The first part of the thesis was focused on the theoretical background. The process was a literature review that focuses on project management, clarifies the position of cultural tourism and regional development programs.The second part consists of the analysis of the surrounding monuments, potential competition and a field survey. Field survey consisted of structured interviews and questionnaires of visitors. Results of the field survey have been a source of information that were used for suggestion of the possibilities of the use of this monument and for preparation of the revitalization project. The main aim of the project is to use the castle Bezděkov for the operation of cultural activities to promote tourism and business in the region. The project aim is to restore the viability and sustainability of the use of the building. The project was prepared in the organizational and financial level.

This diploma thesis deals with evaluation of the quality of destination Brno and surroundings on the principle of integrated quality management with using particular quality factors which demonstrably influence the quality of destination. Integrated quality management is achieved through quality evaluation from two perspectives, from the perspective of a visitor of destination and so called "local", which include local residents, service providers, employees of public administration and representatives of destination management. The visitors evaluate the quality of destination in the dimensions of attractiveness, services and marketing management. The so-called "local" evaluate the quality in the dimension of sustainability and cooperation. The main datasource is the evaluation of satisfaction of respondents obtained from the questionnaire survey. In the thesis are identified problem areas in the quality of destination based on the analysis of secondary data. Furthermore, is evaluated the satisfaction of respondents with particular quality factors using basic descriptive statistics. Is also assessed dependence of the overall satisfaction with destination on the particular quality factors. Based on the results are sought reasons of this development and designed the recommendation.

This thesis focuses on capacity potential and transportation workload of the most attractive part of Orlík dam in terms of recreational navigation. The thesis deals with area of orlík dam between Podskalí and Marina Orlík. The objective of this thesis is assessment of actual recreational use of Orlík dam for recreational navigation, infrastructure, and potential capacity in connection with investment of the European Union into navigability of river Vltava.

Diploma thesis is focused on analysis of the marketing management in the Hotel Růže with emphasis on the retrieval of appropriate recommendations for future development of this company. The aim of the diploma thesis has been to analyse the system management in chosen hotel. The autor chose the Hotel Růže in Český Krumlov. The analysis was provided on the basis of questionnaire examination and interviewing of the hotel employees. Diploma thesis covers ideas which closely describe possible ways how to solve hotel management system.

The thema of this diploma work is {\clqq}A policy market of the travel movementservices at the regional level``. The selected region, which I chaose, is region "Lipensko" - the part of Šumava. The work is separate to five main chapters. The first theretical part explains primary questions of tourism. In next chapter I direct to first inform with this region. Follows a part, in which I describe this region from tourism point of view. I deal with prezent requirements for tourism in this region. I analyse the duality and reach of tourism services, mainly accommodation services, commissaryman services, transport services and additional services. I executed questionnaire inquiry for intent this chapter. There is developed analysis SWOT too. In the end of this chapter I plane solutions, which could get better situacion for tourism services and so hold standard on relatively high attendance this region. Marketing policy in chapter synthesis concentrate on the improvement services especially in the housing and commissaryman arrangements. Further were suggested recommendation and possibilities of the new forms tourism services. This ideological suggestions constitute expansion of services of provincial travel movement, services of religious travel movement, congressional services, sociality {--} cultural services, animation services, educational services, security services, wellnes and communal services.

Tábor region and the town Tábor offer many attractions, spanning cultural, social, sport and natural beauty. Area investigation using program ArcGIS, questionnaire research and analysis of tourism products showed that the region is of great interest to visitors and tourists mainly for his rich history and heritage, culture, scenic attractions and many sporting events. Analysis of maps created in program ArcGIS found tourism potential not only in the town Tábor, but in other towns and areas across the Tábor region. This analysis, supported by the results of the questionnaire research, recommend ways of improving tourism products, for example compiling a complete package of tourism products into a catalogue or into product packets.

This work deals with analysis of destination management in the region Jihlavsko. Improvement of the activities of existing destination management is designed and possibilities of creation of new organization of destination management are foreshadowed.

This dissertation is concerned with three areas whereas each has another stadium of turism development. One of them is Spain, which has been a member of European Union for more than twenty years. So during this time it has been well-prepared and well-educated how to use european money to support and boost the travel tourism not only at the seaside. The travel turism has its own tradition on the Croatia coast since the beginning of 20th. century. But after the separation and break up of former Yugoslavia the war freezed the travel turims in this area.And the last one is Czech Republic and area of {\clqq}Novohradsko``. The {\clqq}forgotten area`` because of its location- at first in Sudeten and than in frontier zone- behind the ribs. Thats probably the reason why it has so untouched and unspoiled landscape.

Main aim of the diploma work was to analyze the intensity of tourism in the Benešovsko region by using available data and ArcGIS software. For the evaluation of the intensity were used some appropriate indicators. For illustration the situation a questionnaire survey was carried out. Areas with potential for further development of tourism are evident from the developed models of recreational potential.

The diploma thesis deals with animation services as the important complementary service of tourism industry. The introductory part theoretically specifies the term animation and determines its history. It also explains main elements that affect animation. Furthermore, it clarifies the profession of animator and activity of animation team. The next part of the thesis analyses the functioning of animation services of the holders of the tourism offer in the Czech Republic, particularly in hotels, water parks, swimming pools and spas. The final part of the thesis summarizes suggestions that could improve the level of animation services in this country.
