The scenario of institutional crisis in Brazilian society may turn out to be a result of resistance to the inherent and necessary changes in the cultural scene of national politics while it suffers the most diverse side effects of a power struggle and utopian autonomy of those who represent us. Aware of the perplexed system introduced, the content of the political reform currently discussed can be seen as an advance in the sense of restraining - or at least attempting - nebulous articulations that are of no benefit to the well-being of the Brazilian citizen, while, on the other hand, absolute frankness, its real intentions, and may be an instrument of maneuver, which will enable a greater concentration of political power, rooted in economic power, expressly disregarding the democratic regime already so mitigated in our present society. Believing that the political scenario has undergone considerable changes and that the immediate effects will be drastically felt by the society that submits to it is concluded by the study on screen that will be directed in the intention to evaluate the content approved for electoral reform considering all time the evaluation of some basic and indispensable concepts that revolve around the theme addressed, stating when possible the possible positive and negative effects generated by the imposition of a new systematic policy, always seeking the preservation of social welfare and maintenance of effective representativeness of the minority, protecting the democratic State of law. / A função precípua do estudo em tela é avaliar o desempenho do poder político compreendido como a causa da existência de um Estado e consequentemente fator responsável pelos principais efeitos, positivos e negativos, que os componentes deste Estado possam vir a sofrer. O cenário de crise institucional na sociedade brasileira pode se revelar como resultado de resistência às mudanças inerentes e necessárias no cenário cultural da política nacional ao passo em que sofre os mais diversos efeitos colaterais de uma disputa de poder e autonomia utópica daqueles que nos representam. Ciente do perplexo sistema instaurado o conteúdo da reforma política atualmente discutida pode ser encarado como um avanço no sentido de coibir - ou ao menos tentar - articulações nebulosas nada proveitosas para o bem estar do cidadão brasileiro, enquanto, por outro lado, não demonstra com absoluta franqueza suas reais intenções podendo talvez ser instrumento de manobra que possibilitará maior concentração do poderio político, enraizado com o poder econômico, desacautelando expressivamente o regime democrático já tão mitigado na sociedade atual. Crente que o cenário político vem sofrendo consideráveis mudanças e que os efeitos imediatos serão drasticamente sentidos pela sociedade que a ele se submete concluiu-se pelo estudo em tela que será dirigido na intenção de avaliar o conteúdo aprovado a título de reforma eleitoral considerando a todo tempo a avaliação de alguns conceitos basilares e indispensáveis que giram em torno do tema abordado e pontuando quando viável os possíveis efeitos positivos e negativos gerados diante da imposição de uma nova sistemática política, buscando sempre a preservação do bem estar social e manutenção da efetiva representatividade da minoria como resguardo ao Estado democrático de direito.
