This Diploma´s thesis deals with complete analysis of company Vinařství LAHOFER, a.s. The thesis includes analyses of SLEPTE, Porter ´s five forces model, fundamental analysis, Kralicek ´s Quick test, chosen indexes of finance analysis and SWOT analysis. On the basis of these analyses have been processed some suggested recommendations, which could improve the current situation of the company.

Abstract Master’s thesis about „Assessing of the financial situation of a company using time series” focuses on a detailed assessment of the economic situation of the state-owned enterprise DIAMO between years 2005–2014. The theoretical part describes methods and indicators of strategic, financial and statistical analyses, which are in the next chapter sequentially applied on the analysed company. The content of the final chapter introduce proposals of elimination of the risk areas of the state-owned enterprise, while the greatest emphasis will be applied on the issue of rising shares of receivables and liabilities to total assets and ensuring positive economic result in corporate profit. The main object of this master’s thesis is assessing financial efficiency of state-owned enterprise DIAMO, afterward identifying risk areas and introducing possible precautions, which will lead to overall greater economic health of the enterprise itself.

This master´s thesis deals with an evaluation of the financial situation of the company in the years 2010 – 2014. The first part of the thesis describes theoretical knowledge which are used in the practical part of the thesis. The second part of the thesis contains basic information about the company. The third part of the thesis deals with calculations of financial indicators, their interpretation and comparison with recommended values. In the final part of the thesis are formulated suitable proposals for improving financial situation of the company.

The master's thesis deals about the draft of a corporate financial plan. First part of the thesis is focused on the theoretical basis of financial planning. Afterwards the company is introduced and analysis of contemporary state of company are performed. After that the financial plan for the years 2015 - 2017 is designed both in optimistic and pesimistic variant. Afterwards the proposed financial plan is evaluated.

The Master´s thesis titled „Proposal of the Company´s Financial Plan“ deals with problems of financial planning in a company and is focused on creating long-term financial plan. There are defined the theoretical foundations of financial planning in the first chapter of this thesis, the second chapter analyzes the current state of the selected company and in the third chapter is drew up the financial plan for the years 2015 – 2018 and its subsequent evaluation.

This diploma thesis deals with an evaluation of the financial situation of the company, which focuses on manufacturing rubber products and technical foams. Assessment period is between 2010 - 2014. In the theoretical part the basic indicators, concepts and methods of financial analysis, which are used in the practical part. The practical part contains basic information about the company and the calculations of financial indicators. Based on the evaluation of the financial situation of the company derived from the results of the financial analysis are presented possibilities proposals and recommendations, which should lead to improved management of the company.

The diploma thesis deals with the preparation of a financial analysis of seven construction companies based in the Zlín Region. The financial accounting statements for the five accounting periods from 2016 to 2020 are used as sources of information, which have been converted into electronic form and subsequently the values needed to apply the golden financing rules have been removed from them. Data for the same period from 2016 to 2020 were further processed, which is published by the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Czech Republic in its appendix to the publication Financial Analysis of the Corporate Sphere. From these data, individual golden financing rules were determined, which were compared with the analyzed companies. Finally, the results of the analyzes are summarized and commented.

Master´s thesis is focused on the evaluation of the financial position of the company and it compares results with branch averages. The first part of the thesis is based on clear theory, which is important to the overall understanding of the financial position. Then the company is briefly described. In the third part of the thesis we provide information on the current implemented financial analysis position of the company, comparing with the competition from the same branch and with the branch averages and results of comparing.

This diploma thesis with topic “Economic progress estimation of construction company based on financial analysis” deals with making financial analysis of selected enterprise. Based on financial statements of the company, horizontal and vertical analysis is provided, after that the company is analysed with ratio indicators and summary indexes. In the end, the overview of financial analysis’ results and brief comment is formulated.

The dissertation deals with legal, accounting and taxation aspects of liquidation of trading corporations. Based on an analysis, it evaluates aspects in the liquidation process of trading corporations under the conditions of the Czech Republic´s legislation. It provides an outline of the liquidation process and the liquidator´s activities, it points out legislative changes and hazard moments of the liquidation process.
