Úroveň reprodukčních ukazatelů prasnic v užitkovém chovu

Lujka, Jan January 2019 (has links)
The aim of the final thesis was to perform analysis focused on the quality of reproduction parameters of the sows in the utility farming. The observation was focused on the influence of the sow on the reproduction yield and the losses of the piglets, it also observed the influence in the order of the litter and the losses of the piglets, following with the influence of the boar on the reproduction yield and the losses of the piglets and the influence of the boar on the birth weight of the piglets. During the analysis of the influence of the sow on reproduction parameters and the losses of the piglets, three types of sows were compared amongst which no statistically provable differences were found out. During the observation of the influence in the turning of the litter, a statistically provable difference ((P ≤ 0,05) was proved in the number of all the born piglets, that is among the sows in the first litter (14,31 pc/litter) and in the third litter (15,57 pc/litter). Also during the observation of the number of live born piglets in the litter between the sows in the first (13,39 pc/litter) and the second litter (14,47 pc/litter), as well as between the sows in the first (13,39 pc/litter) and the third litter (14,70 pc/litter). Another statistically provable difference (P ≤ 0,05) was noticed during the observation of the number of the weaned piglets between the sows in the first (12,13 pc/litter) and the fourth litter (12,69 pc/litter). During the observation of the piglets´ losses in pieces there was a statistically provable difference (P ≤ 0,05) between the sows in the first litter (1,26 pc/litter) and the third litter (1,71 pc/litter). During the observation of the influence of the boar on the reproduction yield and the losses of the piglets, three boars of various combinations were compared among which no statistically provable differences within the observed parameters were found. In the analysis focused on the influence of the boar on the birth weight of the piglets, the piglets taken after three boars, named A, B and C, were observed. During the evaluation a statistically provable difference was found out (P ≤ 0,05) among the average birth weight of the piglets by the boar A (1,33 kg) and the average birth weight of the piglets by the boar B (1,28 kg), and the average birth weight of the female piglets by the boar A (1,39 kg) and the average birth weight of the female piglets by the boar B (1,23 kg). Another statistically provable difference (P ≤ 0,05) was found out between the birth weight of the female piglets by the boar B (1,23 kg) and the birth weight of the female piglets by the boar C (1,42 kg). Between the values of the average birth weight of the piglets by the boar B (1,28 kg) and the average birth weight of the piglets by the boar C (1,45 kg) a statistically highly provable difference (P ≤ 0,01) was found out. Another statistically highly provable difference (P ≤ 0,01) was also found out between the birth weight of the female piglets by the boar B (1,23 kg) and the birth weight of the male piglets by the boar C (1,48 kg).

Analýza působení mikroklimatu ve stáji na produkci, reprodukci a chování dojnic holštýnského skotu ve vybraném chovu

Zavadilová, Kristýna January 2019 (has links)
The aim of the diploma thesis was to elaborate a literary review on the topic: Analysis of microclimate effect in stable on production, reproduction and behaviour of the dairy cows of the Holstein cattle at the selected breeding. The practical part took part in ZD Hříšice, where in 2018 yearly measurements of temperatures and relative air humidity were performed using the Onset Hobo sensor. The AfiFarm system recorded daily milk yields from 355 Holstein dairy cows; performance control data were used as well. February was the coldest month with an average temperature of 5.42 °C. August was the warmest month with an average temperature 21.35 °C, simultaneously the lowest average relative humidity of 59.85 % was measured. In the production group of high-yielding dairy cows, which achieved an average milk yield of 35.6 kg, the average daily milk yield decreased by 3 kg in August. For a group of less production with an average daily production of 23 kg, production decreased by 2.3 kg. In August, the insemination index was 5.1 for cows and 2.4 for heifers. The results obtained from pedometers of dairy cows recorded the highest physical activity in July, it can therefore be assumed that they were lying less.

Psychické prožívání neplodnosti a asistované reprodukce z pohledu neplodného jedince / Psychological experience infertility and assisted reproduction in terms of infertile individuals

Vinterová, Lucie January 2015 (has links)
The aim of this dissertation was to find out how does a woman experience infertility and how do women experience the process of assisted reproduction, comunication with the personel in the centres of reproductive medicine, relationships with their surroundings, family and friends. This dissertation answers three main questions: How does a person experiences asisted reproduction? What kind of copying strategies they use to overcome the stress connected with assisted reproduction? How does an individual experience approach and communication skills of the personel of a centres of reproductive medicine. According to chosen topic of experiencing infertility I have chosen a qualitative research method in the form of case study. Basic strategy for sample selection was purposive (judgemental) sampling through centre of reproductive medicine. I have chosen grounded theory method for the data analysis. Standardized interview was made with every participant. Findings of this qualitative research brings the understanding to person experiencing infertility. Those findings will contribute to more empathy understanding to patiens and their partners during hard time in their life from health care profesionals working in centrs of reproductive medicine. The facts that emerged from this research forms a...

"Manažerky plodnosti": reprodukční technologie a zkušenosti žen s asistovanou reprodukcí / "Managers of Fertility": Reproductive Technology and the Women's Experiences with Assisted Reproduction

Kyselá, Andrea January 2021 (has links)
The diploma thesis conceptualizes an experience of women with assisted reproduction and services offered in fertility clinics. The assisted reproduction is a medical method treating infertility. The scientific progress and the usage of new reproductive technologies bring up broad possibilities in reproduction. Regarding the biological explanation of human's life, the biomedicine discourse represents a dominant approach in reproduction and claims control over a conception of a new life. Women undergoing the assisted reproduction, which is offered in case of infertility, face new challenges related to social, economic, ethical, and legal issues. The major goal of this thesis is the analysis of an experience of women with assisted reproduction in state-funded and private fertility clinics while applying a feminist critical reading. Qualitative research is based on semi-structured interviews with women who have turned to medical experts for help and underwent the assisted reproduction or other reproductive methods to increase a chance of conception. Key words: assisted reproduction, reproduction, women's experience, reproductive medicine, fertility, gender, poststructuralism

Etické aspekty asistované reprodukce / Ethical aspects of assisted reproduction

STAŇKOVÁ, Eliška January 2014 (has links)
The dissertation follows up metods of assisted reproduction and its ethical aspects that are described with their particular metods of assisted reproduction. It summarizes opinions of supporters, such as doctors, but also opinions of respondents such as ethicists or theologian. Dissertation is mostly focused on moral status of embryo and their superfluous creations. It warns us to be aware that assisted reproduction can leads to violation of human dignity but also let us learn ways of assisted reproduction which are considerate to embryos and which do not jeopardize human dignity. It describes problems of legislation in Czech Republic but also in Germany and Great Britain. One part is also dedicated to opinions of catholic Church. Last chapter describes involuntary childlessness.

Právní aspekty interupce, sterilizace a asistované reprodukce / Legal aspects of abortion, sterilization and assisted reproduction

Melčová, Barbora January 2013 (has links)
Název diplomové práce v anglickém jazyce: Legal aspects of abortion, sterilization and assisted reproduction Summary: The thesis deals with the three topics from the field of medical law, particularly abortion, sterilization and assisted reproduction. The issue of giving birth is the key here. The new Special Medical Services Act regulating, inter alia, some aspects of sterilization and assisted reproduction came into effect in April 2012. The previous regulation of these matters was outdated and some legal issues were not tackled at all. The first part of the thesis focuses on legal regulation of abortion, which is contained in the act from 1986 and in the implementing legislation. Especially the conditions of intervention itself, payments and intervention on juveniles (under 18) and foreigners in the Czech Republic are tackled. The regulation of other countries is mentioned and compared as well. The second part of the thesis deals with the legal regulation of sterilization, conditions of sterilization and contraindication as well. The specific problem of illegal sterilizations of gypsy women in the second half of the twentieth century is pointed out. These disputes were present even before the European Court for Human Rights in Strasbourg. The methods of assisted reproduction, as a modern way of resolving...

Reprodukční biologie a pohlavní dimorfismus ještěra Lepidophyma smithii (Squamata: Xantusiidae) / Reproductive biology and sexual dimorphism in the lizard Lepidophyma smithii (Squamata: Xantusiidae)

Kukačková, Dominika January 2016 (has links)
The squamata reptiles present a wide array of reproductive strategies. In the genus Lepidophyma from the neotropical family Xantusiidae, there are 19 species, all of them live- bearing and diploid. Obligatory unisexuality is also present in some species. This obligatory unisexuality did not evolve via hybridization, which is unique among vertebrates. The genus thus presents a very interesting, but still poorly little explored group. Only recently our team has discovered a facultative unisexuality in Lepidophyma smithii. The unisexually produced offsprings are not fully homozygous are of both sexes, which is unique for vertebrates as well. The aim of my work is to describe the basic reproductive biology of this species, e.g. the relationship between female size and clutch size and offspring size. Additionally, my work focuses on sexual dimorphism. I tested whether L. smithii is dimorphic in body length and head size. These traits are often sexually dimorphic in squamatesu. Also, I documented the ontogeny of sexual dimorphism and reconstructed growth curves for males and females.

Proteomika biologických tekutin / Proteomics of biological fluids

Jarkovská, Karla January 2012 (has links)
Reproductive diseases, mainly those resulting in the infertility affect the chances of human being to reproduce. On the contrary, the heart disease, cancer and degenerative diseases currently account for majority of deaths in the world. Usually, these lifestyle diseases need longer lifespan to become the cause of death. The proteins secreted by cells carry important information about the cell's well-being, as well as about the condition of the tissues formed by these cells. Once secreted, these proteins may also be transferred throughout the body by means of body fluids, many of which are easily accessible for further 'in-depth' studies. Cellular and secreted proteins are often a focus of studies using proteomic means and the revelation of protein alterations can lead us to new ideas about the molecular mechanisms of diseases as well as possible identification of proteins that may be used as new targets for pharmaceutical intervention or molecules that could be used for diagnostic or prognostic purposes. Taking into consideration the above aspects, this research was undertaken to find proteins that could: (a) characterise the human follicular fluid as microenvironment of the maturing oocyte, to increase understanding of reproductive processes to improve the techniques of assisted repro- duction;...

Právní předpoklady rodičovství / Legal pre-conditions for parenthood

Hroník, Jakub January 2012 (has links)
The work follows the current legislation dealing with matters of parenthood. It is designed in accordance with the breakdown of motherhood and fatherhood. After an introduction, defining the purpose and need for legal regulation of family issues, follow the main chapters dealing with different issues. First, attention is paid to the determination of motherhood. This section is divided into three chapters, the first of which is further divided for clarity even in the following sections. The first chapter is devoted to the issue of child identity undetected. This chapter is further divided into parts and special sections devoted to the identity of unidentified child, called the found child, another sub-chapter describes the legislation and the possibility of using the birth mother's identity and privacy of anonymous births, and the last sub-sections deal with the problem of their baby boxes, and legal issues. In other chapters of the work deals with the erroneous entry in the matrix and the state where the child is born outside the medical facility. Then follow chapters on the determination and denial of paternity. The work follows a system of three statutory presumptions of paternity and the subsequent denial of the possibility of paternity. So the first presumption of paternity mother indicating...
