The thesis deals with the differences in the valuation of buildings by valuation public notices no. 441/2013 Coll. and no. 419/2013 Coll. and explanation of differences in valuation on the example of a house in listed cities and villages in 2,000 and over 2,001 residents with final execute decision-making schemes for the selection of the different methodologies in regions and districts of the Czech Republic. The theoretical part focuses on the basic concepts and the use of various valuation methodologies. The practical part is honored family house without land using the reference method in accordance with Decree no. 441/2014 Coll. and in accordance with Decree no. 419/2013 Coll. The results are applied in the decision scheme for the selection of individual valuation methodology.

This diploma thesis involves design and assessment of the supporting elements of a two-storey family house ceiling construction. The slab components are pairs of beams and translations. I have choose two variants of solution for a long span elements. The first variant includes reinforced concrete elements only and in the second one prestress is used for beams, because of reducing construction height requirements. The basic model was evaluate by the calculation program Scia Engineer 2013, so I made 2D model of a slab in the program and joined 1D elements to the slab like a ribs. Selected prestress reduces a construction height, so it matches the desired appearance.

1 ADMINISTRATIVE EXPULSION PROCEEDINGS ABSTRACT The diploma thesis entitled as "Administrative expulsion proceedings" deals with the institute of administrative expulsion, especially its procedural side. The thesis aims to define and analyse chosen aspects of administrative expulsion proceedings from their beginning to deciding on remedies against administrative expulsion decisions. Within these, the work focuses mainly on examining the issue of the proportionality of administrative expulsion in relation existing family or private life of the expelled alien. The work is divided into four chapters. The first chapter defines the fundamental terms and clarifies the institute of administrative expulsion. First, the concept of expulsion is generally defined and then, a distinction between administrative expulsion and the penalty of expulsion is made. Furthermore, the term alien is defined because only alien can be subject of expulsion. Last but not least, the first chapter defines the concepts of family and private life, which are dealt with in detail in the third chapter. This This thesis concentrates on the issues faced by family carers, who take care of their family members diagnosed with the Alzheimer's disease. Special education also relates to seniors and its principles can therefore be used in this age group. The goal of this thesis is to discover and describe challenges faced by the family carers while they support their family members with Alzheimer's. The thesis focuses on the Alzheimer's disease itself, its causes and risk factors. The thesis also concentrates on the origins of the disease, its stages, diagnostics and therapy. Next, psychic and physical burdens of the family carers are depicted. The thesis also introduces organizations that specialize in providing informal support for the family carers and relief care, and disease related legislation is listed. This work is focused on a design and assessment of construction of wooden building family house. It is a building of frame construction with diffusion open structure of perimeter shell. At the beginning of work is sketch given issue and used construction system. After that are designed possible alternative structures of perimeter wall and its chosen the most eligible option from the point of view thermal technical appraisal. The appraisal is executed from the point of view achieved value thermal transmittance, so it met the requirements low-energies buildings. The chosen structure of perimeter wall is subsequently considered in design of family house.

The locality is placed in Olšany (near Vyškov). The locality is placed in the marginal part of the village. The concept of the urban area is based on the creation of three sections - private villa section, private chalets section and semi public relaxation section. The territory is built with a family house designed for the complex keeper, villas, luxury chalets, a community house and a basketball and tennis court. The villas are presented in six types and chalets in one type. Parking is provided directly on the private land or in a car park near the community building. All buildings in the area are single-storey with the exception of the family house of the complex keeper and all the chalets.

The house is designed as a lightweight wooden construction with steel elements. As part of the thesis is resolved interior element, and a kitchen island. It is designed as a place for cooking with Sink area. The whole is topped with Corian and has a built-in fireplace insert.

The specialty of Intensive Care deals with acute conditions from all medical branches within the entire age spectrum of adults. This field has its own distinctive characteristics, which determine the character of not only medical personnel communication with families of hospitalized patients, but the overall quality of nurses' cooperation with relatives. In Czech professional literature in the area of intensive care there is minimum publications on this issue up to date. The task of the current thesis is to map a view of paramedical staff (nurses) on the process of communication and cooperation with family members of patients hospitalized in the intensive care units. The empirical part of the research is processed as a qualitative research by the method of semistructured interviews with nurses from the Intensive Care workplaces. As the result of this work we found inadequate professional readiness of nurses in the fields of communication strategy and approach to the families of patients hospitalized in the intensive care environment. The main goal of this thesis is to test the possibility of forward and backward segmentation on the single-family housing market, to reveal, describe and develop a profile of segments and to suggest marketing recommendations. Data from primary research is encoded in MS Excel and processed in the statistical analysis program SPSS Statistics 19 for Windows. The output of the thesis reveals three forward segments and three backward segments of the market. Based on certain specifics shown by each of the monitored segments, I suggested numerous marketing recommendations.

The theme of this thesis is the relationship between the characteristics of the labor market and real estate market. The basic objective is to identify and assess the close ties between these markets and market influence on the volume of sales of real estate types. The work is divided into two parts, the first part is a literature review, which are clarified and explained selected basic concepts relating to the issue. The second part is a practical part in which the property itself divided into three segments and to family homes, apartments and building plots.
