The diploma thesis deals with the design of a multi-storey boarding house with a restaurant and an apartment for the boarding house manager in Velké Losi-ny. The building has two floors and one underground floor. The building is intended for accommodation of persons, for recreation, catering in a restaurant and for living in one accommodation unit. There will be 15 accommodation rooms with a capacity of 38 persons, massages in 1S and a restaurant with kitchen in the 1st floor. Air-conditioning units will be designed in the kitchen and restaurant. The main entrance to the boarding house is from the north side, the entrance to the restaurant is oriented to the southeast, the entrance to the household and the housing unit on the south-east side. Apart from the entrance to the accommodation unit, all entrances are accessible by wheelchair access. The house has a regular rectangular letter shape and is behind the roof pitched gable roof. The roof construction consists of wooden trusses. Residential rooms are oriented to the southwest and southeast. The building is built of ceramic blocks on the above-ground floor and concrete blocks lost in the bed on the underground floor. The horizontal structures consist of reinforced concrete cross-reinforced and one-side reinforced ceiling slabs. The project was developed using the educational version of the computer program AutoCad and Archicad. Emphasis was placed on the layout, architectural appearance, static requirements and safety of use.

The topic of the diploma thesis is a multifunctional building of a hotel, in an undeveloped area of picturesque vineyards. The expanding Nikolsburg winery plans to build a hotel with a beautiful view of the historic town Mikulov and the Pálavské vrchy. Hotel should include accommodation for at least 30 guests in **** rooms, a restaurant, a wellness area and, above all, wine storage areas. The wine will be matured in the building and further distributed. Visitors can degustate and buy the wine here. The architectural concept further expands the multifunctionality of the assignment. Common areas should be adapted to the situations and the problem of one-time occupancy of the building, especially in the season and on weekends.

The topic of the diploma thesis assignment is the elaboration of an architectural study of a selected building - a hotel, from a pre-diploma project of an urban solution of the Sports and Recreation Resort Králíky okr. Ústí nad Orlicí. The content of the building consists primarily in accommodation in **** hotel rooms for 60 beds. The hotel also has a restaurant with a terrace, with a capacity of 100 seats, from which there is a view of the surrounding countryside and the Hedeč Monastery, which is located on top of the hill. The building object is situated separately. The object is built of perforated ceramic shaped bricks. Vertical perimeter structures are not insulated with insulation system. The building is three-floored and all floors are above the ground. The first floor serves for operation of the restaurant and the other two floors serves as hotel apartments. The longer sides of the second floor are surrounded with loggias. The third floor is designed to be garret. The building is roofed by a saddle roof with dormers. The object is placed in sloping terrain.

The study deals with the castle of the Moravský Krumlov and the former stables located nearby. The main purpose of this thesis is the reconstruction of the whole mansion, the renewal of its life on a daily basis and the avoidance of a complete dilapidation of the building. The chateau is being used multifunctionally, emphasis is added to the Slovanská epopej by Alfons Mucha, the artwork which represents the successful historical period from the past. The major part of the building is occupied by a gallery and an exhibition, which brings us to so called artistic incubator, another part of the chateau which was designed to provide sufficient background as well as enough place for acommodation . The castle also offers a hall for holding cultural events and receptions, free time activities centre and several appartments. The building of the stables is being used as a restaurant and an accomodation. The integral part of the whole area is also the courtyard , surrounded by ramparts (walls), where brand new exhibition entitled Příběh epopeje is about to be made.
