just over forty percent of the interviewed companies that currently not use a CRM system are planning to make an investment in the next four of five years.

Genuine Caring in Caring for the Genuine : Childbearing and high risk as experienced by women and midwives

<p>The experience of pregnancy and childbirth is a central life event with special implications for women at high risk. This thesis describes the meaning of pregnancy, childbirth and midwifery care in four qualitative interview studies based on the lifeworld theory. Women were interviewed during pregnancy and within one week after childbirth. Midwives were interviewed concerning midwifery care for women at high risk. In an intervention study, childbirth experience as reported through a post partum questionnaire was compared between women receiving standard care and women who had formulated a birth plan preceded by a questionnaire on their expectations and feelings about childbirth. </p><p>The findings emphasise that childbearing women at high risk live in an extremely vulnerable situation. The vulnerability is obvious in the use of an individual birth plan, where negative feelings become more frequent in women at high risk than in those with normal pregnancy and childbirth. During pregnancy the women feel a moral commitment towards the child, including feelings of objectification and of exaggerated responsibility. During an obstetrically complicated childbirth the essential meaning is the women’s desire to be recognised and affirmed as individual persons. Like women with normal pregnancy and childbirth, they need an emotionally present midwife who sees, give trust and supports. </p><p>Good midwifery care of childbearing women at high risk is synthesised as "genuine caring in caring for the genuine". The ethos of caring constitutes the basis of caring. Women’s transition during pregnancy and childbirth is described as a genuinely natural process. Midwives have a special responsibility to encourage and preserve this process within women at high risk. The caring relationship is the core and the most essential tool in the care. Distinctive features in the midwifery care are embodied knowledge, physical as well as emotional presence, sensitivity, a mutual dialogue including shared control between midwife and woman, and confirmation and support of the genuine in each woman. The midwifery care is a struggle and a balance between natural and medical perspectives.</p>
