We will argue that affective solidarity through the ideas of Empathy (Einf?hlung) and "love of next" is presented as the foundation of intersubjective relations and renewal of the crisis of ethical values in the world of life. This affective solidarity will seek to be a safe haven in a world that is experiencing the increase of intolerance, of social insensitivity and, therefore, the lack of a collective and participatory ethics. Husserl, in the articles for the Japanese magazine Kaizo presents indicatives that we consider essential to investigate when defending the idea of affective solidarity, since the philosopher refers to the social acts that occur through the community life where the subjects cooperate with forces united to each other. In the Husserlian proposal for the value of life, the value of the world, indicating the necessary unification of one's life with one another, thus unifying itself in a community life, offers us a foundation in the defense of this thesis, since a life that is intertwined in the struggle for Common good may in the end be a renewed ethical life. We will try to understand the proper method of phenomenology which, being a conception of science and philosophy, is a way or procedure to reach a knowledge of rigor. Thus, from an analysis of Husserl's work, describe a proposed thesis meaning a leap of rebirth with philosophy in a time of crisis of ethical values. Therefore, studying and analyzing, trying to understand the idea of a crisis in focus, is trying to demonstrate not a desperation in front of the established framework, but a challenge, a struggle for hope, an overcoming or renewal of people in the construction of humanity. / A presente tese de Doutorado, intitulada de A SOLIDARIEDADE AFETIVA COMO FUNDAMENTO ?TICO: HUSSERL E A RENOVA??O NO MUNDO DA VIDA, resultado de uma pesquisa bibliogr?fica a partir da obra de Edmund Husserl e de comentadores deste fil?sofo, visa refletir sobre o tema da crise dos valores ?ticos na atualidade a partir dos ?ltimos escritos do fil?sofo. Defenderemos que a solidariedade afetiva atrav?s das ideias de Empatia (Einf?hlung) e ?amor ao pr?ximo? se apresenta como o fundamento das rela??es intersubjetivas e de renova??o da crise dos valores ?ticos no mundo da vida. Essa solidariedade afetiva buscar? ser um porto seguro em um mundo que vive o aumento da intoler?ncia, da insensibilidade social e, portanto, a car?ncia de uma ?tica coletiva e participativa. Husserl, nos artigos para a revista japonesa Kaizo apresenta indicativos que julgamos essenciais investigar ao defendermos a ideia da solidariedade afetiva, pois o fil?sofo refere-se aos atos sociais que se d?o atrav?s da vida comunit?ria onde os sujeitos cooperam com for?as unidas entre si. Na proposta husserliana de valor da vida, valor do mundo, indicando a necess?ria unifica??o da vida de uns com os outros, unificando-se assim em uma vida comunit?ria, nos oferece alicerces na defesa dessa tese, pois uma vida que se entrela?a na luta pelo bem comum poder? ao final ser uma vida renovadamente ?tica. Buscaremos compreender o m?todo pr?prio da fenomenologia que, sendo uma concep??o de ci?ncia e de filosofia, ? um caminho ou procedimento para se atingir um conhecimento de rigor. Assim, a partir de uma an?lise da obra de Husserl, descrever uma proposta de tese significando um salto de renascimento com a filosofia em uma ?poca de crise dos valores ?ticos. Portanto, estudar e analisar, buscando compreender a ideia de crise em destaque est? na tentativa de uma demonstra??o n?o de um desespero frente ao quadro estabelecido, mas de um desafio, uma luta pela esperan?a, de uma supera??o ou renova??o das pessoas em constru??o de humanidade.

Sendo assim, o trabalho a seguir trata-se do anteprojeto arquitet?nico de um novo ambulat?rio para o Hospital Universit?rio Onofre Lopes com ?nfase na aplica??o de estrat?gias passivas de ventila??o natural com objetivo de promover um maior n?mero de trocas de ar no interior dos ambientes. O pr?dio possui uma ?rea constru?da de 31.998,97m?, distribu?dos ao longo de 10 pavimentos, sendo um t?rreo e mais 06 andares superiores, al?m de tr?s subsolos, a ser edificado na ?rea 01 do Campus Biom?dico da Sa?de, localizado no Bairro de Petr?polis. A ado??o do partido arquitet?nico levou em considera??o uma s?rie de condicionantes tais como topografia do terreno, dire??o e velocidade dos ventos predominantes, sistema construtivo, al?m daquelas de ordem normativas, com destaque para NBR-15220 e C?digo de Combate a Inc?ndio. Os procedimentos metodol?gicos adotados envolveram o c?lculo do fluxo e n?mero de trocas de ar por hora nas salas de espera, consult?rios e mecanoterapia/termoterapia que foram registrados em mem?rias de c?lculo, para o qual foi necess?rio o conhecimento das velocidades dos ventos no interior dos ambientes analisados, de dados obtidos na base de dados do Laborat?rio de Conforto Ambiental da Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Norte, al?m da utiliza??o de refer?ncias bibliogr?ficas sobre o tema do conforto t?rmico. Os resultados obtidos mostram que as estrat?gias de ventila??o cruzada aplicadas no projeto, tais como utiliza??o de sheds na cobertura para captar o vento em dire??o a po?os de ventila??o, aliados a ?trios internos e loca??o de aberturas em pontos opostos com diferentes coeficientes de press?o, dimensionadas e sombreadas adequadamente, provocam um aumento no fluxo e n?mero de trocas de ar por hora no interior dos ambientes quando comparado ? ventila??o unilateral. Dessa forma permite-se que cada um seja ocupado por uma maior quantidade de pessoas, requisito esse importante para a funcionalidade do pr?dio, j? que o hospital trata-se de uma institui??o de ensino. Dessa forma, potencializa-se o uso da ventila??o natural e cria-se as condi??es para minimizar o consumo de ar condicionado, que contribui para o planejamento de uma arquitetura com mais efici?ncia energ?tica. / Some sites in the city of Natal / RN have pleasant conditions of natural ventilation, however, the built buildings rely heavily on air conditioning systems for air renovation, often the result of inadequate planning that does not prioritize aspects of environmental comfort. Therefore, the following work deals with the architectural design of a new outpatient clinic for the University Hospital Onofre Lopes, with emphasis on the application of passive strategies of natural ventilation with the objective of promoting a greater number of air changes within the environments. The building has a built area of 31,998.97m?, distributed over 10 floors, one ground floor and a further six floors, in addition to three basements, to be built in area 01 of the Biomedical Health Campus, located in the Petropolis District. The adoption of the architectural party took into account a series of constraints such as topography of the terrain, direction and speed of prevailing winds, construction system, besides those of normative order, especially NBR-15220 and Fire Code. The methodological procedures adopted involved calculating the flow and number of air changes per hour in the waiting rooms, clinics and mechanotherapy / thermotherapy that were recorded in calculation memories, for which it was necessary to know the velocities of the winds inside the environments analyzed, from data obtained from the Laboratory of Environmental Comfort of the Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte, in addition to the use of bibliographical references on the topic of thermal comfort. The results show that the cross ventilation strategies applied in the design, such as the use of sheds in the roof to capture the wind towards ventilation wells, allied to internal atria and rent of openings in opposite points with different pressure coefficients, dimensioned and properly shaded, cause an increase in the flow and number of air changes per hour inside the environments when compared to unilateral ventilation. In this way, each one is allowed to be occupied by a larger number of people, a requirement that is important for the functionality of the building, since the hospital is a teaching institution. In this way, the use of natural ventilation is potentiated and conditions are created to minimize the consumption of air conditioning, which contributes to the planning of a more energy efficient architecture.

We tried to analyze this work, the spatial transformations in the Ribeira district, Natal / RN, due to the advancement of the housing market that is gradually transforming the landscape with the introduction of new types of housing, especially by verticalization. The verticalization of the neighborhood occurs almost at once, changing the local landscape. Notwithstanding this process, given the rapid growth of Natal in the last two decades and the strategic location of the neighborhood, it is pertinent to note that, if not the process of vertical integration, perhaps the neighborhood had been at the mercy of other urban interventions and other approach the real estate market. The research used as instruments interviews with actors who work in the property market in the town and representatives of organizations that have implemented major legislation in the area, the Instituto de Patrim?nio Hist?rico e Art?stico Nacional (IPHAN) and the Secretaria de Meio Ambiente e Urbanismo (SEMURB) as well as photographs on the area, in order to verify this new configuration that has been consolidated in the district. To support the theoretical discussion, there was a documentary and bibliographical research. In this way, the object of study of this search sees the uniqueness of urban renewal in the district of Ribeira and its relationship with the historic preservation laws and incentives for residential occupation in the neighborhood, especially regarding the vertical building / A din?mica imobili?ria origina novas formas espaciais, que podem determinar os novos usos dos lugares. Buscou-se analisar, nesse trabalho, as transforma??es espaciais no bairro da Ribeira, Natal/RN, devido ao avan?o do mercado imobili?rio que vem transformando gradativamente a paisagem com a inser??o de novas tipologias de moradias, principalmente as verticais. A verticaliza??o do bairro favorecida por uma legisla??o, n?o apenas permissiva, mas indutiva ocorre quase que de uma s? vez, alterando sobremaneira a paisagem local. N?o obstante esse processo, dado o r?pido crescimento da cidade de Natal nas ?ltimas duas d?cadas e a localiza??o estrat?gica do bairro, ? pertinente observar que, se n?o fosse o processo de verticaliza??o, talvez o bairro tivesse ficado ? merc? de outras interven??es urban?sticas e de outro tipo de abordagem do mercado imobili?rio.
