Cette recherche sur les transitions professionnelles dans le cadre de reconversions part du constat empirique suivant : l’analyse de l’activité professionnelle réalisée avec la méthode des instructions au sosie provoque, dans cette période particulière de transition, des manifestations émotionnelles fortes et l’expression de sentiments intenses et contradictoires. Ce fait nous a conduit à soutenir la thèse suivante : l’usage de cette méthode d’analyse clinique du travail, dans ce cadre spécifique où l’activité analysée se déploie dans un métier que l’on souhaite quitter, provoque, organise et supporte un conflit de sentiments qui, poussé jusqu’à un point culminant, peut s’avérer résolutoire et permettre de dégager pour le sujet des voies de développement. Ce travail propose de repérer et étudier ce point cathartique lié à la méthode afin d’analyser l’activité transitionnelle qui s’y déploie et sa fonction dans le processus de développement en cours de reconversion professionnelle. / This research on vocational transitions within the framework of reconversions is based on the following empirical observation: the analysis of occupational activity realized with the method of the instruction to the double provokes in this special transition moment, strong emotional demonstrations, and reveals intense and contradictory feelings. This fact leads us to support the following thesis: the use of this method of clinical analysis of work in this specific frame, where the analysed activity refers to a job that will be quit, produces, organises and supports a strong conflict of feelings. When this conflict reaches its climax it turns out to be resolutory and can allow the subject to open paths of development. This research aims to focus this cathartic point linked to the method, in order to analyse the transitional activity that unfolds here, and its function in the development process during occupational retraining.

The thesis deals with an institutional reform of public employment services implemented in the Czech Republic in 2011. By merging social benefits administration with employment services into the newly established Labour Office of the Czech Republic, the right-wing government attempted to reduce the staffing and administrative costs of these services and to improve the governance of local labour offices. Another aim of the reform was to unify the management of employment services. Using the theoretical concept of "policy cycle" and "policy fiasco" the thesis analyses these organisational changes in the functioning of public employment services in the Czech Republic. Data consist of interviews with experts on labour market policy in the Czech Republic and two focus groups with employees of labour offices. The thesis concludes that there appeared several mistakes during implementation of the institutional reform of public employment services in the Czech Republic in 2011 in terms of the policy cycle and it can be referred to as a policy. The reform harmed the reputation and efficiency of employment services.

This diploma thesis deals with the issue of left-handed retraining in the context of the research of Professor Miloš Sovák. It shows his contribution in this area and how he specifically contributed to the formation of teaching in the following years. The work is characterized by left-handedness, laterality. Examples of diagnostics of laterality of individual tests are given. In the theoretical part, the author also considers the breadth of the context of re-teaching not only the left-handed, where any violent re-learning can lead to consequences for life. In the practical part, a qualitative research was chosen, which is conducted on the basis of a semi-structured interview conducted with five respondents who answer open and closed questions about methods and approaches to their re-learning and their perception of the re- learning process. Research shows that there is no trait that is common to a smaller number of trainees, and therefore it is highly unlikely that there is a trait that would characterize a large group of trainees. (in English): This thesis is focused on solving life situation of long-term unemployed people through further education. It's based on the current state of active employment policy and on the survey of particular adult education possibilities in the region of Hradec Králové. The actual survey will be made through questionnaires given to job seekers in the Hradec Králové region. The main objective is to answer the question: Which education forms are available to the unemployed dealing with their life situations. The thesis also aims to find out whether they are informed about these forms and whether they are interested in them. The theoretical part deals with general topics of unempoyment and adult education. The research part compiles the results of questionaires which are used to prove or disprove preset hypothesis and to make a conclusion described in the final part.

The thesis deals with the active labour market policy in the Frýdek-Místek district, where is the problem of higher rates of unemployment and long-term unemployment. Active labour policy has an important role in solving the problem of unemployment in the region. The thesis describes the nature of the local labour market and assesses the active employment policy programs used in the years 2006 - 2010 in terms of their impact on employment and employability of participants. In particular, the thesis focuses on retraining, which is one of the most used tools of active employment policy, and monitors the creation of new jobs that directly affect the situation of individuals in the labour market. The thesis evaluates the targeting of retraining, which significantly affects their results. Using statistical data analysis methods are examined gross effects of retraining and monitored the effects of active employment policy to selected target groups of unemployed people.
