ABSTRACT Users¡¦ opinions and needs of the underlying products and services are allowed to gather at the Internet communities. Thus, Internet communities play information sharing roles in modern society. This thesis serves laptop computers as the object being studied and asks consumers¡¦ opinions about Internet communities and their purchase behaviors. In addition, brand awareness and risk of awareness played major roles in consumers¡¦ purchase decisions. As a consequence, this research took the three dimensions into consideration and examined the relations between the dimensions and consumers¡¦ purchase decisions for the sake of providing suggestions to laptop firms. The questionnaire answerers are generally students whose age between 20 and 30. The outcomes show that the Internet group bears the greatest loading while the other two dimensions reported significant results as well. Gender, on the other hand, showed no significant differences in dimensions except the male value brand publicity more. Thus, this study gave suggestions to firms based on the results.

Acute myocardial infarction (AMI) represents severe complication of atherosclerotic vascular disease. Despite therapeutic advances and better risk factor control, acute myocardial infarction remains the leading cause of death worldwide. Goal of this thesis was to interview a group of patients hospitalized for acute myocardial infarction and evaluate their knowledge of disease course, perception of disease representing a sudden change of health status, awareness of disease symptoms and motivation for future lifestyle changes. Quantitative research with inductive approach was chosen for our research. Data was collected using individualized non-standardized semi-structured interview. Seven selected patients hospitalized for acute myocardial infarction with ST elevation were entered into our analysis. All the patients were informed in advance about our research methods and ethical aspects. All the participants had insufficient awareness of AMI symptoms. However, intensity of disease symptoms was severe, so they contacted health system early. Majority of them called emergency service. Level of education had significant impact on patient behavior. The thesis deals with dangers connected with using of internet social network Facebook concerning mainly children and teenagers and it suggests possible ways to reduce these dangers. At the beginning Facebook principles and the basic psychological characteritics of the Internet, which are relevant also for Facebook, are presented. It implies some negatives and risks connected with using Facebook which are described in the next parts of the thesis. There is a focus on dangerous phenomena which include cybergrooming, cyberstalking and cyberbullying. The text deals with their prevention and possible resolution. The thesis discusses possible ways of prevention of risks of internet communication with the focus on Facebook and it presents projects dealing with the prevention in this area. Empirical part of the thesis examines relation between risk behaviour and awareness of dangers and safer using of Facebook. The questionnaire survey was made and it concerns pupils of the second grade of primary school from Kadaň. It also examines connection between risk behaviour and the frequency of meeting some undesirable situations described in the theoretical part and it deals with differences between boys and girls in this field.
