The diploma thesis focuses by selected methods on complex situation of medium-seize firm offering comprehensive sanitation programs for professional users in the Czech Republic. The research period covers the period from 2008 to 2012. Based on the analyzed data, their accuracy and completeness, were suggested solutions that should lead to an improvement of the current situation.

The master´s thesis, called Entrepreneurial Intention of Business Development, was prepared for the company Včelpo spol. s r.o. The first part includes company introdution and theoretical data. In the other part are used some analysis and the target is to review the actual status of the company and to suggest some action for improvement.

The thesis is focused on the business plan the future development of MESIT Fimes a.s. Thesis is divided into two main parts, the theoretical basis and practical part. The theoretical part is to serve as a source indicator for the creation of practical, which aims to analyze in detail the actual current condition for the creation of the greatest and most effective future development.

This thesis deals with the translation of the financial statements prepared according to Czech accounting standards on the financial statements in accordance with IFRS. The first part focuses on the theoretical background of reporting in accordance with Czech accounting standards and IFRS. The second part deals with the transformation on of the financial statements of the selected entity and assess the impact of the application of the two systems of reporting financial information to the view of the financial position and business performance.

The Master’s thesis discusses a financial planning in the selected company. The first chapter is focused on the problem definition and task assignment, the next part is devoted to the theoretical basis of financial planning. The third part contains an analysis of the company and the last part describes formation of the financial plan for years 2013 – 2015 and its evaluation.

This thesis deals with the preparation of consolidated financial statements of the com-pany and the subsequent assessment of the performance of the consolidated group. The main part deal with scien-characterization methods consolidation, procedure for the pre-paration of consolidated financial statements and exclusion relations. Theoretical knowledge is then ap-forged to a specific preparation of the consolidated financial sta-tements of the company.

This Master´s Thesis is focused on the analysis of the company PSG – International a.s. that operates in the construction, energy and petrochemicals in the Czech Republic and abroad. Based on the selected methods – Fundamental analysis, SLEPTE analysis, Porter´model and SWOT analysis, was performed a detailed analysis of the company. Based on the findings I present appropriate recommendations to improve performance, efficiency and financial situation of the analysed company.

This thesis assesses the financial situation of the company focused on the surface finishing. The research period is between the years 2009-2013. The thesis is divided into several parts. The first part discusses the theoretical methods and analyzes a company's rating. The second part is practical and uses the theoretical knowledge from the previous section. The last chapter is based on the results of analyzing and according to these results, this part proposes solutions which can lead to improvement of the company.

This diploma thesis analyses the financial situation of TIEFENBACH s. r. o. company within the years 2007 – 2014, by selected indicators of the financial analysis. The values of indicators will be arranged in time series and, by using a regressive analysis, the trend and development will be estimated. The thesis also includes proposals of solutions for identified problems which should result in improvement of the financial situation of the company in the following years.

The thesis is focused on the audit on an agricultural entity. There is a historical development of audit and basic information. The thesis describes the regulation in the European Union, the procedure itself in accordance with International Standards on Auditing and the specifics of the audit at the agricultural company. In the analytical part is the procedure shown on a particular entity. The aims are to describe legislative regulation and procedure of audit in the Czech Republic.
