Dopady přehnojení dusíkem na biologickou aktivitu půdy hnojené biologickým odpadem

Slezák, Marek January 2017 (has links)
Findings that occurred during the practical part of the diploma thesis confirmed the working hypothesis that the application of biodegradable components to the soil has a positive influence on the activity of soil microorganisms. The greatest increase in microbial activity occurred with the use of manure, but in this application there was a greater degree of leaching of mineral nitrogen from the soil. Application of manure on arable land appears to be the best and most economical way to promote microbial acti-vity in soil.

Dynamika výdeje CO2 modelového mokřadního ekosystému / Dynamics of CO2 output in model wetland ecosystem.

STELLNER, Stanislav January 2015 (has links)
The main objective of this work was to evaluate the dynamics of CO2 and CH4 emissions from wetland soil of the sedge-grass marsh, which belongs to large complex of wet meadows near Třeboň town. CO2 and CH4 emission measurements realized on six places, where gas emission collars permanently inserted. Finally, samples of air were taking with using manual emission gas chambers within period from April 25th to November 24th 2014. The highest fluxes of CO2 were recorded in June and July. The lowest water level was recorded in this period together with low fluxes of CH4. Methane emissions were higher in September and October at the time where water level was above soil surface. Range of CO2-C fluxes was -9.38 mg m-2 h-1 (consumption) to 147.84 mg m-2 h-1 (emission). Range of CH4-C fluxes was -14.94 ?g m-2 h-1 (consumption) to 5561.67 ?g m-2 h-1(emission).

Vybrané respirační parametry a respirační trénink u hráček tenisu / Selective respiratory parameters and training of female tennis players

Pacholek, Jakub January 2020 (has links)
Title: Selective respiratory parameters and training of female tennis players Objectives: The focus of this essay was to gather information on the respiratory parameters of twin female tennis players and compare them with the general population and elite female players; both in the field and in controlled environment. Furthermore, we used results from the field and the controlled environment to create respiratory training for our twin players. Methods: We used analysis, comparison and conversation methods. The analysis method was applied to respiratory parameters of our twin players and the comparison method was then used to compare the results with the general population and elite players. With the structured conversation method, gathered data from our twin players for individual experience during the training with POWERbreathe. Results: The respiratory parameters of our twin players were average compared to the general population and below average compared to elite players. Laboratory and field results showed different results of VO2max. Training with POWERbreathe, with increasing resistance, helped our player N with breathing Keywords: twins, respiratory, training, tennis

Respirační aktivita půdy ve smrkových monokulturách ve vztahu k melioračnímu vápnění

Tkáč, Vojtěch January 2018 (has links)
Forest soil liming is a controversial issue (in forestry). Respiration activity of soil is one of the indicators which represent changes in soil conditions after liming aplication. This thesis deals with the analysis of chosen soil characteristics with special attention to CO2 efflux and soil respiration. Data are collected by field measuring and from lab analyses of soil samples from H nad Ah layers. Results are compared with relevant literature and interpreted. Based on the analysis, it can be said that liming has stimulating as well as inhibiting influence on soil respiration. No prominent relationship between soil humidity and soil temperature on one side and CO2 efflux on the other side were found.

Respirační procesy a rizika kyslíkových deficitů v eutrofních rybnících / Respiration and oxygen deficit risk in eutrophic fishponds

LENDLEROVÁ, Lucie January 2016 (has links)
The purpose of this thesis is to obtain informations about the parameters of environment, which increases respiratory processes in fishponds and can cause an oxygen deficit. 24 monitored lakes were chosen according to the requirements of Rybářství Třeboň a.s. Between 4. 2. 2014 and 30. 9. 2014 took place 10 samplings. Water samples were taken for chemical laboratory analysis. At the same time there were made field measurements of basic physico-chemical parameters - dissolved oxygen concentration, temperature, color and transparency. Laboratory analysis determined compound and forms of nitrogen, phosphorus, carbon and the quantity of chlorophyll-a. Plankton respiration per 24 hours was detected by measuring the oxygen consumption by plankton in sizes up to 235 microns. Relations between respiration and other parameters, and different concentration of dissolved oxygen at the surface and in the depth of 1 m and the other parameters were compared using regression and correlation analysis. The observed decreasing trend of the seasonal oxygen saturation indicates that whole fishpond is dominated by respiratory processes. The results of correlation analysis, comparing the relationship of environmental parameters and respiration pelagial per 24 hours, shows that respiration correlates most with organic carbon content (representing the amount of organic substance). Furthermore, positively correlates content of total nitrogen, the amount of phytoplankton expressed as chlorophyll-a concentration and transparency. Content of particulate and total nitrogen, amount of phytoplankton and transparency also positively correlated with respiration. Total phosphorus concentration correlates with the respiration least of the monitored parameters.
