This diploma thesis deals with architectural design of a family house, including its main constructions and assessment of selected details. Two main alternatives are presented: recommended value of a standard heat transfer coefficient and recommended value for passive houses. The work continues with determination of heat loss of the entire object, including calculation of thermal bridges effect. According to the calculated heat loss, there are several kinds of heating proposed. Namely: firewood, natural gas, brown coal, black coal, heat pump and electricity. The thesis also includes building envelope energy labels for both alternatives. The proposed family house is designed as a wooden structure with an emphasis on low heat loss.

The aim of dissertation is to design the imitation of timbered house, which will be located in the environment of the Eagle Mountains. The proposal includes solution architectural, dispositional and structrual of buildings. The proposal is designed so as to honor the typical architecture of the Eagle Mountains. Composition of perimeter walls takes into consideration thermal technical requirements for residential construction. In the drawing documentation are shown a proposed solution using ground plans, a vertical section, drawing of foundations, ceilings, postcards and truss. The topic of thesis is design and description of the realization block house on a particular ground. The house meets requirements for yearround use by a fourmember family. The text part describes the process of desig, implement and construction modern block house from BSH prisms as it would be with a real project. At the same time, there are pointe out specifics for given structural system. For object, is drawn up budget, focused on parts of the timber structure. There are also discussed possibilities of waste water management adequate for family house. Problematics of architectural visualizations is furthermore discussed.

The goal of the master thesis is a valuation of Rodinny pivovar BERNARD a.s. company as of December 31, 2010. The valuation is done through DCF FCFF model. A theorethical part, strategic and financial analysis and a development of the financial plan precede the valuation itself.

V teoreticko-metodologické části se autor zabývá specifikami podnikání malých a středních podniků, zásadami tvorby úspěšného podnikatelského plánu a některými metodami (např. metodou SWOT), které lze při tvorbě business planu využít. Na základě teoretického vymezení se autor v aplikační části zabývá konkrétním podnikatelským záměrem developerské společnosti, která se hodlá na rezidenčním trhu prosadit výstavbou a prodejem řadových rodinných holodomů.

The thesis dealt with the design of the interior and atypical furniture in a particular house. The new layout is solved with regard to construction of the family house so that the reconstruction must not be too expensive and demanding structural adjustments. In the theoretical section the common requirements for interior of the family house and its individual rooms. My own designs were created with regard to customer demands on the layout design and general look of the interior. The outcome of this thesis are the visualization of space and drawing documentation of the interior and the proposed furniture.

The subject of this masters thesis Family farm as an organic part of the rural space is position of the rural space and agriculture with possibilities for solution of specific problems of the territory. The goals of this thesis are divided into two partial tasks. The first of which is the literature review of contemporary position and happening on the countryside, the position of the family farms in the Czech Republic, the possibilities and conditions of goat breeding and requirements in cultivation. The second part is focused on project design of small family business with focus on dairy goats breeding in the LFA area and production of selected crops. The results of this thesis describe the position of the rural and agriculture in the Czech Republic. The proposal of the family farm as a small business on the countryside represents the development possibility of the village, the attractiveness of the place and total avoidance of depopulation of the village.

The thesis is focused on garden art between the years 1918 - 1938 in Czechoslovakia, especially the study of composition contemporary gardens, its characteristic technical and vegetation elements and technologies of their creation. A review of literature deals with the historical, cultural and social background of planning a garden, also discusses the important personalities of the period. Earmarks distinctive technical and vegetation elements with an emphasis on technology for their establishment and subsequent maintenance. The practical part is focused on development of contemporary design into the level of documentation for construction. For various technical and vegetation elements are assembled current model technology and the analysis of cost along with the total cost of the project.
