The subject of this master‘s thesis is a design of a modern two-storey house and its project documentation needed for obtaining a construction permit. The house is designed as a wooden building with a wooden frame load-bearing structure. The thesis is focused on the design of individual structures and their subsequent assessment from a structural and thermal-technical point of view. Another part is the design of room layout and orientation to the cardinal directions. The thesis is supplemented by the enclosed drawing documentation, technical reports and architectural visualizations of the designed object.

The presented thesis with the title "Business Enterprise" aims to comprehensively analyse the business enterprise as it is governed by the current Civil Code. The business enterprise is one of the key topics at the borderline of civil and commercial law and is an important institute connected with the day-to-day operation of the entrepreneurial activity. The thesis begins with a summary of the historical context, the interpretation of which is contained in the first chapter. The concept of this institute in the 19th century is analysed, thus as a subject of legal relationships, which serves to carry out entrepreneurial activity. As it is also apparent from the chapter, the concept in the second half of the 20th century was considerably different from the present, mainly because the enterprise was perceived as a legal entity. The second and third chapters, which are the main part of the thesis, follow up on the historical introduction. The second chapter deals with the definition of the business enterprise itself, and also proposes answers to the question of whether a single entrepreneur can own more than one business enterprise. Diplomová práce se zabývá rodinným podnikáním a finanční analýzou v oblasti pivovarnictví. V části o rodinném podnikání práce popisuje přednosti a meze rodinného podnikání, jak jsou tyto podniky úspěšné, věnuje se tématu Corporate Vs. Family Governance a managementu nástupnictví. Následuje finanční analýza teoreticky a prakticky, obsahuje analýzu absolutních, rozdílových a poměrových ukazatelů, soustavy poměrových ukazatelů a souhrnné indexy a predikační modely. Pro celkový obraz je práce doplněna o historii pivovarnictví a současný stav pivovarnického průmyslu v ČR i v Evropě.

This thesis describes the design of a house for a family with two children. The single-storey house without basement with low slope roofs. It contains three layout variants and three structures of wall. Selected the most appropriate solution will be incorporated into design and production documentation of the technical report and dump material.

The Diploma thesis named Trends of the Estate Prices in the Czech Republic is concerned with the analysis of the development of the real estate prices especially apartments and family houses. The main goal is to thoroughly analyse the evolution of property prices within 10 years (2004-2014). Other goals include the impact of selected macroeconomic indicators on real estate prices, the impact of the financial crisis and the view on the current situation in the real estate market. The most important terms and definitions related to actual real estate, ownership, Cadastre of Real Estate and real estate market are explained in the theoretical part. The practical part is divided into two sections. The first section includes a look at the development of the construction industry and housing construction , development of prices of residential property and the development of prices compared with GDP, inflation, unemployment, income population, demographic development and abroad. Development of housing prices is analysed by means of time series analysis and explained with expected development of the real estate prices. The main goal of second section is analysis of the questionnaire, which focuses on the actual inhabitant. The aim of the questionnaire is to obtain and comparison of indicators related to housing.

Diploma thesis is dealing with the proposal of family house with basement at a part of the house at specified land in Žižkovo Pole. In the theoretical part will be the list of used literature for the thesis. Eventually, the variants of disposition solutions will be created and technical documentation will be done for chosen variant. A part of work will be a suggestion of constructions compositions with clarifying coefficient of thermal transmittance, static evaluation of chosen wooden particles of roof structure and valuation of building facility according to JKSO indicators. The work will be supplemented with visualization of the object. In the proposal, the requirements for habitation will be respected, according to valid legislation of Czech Republic.

The thesis deals with project of wooden building family house. The first part of the thesis is focused on a brief acquaintance with the structural system and then concrete conditions of the plot. In the practical part within the structural solution are designed to structure the walls and internal structures focusing on thermally technical appraisal and elaboration of drawings of the family house. An integral part of the thesis is the making of the statement the material needed and the design process of the construction of the family house.

The aim of this thesis was to draw up a draft layout of large three-floor single-family house in the village Příkosice. In this work, I proposed two alternative solutions of which I worked up one to the desired stage. Architectural and functional solution to the variant of the house correspond to modern requirements for living. This building is located at a specific site in the built-up area of Příkosice. In the work, basic legislative conditions for the design documentation and construction of the building are presented. There is a brief description of the construction materials and the reasons for its use. Drawing part was processed using Microstation.
